Girls didnt seem to happy to be there nor where very knowledgeable about their products

I love Sally store and the employees there are very pleasant but they have closed jthe store without notice at odd times. If you drive all the way over there and then you cant get into the store it is extremely frustrating not to mention not very professional. Three people showed up while I was there and not able to make a purchase.

This is by far the best Sallys I have been to. All the employees have helpful tips and are knowledgeable about most products! They always talk about sales and events and never let you walk out unsatisfied. I have enjoyed every trip! Keep it up!

Its upsetting that they just asked me to pay full price for a buy one get one free. She said that promotion ended yesterday and because a developer was ringingup free she needed to ring it up x3 when I am only purchasing 2 because one was showing up as free.(it was also nice of her to txt when I was asking her a question)

The experience I’ve had there are fine the girls are always nice, but this is the second time I have come to the store when the hours say that are open and they haven’t been open... I would check all the girls know what time the store opens

The negative reviews are hilarious, scroll down to see someone complain they cant be given a coupon discount without the coupon and another complain the store was closing down at closing time as she was walking in. lmao Ive been to that store many times for random stuff over the last 2 years and they have always done their best and helped me with everything I need. They deserve 10 stars.
