First experience was great.Second experience was not so great. I had prepaid for a rock delivery. By 3:00 p.m. rock had not been delivered. I called Best in the West to understand the status of my delivery. They told me they had run out of rock. Having prepaid for the delivery, I believe I at least deserved a courtesy call from Best in the West stating they would not be able to deliver the rock, today. Still awaiting delivery...

I called Every rock place in Redmond and Best in the West holds to their name! Not only the best name, but best price along with absolutely helpful and friendly! I bought rock last year, I’m buying more this year!Thank you for outstanding service!Jana

This landscape materials company IS the BEST and lives up to its name.Everyone is always friendly, helpful, and prompt. Their delivery driver, Zach, is also really good... he has been courteous and on- time for every delivery.

Update on 5/8/21: Ive used them consistently for small projects for the past four years and I still HIGHLY recommend them! They are super helpful, kind, and responsive (even with the tiny orders I place). Their prices are unbeatable and they have a great selection! Dont waste your time. Go to a reputable company. I ordered 8yds of bark mulch 2 weeks ago and paid for delivery. Delivery dates comes and I call to tell them where to deliver the mulch and am told they are out or it was sold out from under me. I got both stories. Dusty tells me that it is in high demand and I replied I know thats why i ordered it 2 weeks ago. Just wanted to argue that it was my fault for not picking it up. Again I tell him, I paid you to deliver it. Again go somewhere else that is a reputable company.
