This place is wonderful. They have an awesome knowledgeable staff that knows their beers. They have a massive selection that rotates frequently, so you always have a fresh menu. Their tap selections are always properly carbonated and delicious.Top notch service, friendly staff, amazing beer selection, clean establishment, great music selection, and comfy atmosphere make this a favorite of mine and my coworkers.Highly recommended.

Lots of choices of beer on tap and tons of cans and bottles in fridge. Few games on shelves. The good thing is you can just walk into next door at teriyaki or Korean restaurant to order food and they will deliver food to malt and vine for you while you have your drinks :) If you plan to have a few drinks they can start a tap for you with your credit card.

They’re closed now. I was there on their last evening ever. The staff were incredibly friendly and nice.

My go-to place for craft beer in Redmond. They have a great selection of different styles of beer. Their rotating beer tap is also excellent. I do wish they add more lighter beer styles such as more pilsener or Vienna Lager. The people working there also provide excellent service and great to chat with.

They serve beer, wine and siders. Good selection of beer, dont know how their wine and sider selections are. Dont serve food but can bring food from neighboring restaurants. Well behaved dog friendly. Nice place to bring friends and co-workers, good place to hangout.

I was there with my wife and friends when Jeffory reported his problem with the bartender. I didn’t see what started the disagreement, but I can confirm the customer was drunk and yelling before being kicked out in what looked like a pretty reasonable “stop yelling at staff in a restaurant” situation. In my experience, great selection of beer and friendly staff.

Such great people, such fantastic beer. In that order. This place is wonderful, especially for tabletop gamers and card gamers. Sundays are game nights with the best atmosphere for it. The beers are plentiful and different all the time. Easily my favorite place to hang in Redmond.

Just what we needed. A beer 🍺 in the beer garden, tables spaced appropriate friendly atmosphere, great staff. Inside you are masked and order your beer, outside you drink beverages among others and feel a little like the good old days

Great selection on tap and in the fridges. Fun atmosphere with a safe clean feeling, which is super important for me during COVID-19 . Bartender was fun and engaging even behind a mask. We will definitely be back.

Bar staff are generally good, sometimes they dont notice you at the bar as theyre too busy serving at the register. Theyre pretty good for tasting the beer before you commit to a full pour, as they dont serve flights - this is where Thirsty Hop wins out :) Great beer selection, and the Gyros next door make this place a good session stop. Overall very good, and a regular haunt.

Huge selection of unique beers and wines on tap that rotate out each week. Always a good place to swing by when youre looking for something new that you wont find in any other bar. . They also offer great prices for growler fills on most everything and are pet friendly.

Had some good beers on tap and had good service. The 3 stars is for the newer selection at the time. Nothing really stood out and out if the two beers I had, I didnt have a favorite. Ended up buying some Montuckys Cold Snacks and went home to enjoy those.

What a fun place when the weather is nice! Sat out on the patio today with our first nice day of the year. Dog friendly, lots of amazing pooches running around. Of course, a good beer selection, And you can even buy a six or for pack and drink it there. No food, though, so bring your own or have it delivered.

Fantastic selection of beers for anyone and everyone. However, my bartender was horrible and not really sure how he got a job there! He was annoyed that I did not know what to drink right as I sat down. He was too focused on his friend at the bar too pay attention to anyone else there... He was also giving his friend free drinks but refused me when I asked for a sample. He is probably the worst bartender I have had in any state and I wish I had grabbed his name but I will not return if he is there....

Visiting from out of town... I love the idea but the theme leaves a little to be desired. If the theme is drinking theyve nailed it. I love the idea of bringing my food from the wonderful greak restaurant from next door and then having my choice of (adult) drink without fear of running out of things to try. If it was just a bit more than cooler and draft beer and a TV Id have given it 5 stars. But to have a draft beer and a conversation with a friend, loved one or significant other its a great place.

The prices have gone up too much. I still go there occasionally, but there are so many local brewers with better prices. I try to go to the source instead.

This place is great. Its basically a bar where you can drink awesome beers at any price range. There isnt much of an up charge compared to a grocery store. The service is good and the atmosphere is nice. Theyve got a big table in the back that is great for groups.

This is a great place to meet friends and relax over superb brews. I enjoy sours and porters, and these are frequently on the tap rotation. They have a fantastic lineup of rotating taps, innumerable bottled beers & ales, friendly/helpful/informative staff, and a chill crowd. Nothing like kicking back on patio and enjoying the sunset. As an added bonus the surrounding restaurants deliver. This establishment greatly adds to the character of Redmond.

I sought out Malt and Vine to get some special kegs for my wedding. They were able to get me pretty much exactly what I wanted, a rare keg from Avery, which was a hit at the wedding. Would definitely come back for drinks too as they had a pretty epic tap list along with all their bottled beer. My only complaint was that they werent as communicative as I would have liked; I had to call them several times to check in to see if they were going to be able to get the keg.

Excellent selection, 40+ choices to choose from (on draft!), and hundreds of bottles to choose from (take home or drink on-site for a reasonable corkage fee). Friendly staff and a very relaxed, casual atmosphere. My favorite beer spot in Redmond, and likely the entire Eastside.

Thos is one of my favorite places on the east side to shop for presents. They have a wide selection of beers and a very knowledgable staff to help choose just the right beer for your taste. Its also a good place to grab a quick pint from their extensive tap line.

The go-to place in Puget Sound for beer quality and variety, both on tap and for the extensive bottled collection. Not always the cheapest, but worth a visit to discover some incredible beers you didnt know you needed. If you live near Redmond and havent been here youre missing out.

Incredible selection of tap and bottles/cans. Just browsing the extensive collection can be a satisfying pastime. A few of the bartenders need an attitude upgrade, but are otherwise helpful despite being off-putting.

Great selection of beer. Moderate selection of wine consisting mostly of reds, very few whites, and a decent variety of Mead. I absolutely love the atmosphere here. No matter when I go it seems its never too crowded or too loud to have a conversation.

I highly recommend teriyaki next door! They even offered to bring my food over for me! Malt and Vine has lots of games to choose from and extra parking at the back of the building.

Best dark beer collection I have ever seen. We have been going there every Friday for the last 4 years and this place never disappointed. Malt and vine is responsible for my love of dark beer. Their barley wine selection is also pretty good.

M&V is a small bottle shop that offers little in the way of seating, virtually no ambiance, long lines (occasionally), a huffy grouchy young owner, and... well... one of the finest and most well curated selections of import and craft beers in King County if not all of Western Washington! In addition, they almost always have something rare on tap.There would be almost nothing charming about the place if it were not for the personalities that come to drink here. The home of beer snobs, beer experts, home brewers, and beer fans of all stripes. Almost everyone that comes here loves talking about beer, the employees included. The bartenders are intelligent, knowledgeable, and willing to help you with a selection.The only real downside to M&V is that it can get a little crowded, particularly on rainy or cold days when the outdoor seating isnt available or desirable.In short, if you love beer, and youre in Redmond, this is where you want to be.

Great dog friendly bottle shop. They have about forty taps of rare and hard to find beers, ciders, and usually a couple of meads and wines. They also are surrounded by restaurants that will deliver carry out to you for free.

This is one of the only places that I can find a solid jalapeño beer as well as bottles of every cider that I like. I really like the atmosphere. Leashed dogs are welcome, so thats nice too. Highly recommend!

Great bottle shop in town, with a great tap list too. I try to make here when I have time and when Im in the area. Always a good choice of bottles and there always something interesting on tap. The only reason I have 4 stars and not 5 is pricing for some of the unique beers on the tap list. Yes, I am aware that they produce a limited amount, and distribution may be weird, but it just caught me a little off guard.But in all honesty I dont do the break down of pricing it all out, but they have to stay in business, so Ill still go here to support a local bottle shop, with great craft beer on tap, and get a deal on a crazy shirt at the thrift shop near by.

The best place to drink or buy beer in the Seattle area. They have a huge selection. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. And the gyro place next door makes it perfect.

Coming to visit here from PDX was a total treat! What an amazing bottle and tap selection. Rivals anything at home. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, Good prices on both bottles, pints and growler fills. Food isnt available, but you can bring some in from any of the restaurants located in the area, Certainly will be back next time Im in the Seattle area.
