Neat spot for plant, garden and animals. Only wish they had a sporting section or tackle. Otherwise great and good prices on plants.

I took my 10 year old Siberian Husky to the groomer to get a blow out and I love how patient and kind the girl Hannah had with my old boy, This was his first time going somewhere to get groomed. I am so happy with the service I received and I will definitely be going back ❤😊

Typical Wilco with typical products. Asked for Diamond Adult and specified the red bag, but was sold Diamond Premium (green and yellow bag). When I said to the warehouse loader that it was the wrong product she said well, this is what you were sold, so I can load it or you can go back through the line for the correct item. I used to work for Wilco, so I know they could have walked me in and helped me skip the line to get me the correct product OR gave me the correct item and had management correct the ticket while I waited in the warehouse.I wont be returning to this location when I have so many other options in Redmond.

Im always greeted when I come here. I used to be an avid Coastal shopper, but when Wilco came to town I made the switch. Their staff never make you feel rushed or like youre stopping them from doing something. And their selection is great!

My dog Hachi goes there monthly. Full service is excellent and my dog was happy. So if my dog trusts you, then I trust you❣️ Highly recommend Wilco Grooming.

Friendly staff. I have a problem keeping plants alive, but they gave me really helpful information. Their nursery plants were beautiful. The blueberry bushes there are healthier and larger than mine which Ive had for a year now 🤦🏻‍♀️

We use to go to Wilco often, but the last time we went we recieved a new groomer and she cut all my mini Australian Shepherds whiskers off. Most below what we asked for his trim, including parts of his long eye lashes, most of his head was uneven with huge bumps on the areas that curve, and nails split on the end instead of dremelled like we asked. After Angel moved, their grooming has totally lost all respect. I highly recommend avoiding this place for grooming.

Very nice, large Wilco store. They carry just about any thing you might need for running a ranch or acreage. My go to place for irrigation, weed spraying, etc.

Nice store but waited forever in line with only one new checker dealing with a convoluted checkout situation. The store was empty except for the people in line and employees around the store (but not at the checkout stand.) When I asked (somewhat perterbed but still respectfully) if we could get another checker up there, she said she had called one to which I said Ok great. I was trying to explain(which I shouldnt have even done) that it was not a slight on her but she was defensive and wasnt listening and pukedly called out Maam ARE YOU ALL RIGHT?f I said I was fine and the checker retorted WELL YOU DONT SEEM FINE to which I said No Im really fine in a calm way to just diffuse the whole thing. The manager might want to give some check out protocol when people have been waiting for 10-15 minutes and the store is empty. Duh

Wilco is an interesting place. Its a cross between a ranch supply hardware store western clothing and a pet pet store. We have our dog groomed there.Cruising the aisles has like eating dinner at an exotic Foreign Restaurant. An unusual combination of ingredients that offers a new way to look at things

Very helpful employees. Picked up a dog harness for my chihuahua at another pet store. Tried for a week to FIGURE out how to put it on unsuccessfully, lol. $9.99 down the drain. Found one at WILCO, with the help of an employee. Cost 7.99 and, bonus, I didnt need to be an engineer to put it on!!

Wilco is not bad but its pretty spendy on most things. Strange that its a few blocks from another farm store with a larger selection.

Took both of our dogs to the Wilco Groomers in Redmond and they came home looking and smelling great!! Definitely will be taking them back!

I was going to buy jeans that where make by sale sign for 20$off each pair wranglers took to register and they werent on sale ...They said they had to be 64$ pairs for 20$ off ..But not on the signs ..Which shouldve been ...Very upset seeing this was the third time they got us . .So we went to coastal farm and all wranglers where 15$ off ..Better price and better service ....Not happy with Wilco..

Store has lots of variety for your outdoor and indoor home projects and some pet and animal care stuff as well. Whether youre getting chickens, straw bails, dog leashes, outdoor clothing, tools, or just cleaning supplies for the house. Staff is friendly. Prices can be little high on some items otherwise this would be a 5 star review.

They had most of the items I was looking for and the service was great!

Great customer service experience. I had to return some Christmas items for my boyfriend. The tags were on the items but we had no receipt and all we needed to do is make a exchange in size. Ladies at the counter were very helpful and were able to find the original receipt by simply scanning the barcode on the tags. The ladies were also very nice.

Purchased some chick. Helpful employee.Would have preferred personally holding chicks before putting in box. Like to check chick personality before purchase, cant do that if I cant hold them. Would have gone somewhere else if I wasnt in a bind to buy them on a Sunday.

The team here is always super helpful! The store is always clean and people are always smiling! Angel in the dog grooming area is so friendly and genuinely loves taking care of all the pups that come her way and her customers too! This store is great and the prices are relatively competitive too.

Im so happy that we have a Wilco now in Redmond! I get most of my supplies there, including hay for my horse so its great to one have near. The customer service is always very friendly, and the quality of their alfalfa and orchard grass hay is wonderful and rich. Very happy with this store!

Great big place to shop! Ranch, farm, dogs and cats feed, fencing and vaccines. Garden, hardware, jewelry and cloths. Wonderful helpful staff. Handicap assesable. (Sadly no riding cart) Did I mention grooming, yes fantastic Groomers! Check it out. Close to movie theater and Sheris Restaurant pie 👌❤

They are new to our area and have a customer care system when asking about an item. They communicate via headsets so you always know the correct inventory. Another request is that the store has very, very little outside lighting and it would be nice to have some for security.

Great place, I have always had friendly service and good quality products. Wish they had a better selection for childrens clothes but having the Wilco stores in Redmond and Prineville as well makes this an overall great place to get just about anything you might possibly need!!

This facility is a mini Coastal or Ranch Farm Supply. Prices are comparable on what little they do stock if not a little higher. Staff was very friendly and helpful. New facility so its very clean and tidy.

I usually love this store, and the help is wonderful. I normally get my company negotiated discount. However, the last purchase I made, the check out clerk was very rude. Like put your stuff up here and lets get it done. She would not give me my discount, and said she had too many people in line to look into it. Most of their clerks call for extra checkers.....Not th his one !

My husband had bought rain gear in November. The zipper was broken. We didnt have a receipt, we just wanted an even exchange. It took 4 different people for me to get an answer. They repeatedly told me I couldnt have my money back. I said again i dont want my money back, I would like an even exchange. I was able to get an even exchange. It seemed as if none of these 4 people standing around chatting at the register have done a even exchange process. Customer service was typical, non existent.
