Super helpful folks at this store was able to drop equipment and make changes to my account in less than 10 minutes. Lots of great hardware to choose from if you need a new mobile device or a smart lamp. Definitely coming back.

Took an appointment online. Got in and out in 10 mins. Agent was very knowledgeable and helpful. Was able to get my request complete, pending issues addressed and save on my bill. Hoping this is not a one time luck by specific day/rep :).

Last time I was in the store I had a terrible experience in this store. I did everything online this time so I only had to go in to swap out equipment (I was still mad from the last employee who was super rude) thankfully I got a whole new friendly staff! They even found a better deal for us to lower our payments. Larry (I think) was great and not pushy just gave options. Saved us an additional $20 a month and we will be going back to discuss cell phone service

Employees are very polite, but there are issues with lack of knowledge/insufficient training. A simple visit with a clear goal (which I repeated through-out the appointment number of times), turned into my service getting disrupted just few minutes afterwards, hours wasted with even more incompetent customer support on the phone, and ultimately me learning that the service was canceled. The level of services provided by Comcast is unacceptable. Go with any other provider. Dont worry about choosing the best one - all of them are better than what Comcast/Xfinity offers, and the only advantage Comcast has is availability in some areas.

Salesman Daniel is deceitful! Shame on you, pulling a fast one! Dont trust him.Went to return cable box equipment as I cut the TV service and only kept the internet. Daniel, the sales guy told me to review my account and then said, I could offer you a better speed and lower your total bill. Music to my year and I agreed. When I got home and saw the detail of the change: it increased my bill a few buck and it says, the estimated monthly bill doesnt include one time change fee! This is really irritating. Why cant they be just honest and up front!!!!!!!!!!! BE HONEST. GIVE FULL DISCLOSURE. SHOW RESPECT.Had to spend 20 minutes on the chat to cancel the plan Daniel sold me and chat offered to enroll in auto pay to lower $10 a month.

Here is my story:4/1/2021 i have a few issues, such as billing, tech matter, contract renewal, etc. to deal with xfinity i went the nearby Kirkland store. This my first time.During my store visiting, i repeatedly explained my billing problem to staff A then to staff B, then to staff C, they 3 did not listen to me at all, kept saying that the extra $ 50 more charge on my bill was actually given me the credits. under such big frustration, i raised voice to reason with staff B who looked like the store manager. this man asked me to leave to call the 1-800#. i did not move i still have a few issues need to be resolved there. they called police. The two policemen came quick. they were much smarter, i explained just 2 minutes they understood what was the problem in my bill. they agreed that $50 was a extra charge, not the credits given. The policemen have big sympathy with me but as the store request, i have to leave.i went to Redmond store 4/2/2021. Store staff Levi and his lady manager were very professional. they made fell welcomed. they Helped me arranged a tech over to fix the tech problem in my place. Found a good new plan to fit my needs. i signed two new contracts. finally i brought the billing problem to them. The manager figured it out quickly. it was a league extra charge but the bill statement was confusion. i would happy to pay it. I appreciated their help very much.xfinity does have good workers. Redmond store is good. All the problems i have got fixed there. Kirkland store is not good. They not even want to help me at all. As they said if you have billing problem, call 1-800 #, if you have tech problem call 1-800 #, if you want to a new plan call 1-800#. i do not sure what they stand in store for?

Went to go have my internet turned off at the end of the month. The guy helping me wasn’t listening and rude. I tried being as clear as possible that I was moving and needed the internet still for a few weeks. When I got home that night my internet had been completely disconnected. I had to sit on a 1800 customer service line for 2 hours to get it resolved.

Been there few times in last 5 years. They are consistent in rude behavior, high wait time and mismanagement. This location is in desperate need of customer service training. Last time I met with a Chinese customer care guy and he ended up talking about his colleagues food choices and changing up eating preferences. Next comcast office is bit far from my place but I had to avoid this location because of all-drama-no-service at this location. Its better to travel little far and get job done instead of listening to come-back-again. One of the worst customer service in east side region.

On the phone they told me that at the store the team would be helpful by informing me how to attach the Internet box and leave the store knowing what to do.Well I walk in and get the equipment and it’s handed to me. I ask how this works and the girls reply is “they’re instructions” yeah I was told over the phone about instructions but also informed verbal instructions would be given. Nope. The worker just dismissed my question and I left frustrated.I’m aware there’s instructions but also it’s the employees job to have customers leave satisfied. That’s why you get paid to do. Really disappointed. Hire more welcoming and nice employees. I used to work in customer service and that’s not how you treat customers.

But if you do need to resolve an issue ask for the customer loyalty department, and go from there. Service is good,but the amount of money they charge is too much especially with cable services where you have to pay regional sports fees and other types of fees...Its too much for a person who is not rich or in the Tech Industry earning millions of dollars a year...Its better to have a cheaper connection like dish unless your apartment complex doesnt offer any other service other than xfinirt as in my case

Tried to call them to come in to a store and set up new service because while their website claims you DO NOT have to rent their equipment, it forces you to. Their call system is a nightmare. You CANNOT speak to anyone and if you don’t already have an account you have NO OPTIONS - it hangs up on you. Customer service at its WORST!! And this after it took them 10 DAYS to solve the problem of showing my new apartment address as a business. These people never run out of ways to infuriate you EVEN BEFORE you become a customer!

I really liked the way representative (Conner) handled my case.During the whole time (which was more than 1 hr), he was calm, focused and explaining me things (which I asked for) - why they were the way they are.I saw a good problem solving ability plus good attitude. I heard him several time mentioning ... as long as we solve the problem, we are fine. He had to make a call to Customer care and they too using their engineering team, took care of issue.I feel, Xfinity is going to give their competitors tough time with this type of Employee and System in place.

The location is convenient for plenty parking, but Chinese staff was NOT polite by any stretch of imagination; all task & no manner. Must have missed the memo that hers is a service jobs & people are not factory floors! She was efficient, Ill give her that, but nothing more. & Idk about others, but I dont care for shop staff grabbing my credit cards without permission!Cannot recommend Xfinity until they institute proper customer service training for their staff. Clearly, she was hired for language skills & not customer care abilities!

UPDATE:After a terrible experience at this store, my advice is to sign up online and get the self-installation kit thrown in for free and plug it in yourself. It is EASY. YOU CAN DO IT.ORIGINAL POST:I went here twice. I experienced very poor customer service both times. They repeatedly tried to up sell me and confuse me. Setting up a cable modem router is a simple process which does not require a $90 installation fee. The do it yourself installation kit is $15 MINIMUM and nothing in the kit is required for an installation except for the ACTIVATION code included in the kit only. Just because it has been 3 years since Xfinity had been used at my apartment signifies to their computer system that someone must come out to set up the cables despite the fact the computer has no verified information as to WHY this would be necessary or if it even is necessary to do. The sales person pushed me to do this without any knowledge as to why this process would need to be done or if it even needs to be done. After asking if I could purchase a self installation kit from the store directly, they threatened that if it didn’t work I would still have to pay the $90 for them to come out and set it up. This process has been stressful and frustrating. They have designed their system as to confuse people in order to make as much money possible. They do not care about how their customers are made to feel. All they care about is cheating everyone out of their money.

Been here a few times and been pleased with their service for the most part. I’ve been in & out in less than 5 minutes sometimes and 20+ minutes another depending more on the issues people ahead of you are having as much as your own. All the staff seems friendly and willing to assist despite much of what we hear about the company and industry as a whole. Definitely recommend as a service center for your cable and internet needs if you’re already a customer.

I went to return my old unused cable box, and the person taking the equipment return added additional service to my account without my consent or knowledge. I was surprised to see this in my next bill. I had to call customer service to correct my account. It seems the people in this store are either not trained to handle accounts or intentionally adding services to accounts (without customer consent) to meet their targets.

If you can, take an attorney with you to understand what you are getting involved in. Verizon has the same business model. It was great; I walked in, they asked what I needed (pick up a welcome pack I ordered over the phone), they directed me to the checkout where I didnt have to wait, handed over the box after verifying my account, and all but pushed me out the door! Not even set up to browse with checkout in back, and no one tried to upsell me anything! Literally my best experience with Comcast, and it took maybe two minutes. Plus the location was really easy to find, plenty of parking, and easy to get in and out of the shopping centre.

When I came up to the store, the employee opened the door for me. Then when I talked to another employee about deals available now, he was so helpful! I was able to get exactly what I was looking for before going in (which was an Internet subscription that was month to month, a speed that was good for my area [I live next to Microsoft. I need a faster speed], and the best/cheapest deal possible). It was so easy! Then when I set up everything at my place (keep in mind I used my own modem/router, not comcasts) I had no problems. Great customer service at this location!

Comcast is the evil empire- poor quality product at ridiculous prices, monopolizing the market. But don’t blame these guys. They’re doing their best to provide great customer service to what must be a whole lot of unhappy customers. When I’ve been in, they’ve been efficient and friendly. Ive been a Comcast customer for over 15 years. Ive never had a significant problem with the service or tech support.We kept getting bounced out of Netflix recently. The tech came out the next day. Our problem is that the house was built for an analog signal with a number of splitters. Those dont work well with the new digital signals.Anyway, he replaced some connectors, and gave us an amplifier, which seems to have solved the problem

They were not pushy and gave me exactly what I asked for without upselling anything or trying to change the offered deal. I was in and out in less than twenty minutes with the setup package and had internet in about an hour after I got home and plugged everything in. Had to call their customer service line and was on hold forty minutes for an issue that took them a few seconds to resolve. They should have a new user line dedicated to the simple stuff so there is less of a wait.

Very poor service. I went to there waited for almost hour to get my turn and asked them to change account on my name from my ex- roommate name. They said they did that and also setup the new 24 month contract. For billing issue I have called Customer care and they said this account is still with my roommate name so didnt understand how at first place they confirmed me that its done. Make sure NOT to talk to Chris A (very short guy with black hair). Hes overconfident and completely incompetent. The lady who was helping me seemed new and so she asked Chris for help. He provided wrong information and had me wait 20 min for at&t cust serv to get my account info that wasnt even needed, because he didnt know how to do such a simple thing as a phone exchange/refund. I spent over 40 min there on something that could be done in 10. The worst part is that his manager didnt see anything wrong with it, she just said that accidents happen. I guess she cant tell the difference between an honest mistake (that the lady who was helping me made) and having staff on her team that is not trained appropriately and that behaves as if they knew everything (i.e. Chris). I hardly ever write reviews but then its been a long time since Ive experienced such an unprofessional customer service.

Really bad experience, go to the store to open internet, they scan my driver license and give me a box and telling me I’m all set. When I call Xfinity to activate, they ask for account number???? Which in store I didn’t receive anything other than that box. Which only contains a cable. The guy keep asking for account number. I call again, the new representative decided to send me a technician to figure things out. So frustrated.

I had a very bad experience with the store manager too - Oliver Hoang didnt answer my questions and left me in the dark. They talk very nice while getting Internet service but while surrendering back the service they charges without giving proper clarifications.

I went in about a month ago, Our new puppy had chewed up our xfinity tv remote! We were scared that this would be an issue and wed have to pay for a new remote. I walked in with the remote and the lady at the front took one look at it and grabbed me a new remote out of a drawer! Super easy! So thankful I didnt have to pay a fee thank you! Not a super long experience but i will come back with any future questions/services.

Went into the store a year ago to get a one year contract for Internet. The employee set me up for a 2 year contract and told me just to accept the text. That it just reiterated what he said. Turns out he set me up for a 2 year contract What is more expensive than I actually said and I didnt realize until I returned my stuff and theres nothing that theyre willing to do. Always Read the contracts cause those guys just lie out their butts Up costing me a lot of money to cancel because they werent willing to admit that they were wrong and lied

Rude, unapologetic, and horrible customer service.When I setup my comcast service, I explicitly opted out of modem rental. And there was no modem rental fee on the first bill. After the first bill, I setup automatic and paperless payments, and ever since then, they have been incorrectly charging me modem rental fees.After spending several hours with their Customer Service chat, I was able to get the rental fees credited and my account canceled. But then they charged me for not returning modem equipment.So I ended up at this horrible customer service center. The rep was rude from the beginning and used a condescending tone throughout. He finally took off the modem equipment charge. And when I probed about the rental fee credit because the numbers did not add up, he went on a rant about how I was lucky to get back what I did. And that I should be happy with what I got. Leaving aside the fact that they had been incorrectly stealing my money to begin with.I plan on taking this matter up with the Better Business Bureau and I really hope someone explains to comcast how to deal with customers.

What an awful experience. They of courses added charges that were never discussed. Then our box was broken. I asked for credit for the days of nonservice from the store rep who gave us our equipment with the initials CO and this was her reply Okay but know that going forth you will have to call in for credits or anything else. They told me that I can self install the service without technician. They charged the $14.99 for something called installation kit which is a coaxial cable which should be provided with the router which I rented it with $10.99 and manual!They are trying to convience me that because it was self installation I should pay $14.99 instead of a technician which will cost me $79.99.$14.99 is not to much but the way they charge it is really ridicules.Definitely if you have any other option to hire another internet provider, do!

Personally I have an awfully low opinion of comcast. Ill never forget 12 years ago when I managed a condo property which had a commercial comcast account to provide basic tv service to all 165 homes at the property. One day a comcast tech came to repair someones service and he didnt have a key to the box on the side of the building. Frustrated the tech took a hammer and broke the cover off our box. Later that day when I discovered the problem I called Comcast and explained what happened. The comcast agent then told me Well we can have a repair person out there between 6-18 months. I swear to God thats what she said, and it wasnt just just the words that were so shocking it was her tone too. There wasnt any remorse or regret in her. She seemed perfectly comfortable telling me that it might be a year and a half before they fix the damage to our building that they caused. I called them back later and let them know we were withholding payment until they fixed the problem. Then they came back a few days later and installed a new box. What I learned from this experience was that large companies who hold a monopoly usually have very bad customer service because at the end of they day they think we will just have to put up with it because its no like we have other choices. Im rooting for Fios and Ill probably give them a call. Thank God we have a choice now.

Returned a cable modem for previous holder of the account at my address and I was able to set up a new service account. I was able to use an xfinity compatable modem I bought at Best Buy for the new account and it only took approx. 15 mins. from start to finish to get everything done. Its ok, but I feel the product is over priced and the promotion format where your monthly price goes up after some period is really a way of taking advantage of customers and should be further regulated by the government. Very bad service better close this store. They added TV package(latino) when I took the new plan and told no charge but next month onwards they imposed 5$ charge in my bill. Funny thing I dont understand Spanish.

While my complaint is about Comcast/Xfinity as a company, I cant say that my experience with the people at this location has been different or better than my experience with the company as a whole.First, my condo isnt Coax compatible, I told xfinity this when I signed up, and was assured that the correct equipment would be sent. I was sent a router that requires coax cable connections. I called them and told them what I received wouldnt work because its not compatible. They said theyd schedule a technician to come out in several days to fix it. I repeated the situation and informed them that my home does not have coax cable and again I was assured that the technician would help. In the meantime I was told to login to my account. I tried, was kicked out and then spent 2 days talking to 9 different specialists in India who are basically just reading from a script to just get a password reset so I can login. At one point in this adventure, one of their specialists wanted to call my ex husband with whom i shared a seperate account years ago to ask permission for me to set to my own account 😂 That was probably the highlight of the whole ordeal. Finally, Im able to login just before the technician shows up. The technician informs me that, shockingly, we are not coax compatible and advises me to cancel my service and return the equipment 😂 (Side note: they also took out almost $300 as a security hold which I was not informed would happen. This hold then caused a rent check to bounce, and theyre not going to do anything about it except reverse the holds)So, I go to Xfinity in Redmond to cancel and return the equipment. I tell them what happened and they say that it is compatible and that I should just have a technician come out 😂After telling the whole story again, they accept the equipment and give me a receipt. I ask how long it would take to get a refund. The woman said, This isnt a refund, its a receipt. So then I ask again how long it would take for a refund. She seems to understands the question this time, and tells me. I ask where I can find that policy written somewhere and then again she says, Thats not a refund, its a receipt. 😂 Peace ✌

Recently bought my own modem in order to drop the monthly rental fee from my bill.I was greeted very warmly by a member of the staff and he was able to square away the return of my rental modem.As one would expect, I then received several offers for internet+cable bundles during the exchange. I politely declined each time as I have no need for cable tv.He was able to update my account and to my surprise, lower the price of my overall internet by $20 as pricing has changed. Very big help.
