Good cupcakes in a wide assortment of flavors. We love getting 6 to 12 cupcakes in assorted flavors instead of having 1 kind of cake. My favorite is salted caramel and the seasonal orange creamsicle is my partners favorite!

Located on the second floor near Matts Rotisserie, they offer an outstanding selection of buttercream frosted cupcakes in flavors like Russian Teacake, Cookie Dough, Salted Caramel and Lemon Pound Cake. Occasional holiday rotations keep the variety and novelty high every time I pop in to pick up a tray as an office treat.

Best cupcake shop in town! Large selection of flavors, lemon & red velvet are my favorite! The girls working the counter are super sweet & helpful. I’ve been coming here for the last 9 years & haven’t been to another cupcake shop since. If you haven’t been you should check it out for sure!

I have been a lover of PinkaBella since their beginnings. During this quarantine time, I have witnessed their talk match their walk. Their heart for the community and selfless care for everyone in the community should be an example for all.During this obvious difficult financial time with all non-essential businesses shut down, their quality and care has not changed. This spot has become our go to. My son loves the gluten free cupcakes, my wife and I enjoy the chocolate options, and our daughter tries a new flavor each visit. These cupcakes freeze very well so we usually pick up a dozen and stash the extras in the freezer so were ready when a craving hits.

The cupcakes are pretty and yummy, but super overpriced. Also when we were here there was a very aggressive guy standing in the doorway pressuring us to get the cupcakes right away... even if he was joking it was still really weird. We did end up coming back to buy cupcakes, and the lady who helped us the second go around was very kind.Edit: not sure how to submit a reply to the business request, we were at the Redmond Town Center location, and it definitely seemed like he worked there as he was wearing an apron and when we asked questions ignored us while he answered.

My wife and I found this place a while back and tried it several times. Also from different stores. I personally have tried about a dozen different flavors. I honestly found a couple that were not my favorite but that was just my personal taste. Lots of good flavors to choose from. Red velvet is my go to flavor.

I always have a hard time choosing just one cupcake because there are so many amazing flavors. The frosting is just the right about of flavor and sweetness. The cupcakes i have no words because they are too good. The people at the Redmond Pinkabella are friendlyd and engaging. They are always willing to share their favorite flavor of cupcake if you cant decide. I highly recommendRedmond pinkabella.

The owner was unprofessional and rude when my fiance and I tried their cupcakes. She was late, expected us to have already tried the cupcakes before we got there somehow, tried to push our wedding order through when I said before we started we wanted to make sure it was what we wanted before we commit and made the whole experience not special. I will say the cupcakes are delicious but I wouldnt recommend ordering for a wedding.

Every time I go shopping at Redmond Town Center. This is absolutely the first stop, best cupcakes in town. I absolutely recommend it to anyone who loves cupcakes! (P.S Red Velvet is the best!)

We were trying order 16 cupcakes for my daughters birthday. We called and left VMs at least 2-3 times. We also went in person to order the cupcakes. We are still waiting for a reply. One cupcake is almost $4,16. Very bad customer service.

This place is way to sweet for my liking but they put out some mean cupcakes according to my girlfriend so if you need a sweet sweet place to take your significant other for an afternoon date this is the place to go.

Poor customer service, unhelpful with trying to help decide an order for my kids preschool party. A simple question of what cupcake didnt have nuts( as a key ingredient), always elicited a response of they cannot guarantee anything, and that they will need to check with the baker ( and they didnt get back). I ended up canceling my order. A business who cannot answer a basic question about what they sell and more importantly dont make an effort to get back deserve 1 star, in my opinion.

The cupcakes are pretty, but they taste bad. The frosting is nasty and they use too much. I can tell they use artificial flavoring in everything. The coconut cupcake tasted like sunscreen. Was very disappointed for how much I paid.

Ordered a custom design cake for daughters first birthday. I was pretty disappointed with the design. I could see finger impressions on the icing and was just not worth the money I paid. I picked the cake from Issaquah store, they just couldnt do anything about it as such cakes are made in Redmond location. They did not have any decorators in the store to fix the cake. The associate asked me email the bakery to complain which I did, I never heard back ... very unprofessional. I will never go back to this place !

So I went to the PinkaBella at Westfield Shopping Center aka SouthCenter Mall. NOT impressed by any means. I do understand that it is a small store front, however, it is evident that they dont put much effort in baking a variety of flavors. Honestly, the frosting is what you are paying for. I was thinking that maybe the cupcakes themselves would be amazing....nope, tasted like they were a cake mix cupcake and the frosting was supposed to be the IT factor. Again...nope. Ive been to many cupcake shops and this is the last on the list. Plus, the customer service there was not good. The employee obviously wasnt in the mood to deal with people. Not that he had to do a lot, but.....

I did a special order for 12 cake pops for my baby shower. And WOW what a mess. Sloppy, punctured, lumpy, and sad looking elephant cake pops. I got a refund, but what a WASTE of my time! I would rate 0 stars.

Dropped child’s one cupcake and made me repay for the new one. Unfriendly worker- not welcoming. They do discounts with a paint store for parties and I wanted to make an order she then said it needs to be 72hrs in advance... I’m staring* at her like okay—(lol which is 4 days away from today)then she finally ended up saying I have do it online.

Picked up cupcakes from the Redmond location last weekend for a same day party. The cupcakes tasted bad/stale. Inexcusable given the price of the cupcakes. $35 for 10 cupcakes, and not a SINGLE one of the 10 year old girls eating them thought they tasted good enough to eat even half of their cupcake? Wont be going back.
