Love this place, located in the Safeway lot, next to Mandarin Buffet or Cozy Bubble Tea. The manager keeps the store so well-organized AND WELL STOCKED- I can ask for anything and theyll have it! The staff knows what theyre talking about and is never stumped by a question. Fair prices and theyre easy to chat with, couldnt ask for more! Well-lit and clean! Thanks for everything yall do!!

Great customer service if you arent a jerk to them. Have been a customer for over a decade and will drive an hour out of my way to grab something Im looking for that others stores closer might have.

The owner was at the shop helping me check things out in the store he was giving me good information on the products and helped me decide the correct product for my needs. He’s very kind and helpful. The layout of the store and the inventory they have is a lot bigger than most smoke shops in the area and the overall experience was exceptional. Will be going back even though it’s A bit out of my way From where I live.

Good prices on tobacco, vapes and others but the juices can be bought cheaper on line, mostly any site. Also they will🤨 misinform in order to sell you a new vape rather than sell u the part you need to utilize the present one☹️

AVOID! THIEFS! If I could give 0 stars, I would. They sell defective broken devices and then pretend like everything is normal. Customer service is non existent because only the owner can make any decision. And he is conveniently not here right now - he is out of the country - Go to an actual vape shop with knowledge, respectful employees and save yourself the headache.

The guy helping me was using his earbuds the whole time he rung me up, very unprofessional. The product I bought was faulty, didn’t work. I hadn’t even left the parking lot and brought the thing back in not even 3 minutes later just wanting a refund. They denied and began yelling at me. When I wouldn’t buy a different product they called the cops on me. Very poorly run establishment and I will never be back.

Bought something and it was defective brought it back in five minutes later to get in a yelling match about how they don’t do refunds. They called the police and claimed we were stealing or robbing them. Cops called me laughing cause CLEARLY in the video footage this was not the case. Police made them void the sale and filed a report on the establishment for making a fake police report. This place is ran by middle eastern immigrants who buy fake vapes and dangerous batteries that could explode any time. Seems ironically terroristic. F#%* this place.

If I could give this place a negative rating I would. This place used to be amazing, Ive been shopping there for years. I recently replaced a device from there store and it clogs every day. Everyday. I called to tell them about this, the man who answered told me I had to clean it everyday in an extremely rude tone and just hung up on me. When I went to have the device replaced they had raised the price by 10$ .To bad I wont be shopping here anymore. I dont shop in places where management hangs up on customers.

The bald older man that works there is unbelievably rude. Almost insulting. They know nothing about customer service. If youre going to start a buisness, you need have customer service. As you can see how unprofessional he is on yelp when hes responding to customers criticism. They rush you very fast and theyre not welcoming at all. The biggest thing of all is theyre vapes are not new!!!!! They are a scam. You cant look around in his shop. He wants you out as soon as possible. Hes a rip off. Dont go here if you work close. Sold me a batch of plastic tasting Kratom which had all of the bad side effect profile and no euphoria or any of the medicinal profile. Guy just sat there with a crappy grin shaking his head that he could not exchange the product like he was proud not too budge versus and American who would stand behind the product and customer service. It is these types which erode America and these types why there is slavery around the world. Profit over pride integrity and honesty. I called him an idiot because why grin? I waited several minutes to be served by the guy behind the counter. The kid actually was able to get to all 4 customers without losing any of us even though his demeanor was like a chicken with its head cut off.I explained that I only wanted a small cheap battery because I just needed something for right now since I had forgot my battery at home and just needed something in the moment. He ignored what I said and kept trying to upsell me larger & more expensive batteries & other stuff I didnt want or need.I paid cash for the cheap battery and headed out. The battery did not work (verified later with same tank & other battery). I walked back in to exchange for a working one only to be confronted with more waiting followed by even more upselling instead of a quick product exchange.During this extra upsell he informed me that the batteries are not charged (defeating the entire reason for me buying one in the first place, as I had already explained to him I only needed one in the moment). Since the product was broken & a replacement wouldnt work for me anyway, I asked to simply return the product for my money back.At this point he started inappropriately laughing & smiling while telling me he cannot return anything & he can only give me credit towards a more expensive battery (attempt at forced upsell). I said that was not acceptable & I wanted my money back.At this point he tried to have me wait while he helped the other customers in the store, by just saying hold on and walking away from me. As I was in a hurry, had already waited, then waited again after buying a broken product, this was not acceptable me at all. I told him I was not going to wait around anymore & that he needed to just give me the replacement battery since he was unwilling and incapable of giving me back my whopping $5.00 cash.Terrible attitude, lied about product specs, aggressive sales tactics, & overall awful customer experience.Go anywhere else if you have the option.

I came here to get some kratom and the guy working was a complete jerk kept trying g to pressure me into getting something o didnt want and then by the time I checked out just handed me the wrong item. Rediculous. I wont be going back here again.

Dont waste your time. Seems like a typical smoke shop, but their prices and service are terrible. Do not purchase e-cig items there. It is a total rip off. They will insist that their prices are best around but they REALLY are not. I had been a loyal customer, purchasing hundreds and hundreds of dollars of e-cig items. I bought one $150 item that did not work and that same day tried to resolve the issue with them. All they did was take advantage of my lack of technical knowledge and left me with a busted item. No exchange. No refund. Nothing. I found a much CHEAPER and FRIENDLIER and EASIER TO UNDERSTAND smoke shop in downtown kirkland. I wish I had someone to point me in the right direction when I first started vaping. I have saved so much money - HALF THE PRICES - no joke! Good bye.

I patronized K Smoke for several months (note the past tense). I bought hookah shisha, e liquid, some ecig batteries and mods, some tanks and RBAs, etc. All told I spent maybe $700 over an 8 month period. Suffice it to say all the guys knew me and we had a good relationship. HOWEVER, I recently bought a Kayfun Light clone RBA from them, and it was missing the fill-port screw... just a simple m2.5 5 countersunk, you know, exactly what you cant buy at any hardware store anywhere around here. Thinking it would be no problem, as Ive been their customer for so long, and a good one at that, I began using the device with a m2.5 screw that doesnt quite fit right (and causes the tank to not fit most of my mods). When I went in to have them give me the screw, the OWNER informed me that he couldnt just give me one from one of the other [15+ boxes] they had, cause then he couldnt sell it. ???!? They just sold ME one without it. He told me he could contact the manufacturer to get a replacement (which would take weeks). Could not reason with him. Apparently hed rather have extra stock ready-to-sell than make right the faulty unit he sold me. He was unable to risk waiting for the replacement screw himself.Bottom line: Good prices. Terrible customer loyalty, and a vibe that screams I am a for-profit drug dealer.Since Id already bought the device he saw no reason to make right the unit himself. I will never go back as I feel mistreated and TBH a little exploited.
