Perfect treat for a Saturday or Sunday morning. The doughnuts are fresh, the glaze is rich, and the service is friendly. Pair with coffee and enjoy at the local park next door!
Really incredible doughnuts, especially the pumpkin old fashioned. And the service was nice :) You guys should play some music tho!!
I love Top Pot, dont get me wrong, theyre totally 5 stars!!But, maps said this was a drive through location, and its very much not. Almost got wiped out 5x trying to make U-turns! Take up the one star rating with Google maps!
Too dense for my taste. Flavour/quality is a small step up from a grocery store doughnut. Not a great deal either. Service was nice though.
Recently discovered this place, it was my first time at this location. My boyfriend loves apple fritters and he said this was the best one hes ever had. The salted caramel dip donut is also great. I ordered the 2 donuts and a 12oz chai, came to about $9.50The staff are very nice, atmosphere is super chill. I brought my laptop and hung out for a bit. This location also has some board games.
I found this place while staying in the area for work. These doughnuts are great. They put on a thick layer of frosting. The are very large, not burn on the edges and the dough is very soft and tasty. I packed some up to take home so people could give them a try. The prices are a bit higher than a normal doughnut shop but they are better quality. The younger lady that works there is always nice and she takes her time with each customer.
Delicious donuts and great coffee. We arrived just after opening and there were no lines, so service was fast. Donuts had clearly been made just that morning and were fresh. The lemon curd filling was delicious - a step above the cheaper lemon filling used by most donut shops.
Doughnuts are marginal. Top Pot makes a big doughnut, quadruples the price and calls them artisan. The doughnuts arent any better than the ma and pa down the street, but they cost 4x as much. The coffee is cold as well. I still cant figure out how both a latte, an americano and a drip all came out luke warmish. The employees are also incredibly rude. They bark orders, yell at the customers, and make an morning outing with the kids into a horrible experience.Skip Top Pot and head to the gourmet cake and pastry place down the street or to another close by doughnut shop.
Best donuts in town
Not good quality. Krispy cream way better :)
Great donuts. Coffee bean selection could be better
Tasty donuts with premium toppings in a nice location in downtown Redmond
Yum. If you want a donut, go here. If you dont want a donut, go here, you will want one later.
Pricey, but delicious! Coffee is amazing too. They frequently run out of doughnuts even by late morning so try to get the by 10 am or call ahead to check on supply!
The delicious donuts usually finish early in the Redmond store. Countless weekends I’ve been there with the kids around 10am and could not find glazed raised rings, neither sugar donuts, nor chocolate. What is the point in having the store open after 10:30 with two employees and some left over donuts that nobody wants?
Best donuts Ive found in Seattle.Maple log, apple fritter, and any of the unfrosted cake donuts (they arent too sweet and dip in coffee well). Still working my way through the rest of the list. :)
Great donuts, excellent flavors.
Donuts and coffee here are amazing, and so is the staff. Very clean. Very organized.
Try their cream filled donuts, theyre great. Same as the apple fritters. Their italian sofa is good too.
Quiet location. I go early in the morning when i want to bring in a treat to surprise the team. This location is always fast and cordial. The fact that its in downtown Redmond is also a huge plus. Excellent!!!
This was really good for donuts, and they had a really large choice of coffee flavors!!! My only complaint is that the dough seemed a bit raw
The doughnuts of my childhood, fresh today.
Extremely friendly staff with a great assortment of delicious donuts. I ended up getting a half dozen with a few family members and we all loved them. I will definitely be returning soon and cant wait to try more.
Home of the $50 donut. The donuts are good, but the parking is terrible and the new Diamond Parking people are aggressive with ticketing. Pick a different location. The Issaquah drive thru location is great.
Best donuts in town! (At least as far as I know)!
We had the raspberry bulls-eye (best), feather boa (Im not a fan of the pink icing, but oldest liked it), chocolate bar and powdered cake were pretty standard. Plenty of books to keep the kids entertained. Well try again.
Perhaps its because I took my 3 year old at 5 pm for a donut, but the donuts werent as fresh as I expected and definitely not worth $2.50 for a simple sprinkle donut! The downtown Seattle location has a cool library vibe to it, but this one doesnt seem to have any sort of vibe that makes it any different from the Starbucks across the street.
Good but not great donuts. Pricey with regular glazed raised donuts on the high side of $2 each. The lemon filled donut was very lemony. Nowhere to park.
Best donuts in Washington. A bit pricey, but when you walk into the office with 2 dozen, you are a GD hero. Great coffee too! I will be back!
Best Doughnuts. The staff at this location are really nice. I go early in the morning to get doughnuts for the office. They always have a good selection. I dont drink coffee but my colleagues love it.
I really enjoyed the donut I ate here! The only thing I recommend is that you go early in the morning as a lot of the flavours are gone closer to closing time!
Donuts taste old/previously frozen. Even the top pots from QFC taste better. These are basically the Starbucks of donuts. Trash marketed to idiot consumers with no taste. The parking lot is absurd for anything larger than a sub-compact car. There are much better options nearby if you want something beyond stale bread hiding under a mountain of frosting.
Donuts wear really yummy...I bought a pack of 6. Assorted..I loved the sugar coated, Maple bar and chocolate frosted ones... will keep going..😊
Great place to order lots and share. Delicious food. Portions are small. Wait staff is attentive and friendly. They made excellent recommendations and the meal was awesome.
Delicious!! Great selection
Im mixed on this place. They generally have good coffee, but the donuts fall somewhere around much better than Dunkin but not quite top-shelf. The texture is a little too light, and substantially too sweet but the various flavors are generally pretty good. Fine if you need a quick sweet but not quite the hipster dessert power house that I wish they were.
Slow but good tea
Quality donuts. Everything seems fresh and my favorite are the old fashioneds. Theyre amazing. They regularly have special flavors - like pumpkin. I havent tried their coffee, but Im sure its fine.
Donuts were a hit in the office. The latte I had was extremely watery. I ended up throwing it away and grabbing one from Starbucks down the road. Customer service was fantastic as well!
I love their donuts and their staff has always been pleasant when Ive interacted with them. However, I cant give them a higher rating because their posted hours appear to be wrong. They never seem to be open at 6am on weekdays like they say on the window and on their site. I start work at 6:30am and every once in a while Il stop by on a Friday in the hope that they will be open, but every time they have still been closed.
Best Apple Fritters in the World. Bar None!
The donuts were tasty, good atmosphere and clean store.Coffee wasnt amazing for the price, but otherwise its great.
Really tasty doughnuts but not overly sweet.
Sad day for doughnuts. We got there at 1pm and 3 sad doughnuts sat in the case. I was very confused as the shop says open until 5. Drove a decent distance for disappointment. I usually never leave bad reviews, honestly look at my history. The male employee I ordered a coffee from was rude. You know who you are and I know you remember me. Almond milk. Not on TOP of your game today.
Great service. Tasty doughnuts. Perfect on a Sunday morning.
Very nice staff on a Sunday morning
My favorite donut shop, we often get them for donut Fridays at work. The staff are always very friendly and the donuts are delicious. Slightly expensive, but not outrageously so.
Love their donuts. Always fresh !
Went here at 1pm on a Sunday to find three donuts left in the case. Got coffee instead and was met with serious attitude when my partner asked for almond milk. The employee actually said, almond milk can kill someone, man. Excuse you? Next time, a simple, no, Im sorry, we dont carry almond milk should suffice. No donuts, poor customer service, no need to return.
Better quality and taste, expect to have less options for donuts during closing time.
Was a total disappointment. Doughs are soggy, lemon curd filling tasted like lemonade power. And the cashier hated her job too much to make a conversation.
Best place to ruin you diet. Hands down. If youre going to fall off the wagon, this is the place yore looking for.
I go here way to much... Like once every weekend... A bit pricey for a donut, but super tasty. My wife likes the pumpkin ones.
I love the Diplomat Coffee and buy a bag when Im in town. They give you a free hot coffee drink when you buy a bag of beans. We took that in coupons to have for the next morning.
Used Top Pot instead of cake for my wedding, turned out to be a great decision, lower cost than the cake options and numerous people commented on how great it was.
Bought donuts for a meeting and they were a huge hit. I called ahead and my order was ready to go when I arrived.
Decent doughnuts but overly expensive. Plus they dont have maple bacon bars. Who says no to bacon??
The service is always great. The people behind the counter are friendly. The store is clean. The donuts and coffee are delicious. What more could you want?
Too expensive for doughnuts, and they are average taste in my opinion. Shop is nice and presentation is great though.
Very Good donuts for a donut fun...maybe not worth 3 dollar each but very good
Great tasty doughnuts 🍩 a bit pricey but worth it !!
Staff was very nice and the doughnuts were some of the best Ive ever had. Dont go later though as the stock is much lower in what they have
The donuts were good and the workers are super friendly. The prices are a bit high but they do have a lot of unique kinds of donuts.
Yummy!
Best doughnuts in the area. Good selection, there is one for everyone!
Enjoyed the raspberry glazed chocolate cake donut and a latte. Nice seating area, very quiet and free Wi-Fi.
The service was nice here, came on a Saturday at around 10 and they were pretty close to being picked clean on doughnuts so make sure you get there early. Plus everying is better when its fresher :)
Good donuts, good coffee..this is what life is about.
Its best to go during morning, they have a wide range of donuts served fresh daily
Good donuts, coffee and free parking. Hard to go wrong with this Seattle staple.
The experience that seeks to answer the question what does a $3 doughnut taste like? The answer, just like a $1 donught does after sitting around for the day. How is this shop a thing? Maybe its the starbucks model, jack up the price of something people like and they wont notice it sucks.
They only get delivery of doughnuts so they occasionally dont taste the freshest and when theyre out, theyre out. But the staff is always lovely!
Cozy location. Excellent staff. Free parking.
The coffee and donuts are hard to beat, and the staff is always friendly and professional!
Extremely tasty donuts!
Delicious! Their old fashioned donuts are super yummy.
Really good coffee and tea selection.
A lot of options and the staff is always nice and friendly.
Took an awful long time to make a lukewarm mocha with no flavor, probably because the barista didnt steam enough milk and just topped it off with cold milk. Wouldnt go here if youre looking for quality espresso beverages. The baristas pay no attention to quality or detail
Fast and delicious! Highly recommended!
Very good selection of doughnuts, delicious coffee. Simple and tasty.
This location has very rude staff and basically laughed in my face when I asked for a dozen doughnuts and told me they didnt have any doughnuts left. How can a doughnut shop be out of doughnuts at 8 am? I got a cheese and spinach pastry and they couldnt even warm it up. For two cold pastries and a small drip coffee I paid $9, which I think is overpriced. I am extremely disappointed because I am not a regular Top Pot customer and I will definitely never come back, at least to this location.
Really friendly service, but in the afternoon the selection is pretty limited.
$3 for a doughnut? I wanted to like this place more, because its quite the local staple, but for the money I could get 3 doughnuts at the QFC a block closer to where I live, and I cant tell the difference in quality... Tried 2 or 3 different doughnuts. They were good, but, you know, not *that* good.I guess Im just a doughnut heathen? Still, the staff was friendly, and my friends rave about the place, so I have to give them some credit.
Always a delicious donut.
Yum yum me like good donut.
Fastest way to get a good donut in Redmond downtown.
Most doughnuts are a bit on the heavy side for my liking, and standing in line to get a doughnut can be painful if stuck behind someone who thinks Top Pot is Starbucks.
The donuts were excellent and the service excellent
Music too loudI requested a capuccino, and got a latteTables very dirtyEmployee not friendlyBut donuts are good though!
Amazing donuts very subpar coffee making. I am coffee lover so they offset each other.
Delish !! Drove from Portland to get these !!!
