I have been to this store multiple times and they have the worst quality food and service that Ive ever experienced at a 7-Eleven store.I dont know how these people stay in operation. Today I got two of the boneless Sriracha wings. 10 dollars for hockey pucks that had literally been under the heat lamp all day and he knew it ! Then he couldnt break a twenty so I could get on the bus!hmm

One of the dirtiest, disorganized stores I have been to. Slurpee machines are hardly ever workable and when they are its mostly really cold liquid.Theres never any condiments for hotdogs, the chili hardly ever functions and when it does its more liquid than it is actual chili, never any cheese... several times I have asked for deals that are clearly posted up and displayed and they have not honored them.I spend a lot of money here and its one of the worst experiences with 711 that Ive had.Some of the staff are good mannered others rude and disrespectful.

Ok first of all it’s the dingiest business in Redmond. Second, there is almost always a crowd outside that’s sketchy. Third, I go today to grab some stuff, I’m at checkout and he wouldn’t let me pay because I didn’t have a mask after I’d already shopped the store. I told him I was vaccinated and sorry I don’t have my mask. He also didn’t have a disposable option. This business shouldn’t be part of our community

Kicked us out for talking in the back and when I said we will leave they said good, leave. Paid and got food and still treated this way.

Went in for pizza and he said hes out do you want it cold, cause we dont cook them here. Hire me as the mngr

Fridges are 5° colder than room temp, and they are price gouging with redbull and many other items, stay away unless its an emergency!!!!!!

Service is terrible, that old guy have no manners at all, I will not go back anymore. I guess the corporation have to be involved in order to chance that. Get some good service lol that guy needs to take a good shower and refresh his life.

They have really good toquitos, and they offer vanilla soy creamer for coffee, I give them that, but the guy this morning got mad at me for not having $1 bills. I only had a ten and my total was $5.48. He said he didnt have change for that. I had nothing else. Eventually he gave me my change to get the line moving. I found it very frustrating though.

The cashier guy was super stupid with me and didnt answer me, the other customers passed in front of me. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

(Updating since its been so long and I continue to be a customer here):Reasonable prices (minus earbuds?), hot and tasty food (definitely at good prices) and easy in and out service. Also, I order from here using the 7-NOW app, and they nail my order every time and always get it to me in a speedy manner!

Boycott. Evil. Will discriminate against you if your white, male or in the military. Be warned. The owner wont help you but just laugh and tell you to leave. Discrimination. Seeking king 5. And komo news.

The owner would not replace a bad gallon of milk even though I had the milk and recipt.Really bad service. The owner is just a sic person

Terrible customer service from the old man with the beard. He doesnt know the words please or thanks, doesnt greet customers and tosses things at you after ringing them. Not surprised to read here more reviews like this. Filing a complaint at the 7-Eleven corporate next.
