Nice people, but slower than molasses! 10 hours for a job that should have taken less than that. Took less than 3 to have it done before at another shop. Not great for truckers!

Brought my Tiffin motorhome here for chassis service and to repair a leaking air valve. The team here was very pleasant and their work was first rate. Highly recommended.

These guys were great from start to finish. Called when they said they would, good communication so I knew what was going on. It was the good old fashioned customer service. Even picked me up at the airport when I retired my rental car. Did everything right as best I can tell.

There is a good reason that this Freightliner service center has a 4 star review. Its because they deserve it!!They would have got 5 if they had run me to the hotel instead of me having to walk. (BTW stay away from the Redmond Inn use Motel Six a little further south).I had quite a wait to get in there as it was over a national holiday weekend. I then had to wait further until they could start the diagnosis process properly, they are very busy here.A quick analysis was the first day. By the end of the week they had fixed my truck on the first pass and were $20 to $30 cheaper on labor than other F?L places. It was a difficult problem too. Code 39.Very pleased with my experience. Truck service centers are either good and honest, as here, or halfwits and expensive such as Chattanooga (actually Georgia) Freightliner or Floyds in Nebraska. These people are the former. Glad I used the Google reviews. It paid off.2 thumbs up. Cheap batteries too.

Had a suspension problem with a 42 ft tag axle motorhome. They located parts, got them on Friday morning, dealt with Becky, the service writer. She was very pleasant and professional. Highly recommend Freightliner Northwest for motorhome repair. Alex, the technician was very knowledge and repaired it in a very timely manner. Thank you Freightliner Northwest, Redland.

Walked into the office, two men working, one on the phone other shuffling paperwork I waited 3or4 min. Shuffle guy left, phone call ended. Phone guy left came back, I asked about service . He pointed in the direction of two emty offices . I waited a few minutes, the service guy showed up and answered the phone . Off the phone, he informed me that my moter home was a two stroke . You dont work on them . I finally convinced him that it was a four stroke . We dont work on them either . Last summer your service mgr. said he would service my unit gladly . I really dont understand . And feel duped . If I could get back the star I gave you, I would . This is after an 800.00 tow bill. I am facing the same again . All of this because the wrong phone number on business cards, or no one answers that line .

These guys went the extra mile for us when our Newmar Diesel Pusher RV had problems during our July 2018 Prineville trip . During a busy summer, they took us in on a days notice got the rig diagnosed and patched us up to get back to PDX. We camped in their parking lot. Zehn (service writer)and Stephan (shop foreman)were the top notch. Having a bad turbo, we returned in a couple weeks to have them replace the turbo and do wheel end seals. We will opt to go to Redmond vs. PDX or Eugene for our major needs on the RV. It was worth the drive.

As a full time RVer, they made time within reason, since they are fully booked, located the problem and got me on my way. I discovered many RVers stop here for service. Vince, my service manager and Taylor my mechanic were both very helpful and friendly. Coolant system problems brought me here and they found an air leak I didnt know I had. I have a Freightliner chassis with Cummins engine.

They may be great truck mechanics, but they dont seem to want to help or even try and repair a class A RV. Just not a very good experience.

The guys are very polite. I bought spare parts for my truck at a reasonable price. Thank you for your work. You helped me a lot. I did not spend a lot of money but got all the spare parts that I wanted. Two air bags, two wipers, two dipped bulbs and two high beams, and it cost me only $ 180, its not expensive ..
