Terrible for homeowners. Helped me through picking doors and assured the correct ones then told me a delivery date. Lost the paperwork for that. Doors come late after pushing my painter off further. Then they finally come and are incorrect. They had no willingness to fix the issue without me paying for it. This is a joke of a company. Go to Tracy at Parr. Screw these guys.

They bring your materials to the parking lot for covid 19 masked up

This is a very low end quality door company. It took 3 tries and 3 weeks to finally get the right door & jam that was not severally damaged or swung the wrong way. After speaking with the general manager i was assured this was not the quality they provide. Like a fool i decided to give them another try and order just a door jam to see if the manager was correct. Again this one also was made to swing the wrong way. After 2 hours of phone calls to headquarters and other managers i had to return the jam for a replacement. A 48 mile drive one way only to arrive and wait 2 1/2 hours for the replacement. Once it was brought out it to was damaged and only half of it primed. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND IF YOUR NOT A BIG CONTRACTOR SPENDING THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS GO ELSE WHERE. THEY HAVE NO USE FOR THE HOME OWNER OR LITTLE GUYS.

Wasnt able to find the crown mouldings we needed anywhere until I found Suburban Door Company. They ordered what I needed and had it ready to pick up within a few days.
