Due to hearing damage, Ive been wearing hearing aids for over 16 years. Ive been a client of several audiologists in Denver before moving to Redmond. Tricia is the best. With todays technology, programming is at least as important as selection. Two instruments are a considerable investment and Tricia recommended ones that worked well for me. During followup visits she fine-tuned the programming to my needs. Im happy to again hear life around me to the fullest. And my wife is happy she no longer has to repeat herself. I highly recommend Tricia Leagjeld!

I went in just looking for a backup hearing aid in case I lost the one that I had. That was several years ago. I have enjoyed her personal attention to my needs since then and the hearing aid that I purchased has been top quality.

Parked in their lot on accident, was there less that an hour, they left a not saying private parking, that’s fine, walked in, told them I didn’t realize I parked in the wrong spot, the gal was rude, said it was for patient parking, I said sorry, it won’t happen again, was a mistake. Then another lady stepped out the door shakes her finger at me, and I again say it was an error, and she proceeds to tell me that they have already called the tow truck on me ! Wow!

They never keep me waiting in the waiting room. They are efficient and professional. I was in for a simple adjustment and they had me in and out in 10 minutes.
