Where to begin. I was piping my sprinkler system last weekend. Told myself I could dig the trenches with a pick axe and shovel. It turned out my lot is loaded with large rocks and packed dirt. After an hour I decided to try and find a trench digger to rent. I called around and Baker Equipment was the only place with one in stock. The trencher was a large unit but it worked perfectly and fast. I was told it was a flat rate per day. Picked it up last minute at 11am. Jimmy was really helpful and told me if I was done by 12:30 ish he would meet me at the shop, after they were closed, and return it (this was a Saturday and they are closed Sunday, I also work Monday and wouldn’t have been able to drop it off Monday morning). I finished the job in an hour and a half and Jimmy met me at the shop to return the trencher. He gave me a discounted rate and really helped this project come together for me. 5 stars for sure, the customer service is exceptional.

I brought my chainsaw in and two months later it never got worked on and when I called to find out it’s progress he lied to me and said it next in line do not bring your equipment to be worked on by them !
