Purchased an ADA conversion van from Kersey. Alex went above and beyond to help us get through this process quickly and as painlessly as possible. So happy with our experience and will use them for future needs.

Very friendly and accommodating. Could be more organized.1. Neglected to make adjustments prior to pickup.2. Looked closed (no lights on) when dropping off.

They installed my hand controls wrong, causing them to put pressure on the brakes and unable to accelerate. Instead of taking responsibility they said it was my fault for not letting them know where i positioned my seat. They re-installed it and this time the rod didnt have enough tension causing the brake light to remain on which drained my battery. Again they took no responsibility and again accused me of having my seat in the wrong position. They offered no solutions and i ended up having them remove the unit. Go to the other guys for your own safety. Jake doesnt know what hes doing and al cant admit that he messed up in the job.

Great, friendly service! I needed a wheelchair accessible van for a trip to Seattle and eastern parts of the State for a wedding this fall. I found Kersey Mobility online and was very pleased. Caitlyn was great to work with. She brought the van right to the curb outside baggage claim at the airport and picked it up at the hotel in downtown Seattle when we were done. The van was in perfect condition and was easy to drive. Traveling with my daughter who is disabled can be full of challenges, so it was great to have this part of the adventure go so smoothly. I highly recommend Kersey, and will use them again.

I had called around to 4 different mobility centers and Alex has by far exceeded my expectations. His quote was fit exactly to the vehicle needs and even called the manufacture to make sure the valet seat would work. Also this was the lowest quote including tax and installation that I could find on the same exact product for the same exact vehicle. There was a minimum difference of $2,000. Any time I know anyone needing extra assistance I will tell them that this is worth the call and worth the drive. Thanks Alex!

This is the second time I am using this companys service and its nothing but the best. 5 years ago, I took my ML350 to fit hand-controls (I have polio) in Sumner location. The engineers there work as though its their own vehicle. Thats the kind of personal service I got. Very professionally done. Their work looked like an OEM kind of work, that good.So now when I purchased a new vehicle I took both my old and new vehicle to their Redmond location so that I can transfer my hand-control from the old vehicle to the new one. Same kind of warm welcome and service. The engineers like always call up on the vehicle manufacturers to get the electronics layout so that they know what they have to do. The front desk person, Sherry is the most warmest and kindest person who would welcome you like her own home. Al Diego was the sales person who knew exactly what to do with my vehicle. And Tim is the hands-on guys who is a mechanical genius, nothing is unknown to him!So if you ever need accessibility work done on your vehicle or your loved ones vehicle, I whole-heatedly recommend Kersey Mobility. They are the best, their work shows it all. Thank you Al, Sherry and Timmy for your time and effort to make my vehicle(s) accessible.

From the 1st time I sent an email asking about price breakdowns to the day I made a purchase Kersey Mobility has went out of their way to assist me in my purchase of a wheelchair accessible van. Al Diego came in on a Saturday to assist myself and my wife with choosing a vehicle that fit our budget. I wish every dealership was as accommodating as Kersey Mobility was. I highly recommend Kersey Mobility for any Veteran looking to purchase an adapted vehicle.

Kersey Mobility is the place to go if youre looking to buy a new vehicle, add adaptive equipment or put a vehicle for sale on consignment. Weve done all three and give the dealership a 5-star rating. The people are helpful, kind, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable.

I cant say enough positive things about my experience at Kersey Mobility! As an occupational therapist supporting a family member with ALS, I can confidently say Kersey is the best place to purchase an accessible vehicle in Western Washington. Mike was extremely knowledgeable about both VMI and Braunability conversion styles, with exact details related to every make and model available. Prior to making any suggestions, Mike was very interested to learn about the full picture of our situation, including the type of disability and the model of wheelchair my family member was using, to ensure the clearance, interior space, and internal features would be a good match. Kersey took an otherwise stressful process and made it much more approachable. I left feeling much more confident in a decision and my family member was very grateful to hear all that I learned from my visit. Thank you, Mike and the team at Kersey for your attention and care for the customer experience.

Kersey Mobility knows how to treat their customers. From my initial call with Alex to the modifications by Tim, they were professional, yet fun at the same time. Thank you both for making my situation easier to handle!!!

This company understands customer service. Its not just some overused, vague notion with them. They really get it. Ive been to a good number of mobility-focused companies in the Bay Area and greater Seattle over the years. Every person I talked to at Kersey, from salesperson to mechanic to co-owner, was engaging and honest and helpful. We found the perfect and least-expensive solution for our needs, and everyone treated me as if I was their most-important customer.By contrast, I watched the owner of a different company in the Seattle area brush off a woman who came into the lobby of his business searching for a car solution for her mother and 15-year-old daughter. Both were wheelchair-bound, and she was taking care of them by herself. She drove a tiny Honda Fit and looked exhausted and worried. After giving her a quick tour of the showroom, the owner returned with her to the lobby. I overheard her say she couldnt afford any of it, at which point, he shrugged and gave a brief, insincere apology. (He really didnt care. That was clear.) After she left, dejected, he went back to talking about European travel with a customer who was waiting for delivery of a big $80,000 wheelchair van. Its not like he didnt have time to do some research for this woman and perhaps find a more affordable solution. He just didnt think it was worth the bother.Ive had two extremely successful people give me their No. 1 rule at different times and places. The San Francisco person, decades ago, was a broker downtown and managed 100 million in assets, far more than anyone else at the branch at that time. The Bellingham one, more recently, had a staff of 1,000 and retired at a very young age with a lifetime supply of wealth. Both emphasized that you always take care of the customer first.Maybe its hard to believe in that rule. Perhaps thats why some people focus only on customers who spend big or look well-to-do. The wealthiest people Ive known personally are the least pretentious in the world. The truth is, you never know who you are talking to, and who they know, so it does pay (if profit is your top concern) to treat everyone with the same respect.Thats what this company understands. Good business can go hand-in-hand with compassion. Keep your eyes on what is important (like your humanity), no matter what anyone else says, and you will go far. The owners made a relatively recent purchase of this company, which already had a stellar reputation. In fact, thats why they bought it. They have the right attitude and the right people and have promised to continue the Kersey legacy with honor. I am grateful for the new Redmond location and will continue to recommend them.
