I came in here near closing time. By the time I got around to finalizing my purchase it was a few minutes after closing. I was shopping for a new pair of riding boots. Josh the owner didn’t hesitate to take the time necessary to make sure that I was picking the best pair of boots that would best fit my needs. He explained in detail the differences between the selections and then told me to try on multiple pairs to make sure I got the ones that worked the best. He took the time to show me how all of the buckles worked and got me all fitted up and adjusted. He went above and beyond and told me multiple times to take my time. He is very professional and and knowledgeable and his customer service is top notch. It really shows that Josh takes pride in what he does and understands what it takes to run a successful business. This was my first time stopping in and I was impressed with the amount of selection available in what appeared from the outside to be a small shop. Had everything that I was looking for.

I forgot my riding pants and they are the only ones that would answer and help. When I showed up they were so relaxed and friendly to help. On one of the rides on Saturday we needed some things and the first call was to them. I wish this shop was closer to my home because I would buy everything I needed through them. Thank you for making this trip that much better.

This place has always been great and has been there since I moved to redmond. The owner is kind, helpful, awesome and always keeps stuff in stock. If by some random chance he doesnt have what you need, hell have it there in no time flat. Hes always helpful and its been amazing to see it do so well over the years.Any time Ive needed batteries, accessories, helmets, gear, you name it, theres been a good little selection and the owner will help you find what you need.

As other reviewers have indicated, Josh is a great guy. I moved to Redmond 2 years ago, am a life long motorcycle rider/racer (street and dirt) and was very happy to see a shop in this small town. Great inventory and customer service, if he doesnt have it, he can get it! And, my favorite kind of shop. A shop where you can also just hang out, shoot the bull with Josh, get advice/opinion on products/needs, meet and talk to other riders, solve the worlds problems, etc. Sadly, shops like this have all but disappeared. The Evil Empire Mega shops have taken over. Most are staffed by kids seemingly fresh out of high school that know little to nothing about motorcycles and motorcycling in general.Josh, keep up the great work!To my motorcycling brothers and sisters, keep it local and patronize the small mom & pop shops wherever you live. We collectively need to preserve these valuable assets to our motorcycling community!

New to riding this summer and on one of the days it was in the 90s I was looking for a cooler helmet that wasnt going to cost me the same as payment on my bike. After going to a couple places in Bend I finally went into Joshs shop in Redmond. When I walked in Josh immediately greeted me asked what he could help me with and when I explained I was new to riding he not only took me to what I was wanting but showed me something better even though it was less expensive. He could have sold me the more expensive one but because he didnt I also ended up buying a new jacket and some glasses from him as well. My next visit in was a few weeks later and not only did he remember my name but he also remembered what kind of bike I ride and was asking me about it.So much better than the bigger shops in Bend that even though I spent several thousand dollars there didnt even recognize me when I rode in on the bike they sold me!Josh is a great guy and I would recommend him to anyone!

Like the other reviews say he will do whatever it takes to take care of his customers. If I need anything for my bike there is no doubt in my mind where Ill go.

Just moved to Redmond couple of months ago, and was shopping for a place to buy motorcycle stuff. Searched on-line like most of us, and found Joshs place. Went in on a Saturday, and although Josh wasnt in (he was enjoying a much needed day off I found out later), I was greeted (acknowledged) by one of his employees that covers for Josh when he is out. Shop was very busy, so I just looked around and hung out for awhile. Had to leave before I could ask any questions, so my wife and I walked out and got in our truck. The employee came out to introduce himself and apologized for not being able to get to us. That kind of attention pays dividends in my book. Have returned several times since then and have purchased items through Josh. He knows his stuff is very attentive! He even jump my bike battery for me when I left my headlight on while shopping for bike fluids one day. Josh puts in a ton of hours, and he surely puts in a ton more, like any successful business owner does in the store, and behind the scenes. If you decide to go to ACE Motorsports, just know that they get busy and you may have to wait for a while. but let me tell you, you wont be disappointed. IMHO As a reference, I visited a big box motorsports store in Bend, because I already knew about them, prior to finding ACE Motorsports....PC you can guess who Im talking about. The only time anyone said boo to me, was when I was leaving the store after looking around for 30 minutes. The dreaded words out of one of them was did you need some help? Let me make the scenario clear...It was 11am in the morning on a Tuesday. As far as I could tell, I was the only customer in the store. (showroom and parts department)3, what appeared to be salespeople at their computers, and 2 parts people behind the counter, who seemed to busy to look up and acknowledge my presence. No they werent looking at parts screens, but rather discussing something that sounded of a personal nature.Anyway, to each his own and far be it from me to judge anyone or any business. But after being in the game of customer service for well over 20 years, I can tell you, Ace Motorsports has it figured out!!
