Wow. I cant even put into words how grateful I am to have taken my car to South Bay Auto Body with Jesse. I was treated like family. The customer service is unparalleled. Jocelyn was very responsive via email.Someone had backed into my front bumper while I was parked up a hill. I had to replace my front bumper and repair my hood. Jesse ordered the parts which took about 2 weeks. I continued to drive my car since it was still drivable and since his insurance did not cover the rental car for the time it took for the parts to come in. My car was in the shop for only 1 week for the repair. I was able to leave my rental car at the body shop.My car looks 100 times better than when I brought it in. They did touch ups on key marks that was not part of the original job. They defogged my headlights. They even washed and vacuumed my car.I highly recommend Jesse and South Bay Auto Body for repairs. I got in a car accident and I was worried my new car’s bumper wouldn’t look new anymore if I got it replaced. Jesse and his team were able to get me an OEM replacement bumper and color match it perfectly to my cars color. They went above and beyond to even touch up some areas around the vehicle that were scuffed. If you ever need body work Jesse is they guy to get with. Seriously, this shop is great.

Jesse and the team did an outstanding job painting and replacing the fenders on my VW Golf R track car with wider aftermarket fenders. The finished product looks amazing as the color matching was spot on despite having to overcome the extra challenge of painting fiberglass fenders while the body panels were aluminum alloy. As far as car repairs go this was as painless an experience as possible. Jesse was warm, friendly, and very communicative.He and the front office staff both were all top-tier customer service. I would recommend them to anyone based on that alone. However the work done on the car was also phenomenal. My car looks like it was coming off the lot for the first time. On delivery he gave me a full tank of gas and the car was literally spotless. Incredible.
