I was having funny squealing noises from my 1999 Nissan Quest when turning corners. I looked it up and topped off my steering wheel fluid. I took it in for Firestones Complete Car Care Package. I called and was told it was a very reasonable $22. I went in on Friday, 6/4/21. It was on sale for $9.99! I found out my inner front tie rods (related to the power steering system), tires and a front motor mount all needed to be replaced. Not a bad diagnosis for $10. If you purchase 4 tires from Firestone, you get free unlimited tire rotations (should be done every 6,000 miles). I was told I would need an alignment after mounting the new tires. Average price for an alignment is about $75-100. They have an offer for lifetime alignment for $199. This is a great deal because you should get an alignment with every oil change (every 3,000 miles). This is valid for the life of your ownership of the car. Technically, you can come in and get a free alignment any time you want. In terms of maintaining your car, doing it the right way the first time can actually save you more money over the long run.
Had brakes on my Chevy Colorado replaced @ Firestone on PCH, they had discount coupons on their website, which was a plus. Excellent customer service, Sylvia was very professional and kept me informed of status of my rig! I highly recommend Firestone for their service and will be a repeat customer!
I would give this business a negative star review I could. I had a really bad experience (worst customer service of my entire life) with the so called manager, who is as rude as someone can be.Charlie was super rude and unprofessional, he wouldnt even let me talk without him cutting me off . When I confronted him he basically told me that he had the position of power of the situation, after that I took my business elsewhere (I have been taking my two cars to this location for 7 years). Rude, Inconsiderate and unprofessional.
Never goiing back. Been taking cars and trucks there for 24 years. Went over yesterday to simply have two rims and tires swapped so I could pull out my truck that burned up In thr Orange County fire. I have done this multiple times before and have had tires repaired and mounted. This time they said they can only mount new tires bought from them. I’m done. Don’t trust them anyway. Took my Subaru over last year to fix the AC they said it needed a new condenser. So I paid and the Ac worked fine! Latter I crawled under the car and noticed the condenser had not been replaced. Never going back.
Usually a quick and easy vist for me turned in to a nightmare today. I had an appointment and I dropped the car off at 10am, its now 3:46 pm and I havent heard a word from them. I get that is busy but for even having an appointment its still a long wait even for a simple light fixture and a leak my car has.
Came in for oil change. Super easy and quick. No issues and the guys were professional.
This is a straight up great and honest place to get your catering repaired. I need a major overhaul in several areas. Had my car towed there and they worked with me to make the best decisions as to what I could afford and what to fix. Michael, the manager, is very nice. They need help answering the phones as it gets really busy with calls.
Got appointment 1 pm, wait until 2:15 pm to get on the lift, started to work at 2:55 pm got all four tires to replaced by 3:35 pmWorkmanship was above par value but time management was terrible.Communication was near none.If you want there service, spare at least 3 hours extra, then youll be satisfied

My BUICK S U V had a complex electrical problem. Robert the Customer Rep. was courteous and very helpful explaining how they would diagnose the issue. . BO the extremely professional, knowledgeable technician found the problem, reconditioned the area and thus provided a remedy. Frustrating up-sellers. Asked them to give me tires, but then held my car *all day* because they wanted to know if I wanted them to do $1000 worth of work *that i never asked for*. What should have been a few hours turned into 1.5 days of waiting to get my car back.

He is super truthful reliable and will help you with all your needs. He will get the job done. I live in Redondo Beach and used to drive to Marina Del Rey to get my car serviced because where I was going was very trustworthy. Now I have found the same thing close to home and Redondo Beach. He also made sure to tell me promotions going on that would save me money which I really appreciated. I have been to several other firestones in the area and this location is by far been the best experience and I will only come to this one to get my car worked on.
Low class workers. Very malicious. I had a flat tire near this location and walked in to order a new tire, prepaid, supposed to come in next morning for installation, but never heard from them, then came a whole day’s wait. Finally, 3 calls later, after the woman finished her “hour-long lunch” at 4pm, I was finally able to get my tire put on, it was 5.40 pm when done. They close at 6pm. Left Firestone around 5.50, my bmw bounced like a basketball. Unbelievable. Pulled out my gauge, turns out the tires were inflated unevenly, like extremely unevenly. Omg what a malicious bunch. Shame on Firestone.
4 hours for a oil change and tire rotation. Lazy guys who dont want to get on there knees to put a cap on so they use the lift to do it. They love to waste time
I have a fleet vehicle that I would, up until now, bring in for service.I needed a simple flat repair done today.Which was 100% repairable (I have worked in the auto&tire industry) but upon dropping off my vehical, the service writer said I would need a new tire because they dont clean out the temporary Factory sealant that came with the vehicle. (No spare tire, just a pump and sealant kit)He said it wasnt possible to clean....unfortunately for him I have cleaned that gorilla snot out of countless tires and applied perfectly good patches....so obviously someone is either lying, or just lazy. Either way, Ill start taking my fleet vehicles to pep boys, where they had NO issue fixing my tire. 👍

We have been loyal customers for years and maddeningly and disappointingly I dont see us coming back. I called yesterday to see if they had 4 ties in stock so I could just get a whole new set. I was told I could come in that day but mentioned that I was at work in Glendale so I needed to do it first thing in the morning before work. I asked for the earliest appointment next day. I dropped off the car at 715 and while there were a few cars in the lot, the waiting room was empty and I was reassured that I would be called in an hour and a half to 2 hours. I called 2 hours later and nobody answered. I called again 10 minutes later and got through after a brief hold. I was then told that only 2 of the tires had been installed because their inventory said they had 4 but when they checked they only had 2 but now the other 2 had been delivered so they were installing as we spoke so he needed another half hour to 45 minutes. No mention of the fact that i was told the day before they had several sets available. No call to tell me it was going to take longer than originally promised. I called back an hour later. The phone rang several times then hung up on me. I dialed again. I got hung up on again. I got through on the third try only to be put on hold. After 10 minutes of being on hold I was livid. I hung up and called back. I called 4 more times all with hangups after several rings. I finally get through so thats about 8 tries, and I was asked for my name and number so they could call me back. I interrupted and asked if my car was ready since Id been waiting for over 2 hours for it from when it was first promised. With some mumbling about going to check he said he they were doing the third wheel so we could pick it up in an hour. I asked if it was definitely going to be ready because I had been promised it God be ready twice and if it was going to take longer, I needed to know so I could make arrangements to get to work in Glendale because I was now 2 hours late to work. They called about 50 minutes later from a different number and I missed the call. No voicemail. I googled the number and saw it was firestone so I decided to try my luck and get dropped off so I could try to make it to work today. It was finally ready. No apologies, nothing. He asked for my credit card and I had to ask him for the total cost after it didnt show up on the card terminal. He didnt even attempt to apologize or try and give me a discount or anything. I had to ask him what the warranty was on the tires as well, which were not legible on the faded receipt. So long story short, instead of 1.5 -2 hours I picked up my car almost 3 hours after after it hours after I dropped it off, was 3 hours late for work and feel like my car is pulling to the right a little, as if not properly aligned. Needless to say, you have lost two valuable customers and the Firestone head office should know about your terrible customer service. I get it, its busy before a holiday. Whats the point of making an appointment? Why is your inventory system not accurate? And how are any of the reasons for the delay a customer issue? You could have avoided this with a heads up, by making a call, by answering the phone, by leaving a voicemail, by apologizing for being so delayed... the fact that you did none of these things has irreparably damaged your reputation to us. We will follow the other reviews and look elsewhere for service on our vehicles.
Drive an Audi A6. I have been to OCHs twice now. Pretty fantastic service, quick and thorough, professional yet very friendly guys and decent prices. They have good team spirit while working, makes it enjoyable!
Nice guys but slow service. Went to this location to get a sensor checked to see why the check engine light was on (I had s service done there just before and thought it might be related) and it took nearly two hours for them to run a simple diagnostic.I realize I was a walk in but there is no reason to take that long for this.Prices are always high at this chain too in my opinion.
Tim was awesome! Start to finish.I called he told me since it was MLK day that he would be busy but, if he could fit in my car (Alignment) he would let me know. I called back and was green lighted to come in.Everything was flawless. I arrived, was told the price and that my car would take about 2 hours. Less than an hour later Im getting a call saying she was all finished.Inspected the car, no scratches no damage.Very VERY happy with service! I was very satisfied with the friendly and competent service I got at this Firestone location. They found a tire leak that another repair shop I wont mention could not find and it saved me from having to buy a new rim which is what I had been told I needed from another shop. Donna Smith and the guys in the shop were so helpful and I really appreciated that they were able to find the real problem with my tire.
Not my first time here. I typically do my own work but theres a great rep there named Michael who knows what they are doing and is level headed for the rest.

They said my Radiator needed replacement, and wanted to charge me $1,276! Fortunately I towed it to my previous mechanic that had done work for me for several years. He told me NOTHING WAS WRONG with my radiator!I then learned that my Ex-wife had gone there a few months ago. Robert and Michael did the same thing to her! they tried to tell her that she had $2,800+ in repairs+! She went to our previous mechanic and had the necessary repairs done for less than $500!I called Firestone Corporate and spoke to Jessica, a very nice woman who listened and is now taking action against this store.I DO NOT HAVE TIME TO MAKE PHONE CALLS OR TYPE COMPLAINTS such as this, however when it comes to costing me $1,276 ... money that I DO NOT HAVE, I WILL COMPLAIN!ROBERT AND MICHAEL ALMOST LEFT ME WITHOUT A VEHICLE!!HOW MANY OTHER PEOPLE HAVE THEY DONE THIS TO??If mechanics are standing around in their work bays telling you where to park ... An excellent experience, even though Im not a regular customer of this location when I pulled in with a tire pressure warning light on my car I was immediately taken care of with a friendly smile and a quick job well done.
I bought two tires and got an alignment which they suggested but didnt need and ever since then my car has drifted to the right which it didnt do before. Customer service is decent but the work they perform is not very good, go somewhere else. I feel like they intentionally messed up my alignment because I didnt go for the plan which offers free alignment for a few years.
EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. I took my Honda Accord in to have the rear brakes and rotors replaced. They put on a bad part the first time around (rotor was warped out of the box), so I brought it back and they worked on it again with no charge. Then the noise still persisted and they told me if I wasnt satisfied in a week or so that I could bring the car back and have the entire rear brakes and rotors replaced again at no charge. I ended up bringing back to redeem his deal, and in doing that, the problem and noise were eliminated. Although I wasnt happy about having to bring it back twice, I must say, they were very gracious about the whole thing, attentive to my concerns, apologetic about the dissatisfaction, and went out of their way to make sure that I was happy with my car and the job they had done before I left. Way above and beyond. I was very pleased. There might be a line, but you cant top their customer service.

I went there for an oil change and they lost my battery cover, insisted they didnt touch it then found one piece of it but not both. Also both my front rims now have scratches on them. The rims were spotless prior to being dropped off for service, cant suggest you use them.

Driving through construction area on 190th, I get a Torx screw bit embedded in my rear tire. I know if I pull it out, the tire will deflate. So I hobble over slowly to nearest tire store, Firestone on PCH. Mechanic says if he can fix it, it will be around $21 bucks; if not, Im looking at a new tire. They get to it right away, and as predicted, when he pulls it out the air goes with it. Luckily it was fixable and Im on my way soon enough.One star dinged for starting a 21 point inspection - under my hood - before I put a stop to that. Please deal with my tire *first*, thats what Im there for. Then when you are done, ask me nicely if you can look under my hood for an opportunity to up sell me. I may be pressed for time - which I was.
Purchased four new tires for my 2016 Suburban on June 1, 2018 from Firestone Complete Auto Care 500 N Pacific Coast Hwy, RDB.A fews ago my back right tire got a screw in one of the curves, my husband and I brought my suburban to see if we could get the tired plugged. First question from Donna did you get the warranty, my husband says NO. She then shook her head, we then went out to the truck as my husband repeatedly stated that he wanted it plug. She looked at the tire and said Cant do, my husband how do you know, she states, Because I know. So my husband ask so we need a new tire (now mind you this is a leased vehicle and we have only three more months left). So we did NOT want to pay for another new tire that was two months old. My husband then ask can you at least try. She said I know we cant do because it wont work. So my husband said your final answer is a new tire. She said yes...He then brought to a local gas station (Shell 28103 Hawthorne Blvd, Rancho Palos Verdes, CA 90275) that has done work on our vehicles many times (and always accommodating and does great work!) My husband asked if he could plug it... he said I will try and let you know. Within 15 mins he called my husband and said all fixed and for $20!Morale to the story, I WILL NOT GO BACK TO FIRESTONE, AS IN THE SERVICE ADVISOR: DONNA would say I guess you dont like what I told you!

My car has three electric windows that are not working, they charged me $125 and kept my car all day and tried to charge me over $1,200 to fix them. I found the parts and for $25 per window regulator and found instructions online that estimate a half hour per regulator replacement. So I told them not to do the work. When I came to pick up my car, the drivers side window was down and i asked them to put it back up since it wasnt fixed and they told me to leave my car overnight or bring it back tomorrow, this was after they had it all day. Serious jerks here...
