I’m very, very glad I didn’t make a purchase here. I found this car on Craigslist thinking it was a Private Sale, but the address the Seller sent me was to Redwood City Auto Sales. After arriving, the salesman / owner of the small dealership confirmed that this vehicle was indeed the car that I found on Craigslist. He told me that he’s selling it for his friend. After checking out the car I requested a carfax report. The report looked incomplete and I paid $39.99 out-of-pocket for my own. Then, the salesman / owner told me the car has, “damage.” After asking what the damage was, he said, “I don’t know.” VERY, VERY shady! I had such an awful gut feeling about this place. I immediately walked away after he said he didn’t know what the damage was. How do you sell a car on your lot and not know where the damage is? And, if you are selling privately for a friend, why advertise your company stickers on the windshield? So many shady things going on here.

Purchased a car, it was very easy process, very professional and welcome. This was a surprise for me, they didn’t have typical “car sales game”. They took you as long-term customer . Not just like those dealerships after sell you a car, nobody carescustomer service. Which most franchise dealerships all do that. They took their time, trying to help me in any way as possible. Hard to see those old time customer service as now. Very happy do business with them !

I just sold my old 2005 Toyota minivan here today. Price is negotiable and we sold it at a reasonable price that were happy about. The boss and all staffs here are very nice and efficient. I got my money right away and easy transferred deed. I forgot to remove lot of things in my car before coming here, the owner is nice enough to send someone with me to my place. After I remove all the stuffs in my old car, the staff drive back the car to the store. So I dont need to walk home for 20-30 mins.At the time that I removed all the stuffs from old car to another car, my car has to jump start again. The staffs waited for me at my garage for an hour without any complaint and the owner is very nice that he didnt get angry with me. They are very professional and nice. Highly recommended!
