The service is good but recently I haven’t got any good help the 2 lady’s that are new there give me attitude also see me with a lot of bags and don’t ask for them to help me I’m 4 months pregnant and can’t carry much… I really hope they get back the other people because these new girls are no help at all 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

The lady that work here is very rude it was my first time there and they tell me what do you want what do you want.and saying we dont speak English at all they were telling me that but they sure know how to say what do you want pretty well. they were very rude and unprofessional its not right they should be people working there hope are more helpful and nice.

The people in here is nice but i dont know why they never open on time always i came Early because i live in Palo Alto and i bring my daughter to school in Redwood City and i like the service here but suppose they open at 8:00am. And i always have to wait...specially today i wait long time1 hour late open its so crazzy i think its much better if they change the open time .....

Workers there are pretty much helpful, they always give the best service. Store is clean and neat. I love it!

Very good service

Fast and practical, polite staff, on-site parking and they serve you very well, unlike supermarkets with safeway where you feel humiliated when you pay with the Wic card.

The Owner needs to fix this problem with his employees because they will not have the time they say and one is waiting for a long time out here.
