He was extremely knowledgeable about his products and had personal relationships with the vendors he worked with. He even worked with me to find a time and place to drop the instrument off in person so I could get it sooner. Highly recommended!
Ive had a couple opportunities to work with Scott and The Music Wagon. Both occasions required time sensitive repairs to a saxophone.
