Impressed with my first stop at the store the other day. Their selection is very large considering how scarce things are right now. Pricing was also great, same pricing as online without shipping costs. The two staff members were very knowledgeable and excited to show me around the store. They spent a lot of time with me and I appreciated their excitement to help me with my builds. I will be shopping here much more in the future

So I just got out of the store today after having breakfast today. So Im just going to say this is two words: knowledgeable and friendly. No high pressure environment here, these guys are really laid-back in terms of trying to help you find what you need for equipment and needs. They are also passionate about what they do. Id like to think that if I made the best weekend accidental find lately its this place. I got what I needed for work here pretty quick. although, I didnt get all I wanted because I didnt plan for it. I do know that I can get what I need here. So I do advise come on by even if its not just for breakfast at Pegs.

I had a good experience with this place along with the great group of guys who are very knowledgeable and patient. There’s no place quite like Scorpius Tactical in reno in terms of product. They sell very unique things that I couldn’t find anywhere else in town.

Friendly, Knowledgeable and easy to work with. Pricing on some things may be a little high, but they are fair and not outrageous. They offer military / le / first responder discounts. They provide great advice, might not be what you Want to hear, but they know what they are talking about and have not steered me wrong yet. I like supporting local shops, and they have earned my business.

Scorpius Tactical has some great staff, very knowledgeable. They have some great gear, accessories, body armor plate carriers and some really nice firearms. I will be back to spend some more money for sure. Worth the drive from Fernley.

This place is great!We were in town for some baseball with the kids. Shot over there Saturday morning and was amazed to see all the plate armor, targets and AR parts that are in stock. The two gentlemen behind the counter were extremely polite and probably the most helpful people I’ve ever met when it comes to buying gun parts. I was able to buy all the parts for my 6.5 Creedmoor A.R. 10 at their store. I wanted to buy three selector switches and they only had two in stock. They offered to go in back and take the selector switch off their personal AR rifle(They just put on) and give it to me. That is customer service! It’s nice to be able to go inside, physically hold and look at the parts you want. I walked out of the store with all parts I was missing for my AR10 build.

I have honestly never once dealt with a more friendly and helpful company. I had issues with an order (entirely my fault) and Brian Nichols with the company responded immediately. He responded with a few possible ways to fix the issue and when I replied he took care of it immediately! I can not stress how much it means to still have people who genuinely care. What an awesome company!

I recently bought one of there .50 cal shot glass and it was amazing. I also bought a while back one of there water blater backpacks and another backpack and they still are in great condition. If you want something thats made though for a reusable price this place is for you. Also they have great customer service they answered my email very quick. And the shipping was great as well.

I stopped in last week while I was in Reno on business. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I got a new fore-grip for my AK and was very unsure of correct fit to my specific model. I discussed it with the gentleman at the counter and he pointed me to the correct model. When I got home, I had it installed within 10 minutes and could not be happier! Staff is a solid group of dudes. Very helpful, no egos. Brian helped me get set up with a couple tactical mag carriers. All of their gear is primo. Just wish I could legally buy some of their rifles, unfortunately I am a resident of the peoples republic of Kalifornia. Drove from the bay area, and will definitely be back for their target stands and other tacti-cool gear.

Ordered some Aero Precision 308 lower parts via online. I got a call 10 min after my purchase letting me know the online inventory was off. Cameron apologized for the inconvenience and assured me they would be shipped within a week. My parts came in a day after they shipped and everything looked as it should. Things sometimes don’t go as planned and Scorpius Tactical handled the issue the right way. Five stars for their customer service!

Ive been dealing with Brian and Scott for over a year now. The guys are always extremely professional, courteous and friendly. The prices are competitive with missy of what you find online. Plus its always good to support local businesses.

I’ve been in there a few times. The last time I was looking at putting together an upper and the sales person kept trying to change my mind of what I wanted. When someone wants a .308 don’t try to sell them a 6.5. The selection wasn’t that great and what was there, to me was very overpriced. I try to give my business and money to local businesses so that is why I’ve gone in a few times. Between the salesperson attitude and price, I’ll be taking my money elsewhere.

Im going to stand by my previous opinion. If they had decided to contact me directly to try and make my experience better, I mihgt have reconsidered a one star. If I could leave ZERO, I would.

3 separate occasions ive been inside or talked to them on the phone, theyve talked down to me every time, from saying my colt ar was junk and i should have bought a custom one. Another time i was told that building an AR was dangerous and i should take it to them to put it together instead when the problem was a simple hammer tap. It is really no wonder why both times ive been in there i was the only customer. I wont be going back and will be taking my business elsewhere.

I cant thank Scorpius Tactical and Brian Nichols enough for their outstanding customer service as well as their Life saving products. I Sustained Multiple shots to my body armor with an AK47 the Multi hit AR500 with anti spalling coating did what it was designed to do and saved my chest from being penetrated by multiple 7.62x39 rounds while working as a private contractor. I did sustain damage but im still alive and breathing and going back to help out our freedom fighters over seas. im proud to say that Scorpius Tactical Saved my life and they have my full support and business. and thank you for the new Equipment. Cant say enough good things about this store. First Brian is very knowledgable and very friendly and doesnt mind answering any questions about any of the products they offer. He was very helpful when I purchased my plate carrier/plates and answered every question i had about my first set up and even offered suggestions about what works best from his personal rig. Im extremely happy to see they offer Ak accessories because there arent any stores in town where you can get Rifle Dynamics Ak Stock adapters or ALG AKT Triggers. Fantastic store have been back many times since my plate carrier purchase and will be back again and again. Has a huge selection of accessories for your plate carrier as well as AR parts.
