Went there to diagnose my rzr that was having an oil consumption problem. They had it for a while and they said the diagnosed it as it needed to top end. Took them quite a long time to do it there were some delays on parts granted. Once I took it out on first ride it caught on fire within an hour. Turns out One of the injectors was leaking. On top of that it was still eating oil. Recently had time to take the head off and found that the head and pistons were completely coated and carbon. Took to a local machine shop and they said the valve seals were nine times out of spec. UTV addiction said they took the head apart and inspected it they apparently did not. Numerous attempts have been made to contact them and nothing. Well never do business again.Update: Its been three weeks since I talked to the owner. He seemed receptive and understand and was going to work with me. Tried numerous times to reach out to him but still havent heard a thing from him or UTV Addiction.

Great customer service and speedy repairs. I had an upgrade clutch and tuner installed on my 2016 RZR1000. Bobby even stayed late so I could pick up after I got off work and even offered to deliver it to me. Wonderful people to work with there at UTV Addiction. Definitely will be bring all my business here and referring all my riding buddies from the snow and the dirt.Thanks again for great work Bobby.Todd

Wr spent an enormous amount of money at UTV Addiction to fix a clutch problem and we were left stranded on our first trip out after the service was completed. Many attempts have been made to contact them about our concerns and they simply refuse to take or return our calls. I will never do business with them again and definitely would not recommend them to work on UTVs. Very disappointed...

Booked and paid online for a full day rental, got a confirmation email, got an email reminder the day before, came all the way from San Francisco but nobody showed up and no one answered the phone. Did eventually receive a refund.

These guys are awesome! I came in just to get an idea of how much I was going to spend on some wheels and tires. Otto took time out of his busy morning on a Saturday to look up a package deal for me, even though I wasnt really sure if I was going to get them. I came back in on Tuesday and paid, got exactly what I wanted at an awesome price and they were in by Friday! The customer service here is awesome! Thanks guys! X3 is looking mean!

Rob gave me a lot of great info on buying my first utv as to which is a great base model to start with based on what I want to do with it.

We went to UTV Addiction to purchase a used 4 seater Polaris. We had never owned one and have only lived in Nevada for a few years. The owner saw that we have three children that we planned to take for rides, our youngest being special needs as well. He told us he upgraded the engine and promised us that the mechanics would make sure everything was right before sending it to us. When we got the vehicle through a transport person many things were wrong. The seat belts were rigged and attached improperly creating a dangerous ride for our young children. Upon examination, many critical bolts (8) were missing and things were hanging loose like the tail pipe. One of the tires was missing bolts as well. My husband sent it back and had to pay expensive transport fees from Lovelock to Reno. When we finally got it back, we only drove it a total of 22 miles and it began smoking. We pushed it home and paid to take it to a local mechanic. The mechanic told us they sent the Polaris to us with very little oil because now we have to pay $2500 to repair the engine damaged by little to no oil during the 22 miles. He also said they lied about upgrading the engine. Their business practices are unsafe and immoral. What mechanic sends a vehicle out of the shop with little or no oil? We feel they did this because they were mad about the previous repairs and if not, they are the most ignorant of mechanics to do this. Either way you want nothing to do with these people.

My family ended up renting a Kawasaki from utv addiction, couldnt have asked for a smoother transaction. Bobby was more than patient in explaining different routes and recommended trails we would enjoy. Unfortunately we were only able to take it out for half the day because of time constraints but we had an absolute BLAST! Look forward to renting one of your faster units next time!Highly recommend!

I am absolutely thrilled with UTV Addiction. I brought my 16 Polaris RZR Turbo in here initially to get some routine service work done but when I discovered he was a Bikeman Performance dealer I had to get some upgrades done as well.After receiving recommendations from several other people that ride side-by-sides, I had actually been communicating with Rob Gott (the owner) a few weeks before via email and he had been very helpful. We set up a time for me to bring my RZR in and I dropped it off. This is one of those times where you meet someone and immediately realize youll probably have a good experience. The shop was busy (this is a good thing) but Robb promised to have my ride out by the time I needed it.Sure enough he gives me a call and lets me know its ready to go (a day before). After coming back to the shop he takes the time to go over what has been modified and changed with my ride and a few extra steps he took to make sure the job was done right and that I was happy.Rob and his employees clearly know what they are doing and know their stuff. Robb was very much on top of everything that was going on in the SxS world (unlike the local dealer). I would highly recommend bringing your rides in here if you need service, upgrades or anything else. These guys can do roll cages, tuning - you name it.I cant praise this place enough, these guys have got me as a customer for life now.
