David Armstrong, founder & owner of Sound Planning, responded quckly to my request for a site visit to help me design a comprehensive, programmable audio/visual system in my HOAs community center. Upon meeting him the first time, I felt confident he understood exactly what I was looking for as he addressed my wish list and concerns. He showed exemplary patience with me (I showered him with questions throughout the months) and the HOA Board of Directors (the bidding process moved at a snails pace); he openly shared his thoughts and wisdom during his Board interview, taking as much time as the Board needed (he called in while on vacation!) and modified his quote a number of times to meet budget constraints. The Board & I are grateful to have met & hired him to design/install a system which WORKS for the benefit of our community. Oh, one last thing. Even though we submitted a work order for him to only move the camera mount, he also performed a quick system check and found a faulty mixer channel and promised to submit a replacement ticket with the manufacturer under warranty! David truly believes in customer service, long term relationships, fair prices and stands behind the products he incorporates in his system design. The HOA Board, management company and I think highly of David, relieved to know we can count on him to handle all of our future audio/visual needs. Thank you so much, David!

David/Sound Planning are extremely knowledgeable about AV systems. David installed the necessary technology, including multiple controllable video cameras, to deliver an in room meeting, classroom and seminar experience to virtual attendees. David also fine tuned all the wireless mic’s with the digital sound processing unit to deliver much better audio/sound through the in room speakers to a room that caters for 150 people. David was very professional, responsive and flexible to work with and I have no hesitation in recommending his services to others.

Upon arrival for installation, realizing the project was larger than anticipated, he didnt flinch and just dealt with the issues without making them issues for us.
