Juan leveled and installed cloth on our existing pool table. He told us he’s been doing this for over 20 years and his professionalism shows. We would definitely do business with Nevada Spa & Billiards again.

Juan was Amazing! Got my 700 lb hot tub from the pallet to the Deck in 20 min. DG, Gravel, Concrete Curbs and up 9 stairs without a scratch on the tub or the Deck. Look no further if you bought a hot tub and need someone to move it. Will recommend to all my friends.

He works hard, has technical knowledge and has the ability to please his customers. I live way out in the middle of nowhere and Juan often appears the same day I call or the next day. Anna, who usually answers the phone at Juan’s office is also a great person, always pleasant, and does whatever is needed to keep the customer happy. I received my hot tub yesterday and it was expertly installed and extra supplies given. This is our second purchase from NV Spa and Billiards. We purchased one 2 years ago at our old home and received very good service while we owned it. It was delivered next day after purchase which was a nice surprise.

Im sorry, but I have a sneaking suspicion that I was taken advantage of ......I had 3 repair visits over a 90 day period of time to fix my hot-tub that I originally purchased from the prior owner and paid $1739.50 in repair costs over that 90 day period.I didnt find the repair tech, who happens to be the owner as very friendly. I had to go out of my way not to piss him off when I showed so understandable emotion that I was paying so much for repairs that, in my opinion, should have been diagnosed correctly.After the first repair visit, where he got my tub started up after being turned off for 1 year, within 60 days after, I stepped into the tub and the water was ice cold, so I called Nevada Spas and Jose told me to call an Electrician to access the power issue. I called the electrician and paid for a service call to tell me what I already thought that the power source was fine and the hot tub was the problem. Jose came out and accessed the problem, but seemed like he didnt really know what he was doing or what the origin of the problem was. I think I paid for his lack of repair knowledge and he replaced parts as a way of narrowing down the potential issue.It would take a lot for me to ever use NV Spas & Billiards again. I will seek service elsewhere.

Nevada Spa & Billiards installed a high-end spa at my rental property at Lake Tahoe (Radiance) in 2009. I purchased the property just over a year ago and found that the parade of Spa Experts who had worked on the maintenance over the prior 5 years had done more harm than good.I tracked down the team from Nevada Spa and Billiards that handled the original installation and found the real experts. Their maintenance team arrives in a truck fully loaded with spare parts and can handle just about any repair on the spot. They know what their doing. No more hey dude... I need to get a turbo encapulator, I think, and it will take to two weeks to get the cheap unreliable unit in from China....if I remember to order it. Seriously, there are real dim wits in this business. Just read the reviews out there and you will learn about all the ways poorly trained spa guys can screw up your spa.Nevada Spa and Billiards knows what their doing and will keep your investment in top shape. Im so glad they were able to repair my spa of all the evils from the past five years and get it back in top shape.PS: They also installed the pool table at my property which is great. When it comes time to re-felt the surface....you know who I intend to call.RKL, customer since 2014.

Needed help with and older hot tub and we got it! So pleased with the repair, service, parts and new products we purchased.

Went to pick up chalk for hubby and found a pink camo cue stick for myself!!! I saw that stick the minute we walked thru the door. Tod was so easy to work with as we also looking for a couple of other things. Im almost afraid to go back, but I know we will back!!!!
