Bad customer service. I called twice and finally got a call back a week and a half later stating that he was to busy.

Old 1 star rating was in error. This is a good shop.

I’ve worked with Allstar Boat Care for years, but would not recommend them any longer. I think they are stretched too thin and lost their way. The final straw for me was being charged $450 for a $95 stereo head unit replacement, and to make matters worse the new unit didn’t function, so I had to have another shop redo the work (at less than 1/2 the cost). They’ve become expensive and a bit callous with customer service for my business.
