Went with my niece to pick her wedding dress. Gina made the selection process enjoyable and the little salon is so cute with great lighting and decor. The selection of dresses was eclectic and gorgeous too.Oh, and the little patio was great, comfy and a nice area to gather for dress/wedding talk.Thank you Gina for helping my niece find the right dress and making her experience special.

I had a wonderful time at Swoon, Gina was incredibly helpful. This was the first place I had gone to for dress shopping and had no idea what I liked. Gina helped me not only find dresses that fit the style I was envisioning, but she also taught me about some of the silhouettes and features that I was drawn to. I had the best experience here and would recommend to anyone! From the first call to schedule an appointment to walking out with the dress of my dreams purchased, it was the best. The staff is so helpful, completely understood my style from Pinterest and matched that with my budget and timeline and had the best dresses all ready for me to try on. If I could give 10 stars I would! From start to finish Maddy was so nice and fit right in with my group, she listened to what I liked and disliked and pulled a handful of dresses for me to try on. I found my dress after only trying on 5 dresses! I’m in love with my dress and couldn’t be happier! I hadn’t even thought of a vail but after she popped her recommendation on me I had to have it! So happy with the entire experience, my day was perfect!

Maddy was AMAZING! The store is absolutely beautiful. I went in with a certain style dress and Maddy pulled several and had them ready for me to try on, but also pulled some other dresses that I would have never thought to try. The top two dresses, including the perfect dress, ended up being dresses she had pulled for me that were outside of my original vision. It is the absolute perfect dress and the experience couldnt have been better!

Maddy was wonderful, she worked hard to make sure my experience was one of a kind. The store itself is well set up with plenty of light, mirrors, and space. Not to mention a wide selection of dresses at differing price ranges. The quality of their dresses are phenomenal and unmatched!

I went dress shopping in Sacramento and found a dress I absolutely loved, but the price the absurd and I knew it was too high. I looked it up online and found that Swoon carried that same designer, so I gave them a call. I live in Reno, so not only was it more convenient to buy at Swoon, but I got a MUCH better price on my dress. The ladies at the salon were SO sweet and helpful, and they text! The whole experience at Swoon was lovely and easy. I would highly recommend to brides-to-be!

I had a wonderful experience here. I came the day after I got engaged and did not have an appointment. Though this is not typically their policy, they squeezed me in to try on a couple dresses. The associate that helped me picked out a dress that I didnt like and didnt think was my style. She encouraged me to try it on and it was perfect. The absolute perfect dress that I would have never tried on without her. I received my dress earlier than promised and was updated through the promise. I highly recommend visiting this boutique!

I found this bridal salon by the grace of God! I’m from out of state and if I lived closer I would drive there and hug these ladies for being the absolute BEST! So sweet, patient, thorough, communicated - literally everything you’d ever expect for the ultimate bridal experience and more! If they treated me this well over the phone and email I can only imagine how great they are in person! I was having the worst time finding a dress and had terrible experiences at many other bridal stores, I truly didn’t believe I was going to have my “YES to the dress!” moment and I did, and I did because of you, Swoon! I recently moved to Reno from Portland, OR and I had no luck finding a dress in Portland so I decided to look for a dress in Reno. I read the good reviews for Swoon Bridal and decided to make an appointment and it was the best decision. Alisha was my consultant and she was so attentive to what I wanted and made me feel so special. I was the only bride in the store (there are only 2 dressing rooms) and it was wonderful. Ive been to other stores where there are 10-15 other brides and I didnt have to worry about wanting to try something on that someone else had. It was all about me and the appointment was not rushed and I didnt feel pressured. It was the bridal experience I really wanted and I hope every bride can have the same experience I did. The dresses are so unique and all very quality. I highly recommend coming here before you go anywhere else. Thank you for a truly magical bridal experience.

I found my perfect wedding dress here at Swoon! I worked with Cheyenne and she was amazing. She listened to my ideas and my budget. Each one of their dresses is extremely unique and made from high quality material. I definitely recommend checking them out!

I went there on a Thursday for a dress I needed that Saturday and they said everything took up to 8 weeks to come in. I asked if I could buy one of their sample dresses and they said it depended on the dress. I picked out 3 dresses, they gave me a discount on 2 and the 3rd they said they could not sell. On top of that they recommended me a seamstress that did an amazing job at heming the dress. I was very satisfied.

I had almost given up on dress shopping until Swoon. They made special accomodations for me regarding a Vagabond trunk show, knowing I would be driving over 7 hours from Salt Lake City. Dont get me wrong, we have TONS of bridal salons in SLC but none that would accommodate my albeit picky and peculiar requests. From emails to phone calls and the actual appointment, Ive never had a better bridal experience, this being after trying on nearly 50 dresses between 6 salons. If youre looking for the best appointment of your life, you must go to Swoon.

Alisha at Swoon was super welcoming, friendly and warm. She was patient with me as a tried and re-tried dresses on. After I purchased my dress, she continued to follow up with me until my wedding day to ensure my alterations and accessories were perfect. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

The ladies at Swoon made my entire gown shopping experience amazing. My family came with me and we all felt welcome as I tried on different gowns. I found the PERFECT dress & my stylist (Sabina) made sure I stayed well within my budget!

Very snobby, phony employees and they have a hideous, terrible selection of dresses. I couldnt leave the store fast enough. If you are a normal real person, you might get completely annoyed if you visit this store.

I had exceptional customer service and the store was immaculate and showcased a lot of gowns. Im just really disappointed that they didnt carry a single sample size over 12. As you know bridal runs smaller (so do certain designers), it is very excluding to brides who arent slim or have small cup sizes. I just didnt feel welcome because of it.

Although I didnt find my dress here, I had a very good experience with Maddy! They have a lot of beautiful dresses.

I visited Swoon with my mom last week and had such a great time. Gina helped me only look at dresses within my buget and found samples for me to try that were cheaper. She was so kind, welcoming and knew everthing about each of the gowns. They have so many beautiful gowns and many that were more affordable than I had expected. Although I am getting my gown from another shop, I am so grateful that I visited Swoon and highly reccomend them. I live in Las Vegas and kept striking out! I decided to check out reno while visiting my mom and came accross Swoon :) FIRST OF ALL can I just say as soon as you walk in you ARE family! They make you feel so warm and welcomed as you sit and enjoy some champagne. The decor is so beautiful and trendy and they really make it an experience! Everywhere else u share a stage but here the show all about you!Alisha was absolutely darling and made me feel so beautiful and special. I pulled dresses I thought I wanted but she took in my thoughts and key words and pulled me the PERFECT dress! So thank you Alisha (ps we finally wound up crying :)My wedding is in June and the dress will not be here til the end of May but they took any anxiety I had by promising that they would have it and get it altered well within time.I couldnt be more happy! If I could give them more stars I would, these ladies are the best of the best. Not only was I short on time(they were my first stop in mid-May, for a Sept. 5th date), I was unsure about what I wanted. They found me the perfect dress, and explained I would have to buy the sample. Totally fine, they care for their samples as if they we each about to walk down the run way.I LEFT without a dress in hand because i wanted to make-sure, thinking LA (where I live) would have better options. 4 dress stores and 4 weeks later, I could not get my Tara Keeley gown off my mind, which I found at the flagship store in Beverly Hills, but my experience was awful, the overly botoxed sales woman only cared about was her commission & they treated their samples like trashbags, I am sure to ensure sales on custom dresses.Any ways, I had stayed in touch with Swoon and they with me, checking in and keeping me posted on my dress. Thankfully it was still there, and in the blink of an eye my wonderful dress was beautifully packaged and on my doorstep.They go the extra mile, make you feel special & heard, and I feel that there was a little extra glow on my wedding day wearing a dress that was Swooned over.
