Washburn Carpets was recommended to us by a couple of people, and we are now highly recommending them to anyone that needs high quality carpet installed at a reasonable price. The carpet is beautiful, the service is awesome, and the installation is perfect!!! They did an excellent job in a very short period of time. We are impressed and very happy with our new carpet. A big thank you to Mike and his highly skilled crew!

Had them re-carpet 4 bedrooms and a hall. They removed and replaced furniture and did a perfect job of the carpeting and the furniture moving.They said the job would be completed in a day and at 4:30 P.M. they were done.If you research carpeting you will find that it is impossible to really learn about quality and comparing brands. Mike recommended a brand and quality level of carpet and explained why comparing it to other brands that he carries. It looks and feels great time. of course, will tell how it holds up.

Last honest business man.

Oh, if I could give a zero, I definitely would. Rude and actually downright, mean service. Three of us, women walked in his store to find out about carpet and were met by Mike the owner. We were excited to get new carpet and to meet the cheerful man (we expected) from the commercial on tv. Wow! He was the opposite. He was insulting when we asked questions and just wanted to brag about his $90,000 jeep on his showroom floor. We thought it was a flooring business not an auto dealership. He looked at us with an arrogant attitude and made us run out the door. We were shocked and he was to blame for ruining our morning excitement. Dont go to Washburn Floors and especially dont ask him about his dogs!! You know, the schnauzer ones on the commercials. He replied with a very curt snarky comment that the dogs havent even been on tv for TWO years!!Ok, Lol ... sorry to ever bring up the doggies. We will turn the channel when we see him on tv again!!!

Thanks to Washburn we have the worst carpet in our house! Thanks for nothing but a waist of money.
