Love the selections of unusual gear and small food items for gifts. Helpful staff. Not cheap, though!

We found and purchased a dozen of unique wine or water glasses. They have a wonderful selection of all kinds of kitchen and dining stuff. Friendly and helpful staff. Yes pricey but the quality is there.

It is fine, they have good peppermint around winter, otherwise the products on offer are fairly standard in quality and variety.

I always love this store even if I cant afford to shop there. The holidays clearance did have some good deals on dishes, but any food items were full price in my mind at the 1/2 off price. I bought 2 Fall mini spatulas. Table cloths were still $79.00 at 1/2 off!

Williams Sonoma is not the same as it used to be. I believe in order for them to be competitive they have brought in lesser quality items. I purchased some kitchen towels and compared to ones I purchased prior to these the fabric was not as good and they were not as heavy as they used to be. I would rather pay for quality not quantity.

Horrible customer service. Ladies are too busy chatting with male customers to fulfill 2 hour online order and pickup. It took longer than me going myself and shopping when I was trying to save time.

This Williams Sonoma is located in the Sierra Summit shopping center which is at the intersection of I-580/US 395 and the Mount Rose Highway on the south side of Reno. Compared to other Williams Sonoma stores, this store is on the smaller side -- likely due to the smaller market. The staff is friendly and helpful -- not pushy in the least. They occasionally have food events at this store -- usually on a Saturday or Sunday -- check their calendar.

Chain based kitchen store with more upscale quality and pricing. Good stuff.

Love this store but quality like this costs a pretty penny.

If you are shopping for the kitchen there is always something interesting to see here. I enjoy just seeing what is on display and occassionally I buy a little something.
