Great service

I had a terrible experience with a local seamstress who canceled my wedding dress alterations last minute and stopped into PolyEsthers without even knowing if they did wedding dresses. Esther was incredibly accommodating, especially given that she was busy with a ton of Burning Man orders. She fit me in and had my wedding dress hemmed just in time for me to leave (we had a destination wedding). I was so impressed with not only her work, but how understanding she was for such a last minute request! Esther also did this work for less money than any other seamstress I have found in Reno. Go here for you bridal alterations!!!!

I love this store. The owner is amazing, truly a gem. Great selection for unique costumes that are high quality. First place as my go-to for anything that I need special or out of the ordinary. Great store and an even better staff. Love this place!

This is hands down the best costume store in Reno with the most talented designers. If you can think it they can create it and tailor it to fit you. Its worth visiting the shop just to laugh with the AMAZING STAFF!!!! The selection of costumes is amazing the store has even expanded. Burners, get in early!

This place does amazing alterations, everything I wanted fixed is perfect now. My dress looks just like how it would look if you bought it from a store. And it was ready in less than a week, well before the event date.

The wife and I wondered into Polyesthers, after lunch next door. We were greeted by Esther, and her delightful personality. She was helpful, fun, informative, and just all around a sweet-heart. They have everything from Burning Man to a costume party, and all the accessories. Its not all dress up, though. My wife bought a beautiful necklace she loves, and I bought a very nice suit for work. A true gem for downtown Reno, and a great example of how great Reno people are. We will be back!

We ordered a bagged costume from PolyEsther- what a wonderful experience! Esther and Justin were very helpful in selecting the right size. After the costume arrived, they steamed it so there wouldnt be any wrinkles and did some minor alterations. The costume is beautiful! Thank you so much!
