We booked this place couple of days in advance. The ambience is cozy, love the fireplace.They have a nice wide collection of wines.Loved the small menu, made it easier to choose.The firecracker cauliflower was the favorite, it was delicious, not too spicy not too sweet, well balanced.The airline chicken was a little disappointing, the flavors were good but the chicken wasn’t tender, it was a little rubbery. The pilaf that come on the side was tasty.Service was great.Overall 4/5 experience.Will come back to try other dishes.

My boyfriend and I went here for the first time and absolutely loved our experience. Our server was Steven. He was new to his position and was polite, attentive, and thorough. We both work in restaurants and were impressed with his service. I have an intolerance to nightshades, and he checked everything in my order to make sure I could have it. On things he was not sure about he asked his manager, and she came over and talked to me about the ingredients. She was also fantastic, very professional and friendly (I didn’t get her name, she had red hair.) The staff overall was just so welcoming and full of care. It’s a hard time for restaurants right now, and it was amazing to see a crew work so well together. The food was simply perfect, beautiful presentation and AMAZING taste. Their cocktails were just as good, even offering a table side service for traditional absinthe. Ours was done by a young bartender with short blonde hair who was again, so friendly and bright. Overall amazing place, the only regret is that we didn’t go sooner!

Well something like this is usually out of my price range, I had friends in town and we picked this place to eat. And Im glad I did because while a little more expensive than Im used to the food was amazing and the service was outstanding. They werent fully packed but they were just at the capacity they could handle. I would definitely make reservations ahead of time if youre thinking about going. The bread that was made there was probably some of the best Ive had at a restaurant.

We have visited this restaurant several times prior to this evening. Each time has been a delightful experience. But last night they went ABOVE AND BEYOND. We made a simple online reservation for 4 to celebrate our wedding dinner. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the receptionist and manager. We were informed they had put us in their private dining room for or wedding dinner. It was a wonderful gesture and brought tears to my eyes. The service was perfect. The food as always was the most delicious. It was prepared perfectly as ordered. The drinks were very strong and original. We were treated like VIPS. They really made me feel special on my special night. Such a wonderful establishment and a local hidden gem. I just had a wonderful experience with the entire staff. And its this way every time. But last night was exceptional. Thats how you impress your customers. Bravo.

Amazing food, and very inviting staff, even fully booked they found me a place to eat at the bar. Service is friendly and open, which did not expect for a place this nice. Meat and cheese plate was a great way to start before my tomahawk steak, and finished with some amazing bananas foster. Regardless is a special day or you just want some really amazing food, this is the place to fit that bill.

Not a bad place. Had the rattlesnake enchilada appetizer, needed some seasoning, but Im from Louisiana and like my food to have a little bite lol. Didnt get to look at the full menu, as I was there for a catered meeting that had a small selection option. But overall enjoyed the food.

Restaurant decor and ambiance is nice and very modern. Dinner service was ok. With the emphasis of greenhouse on site and farm to table I would expect the dishes to highlight that more. Only really impressed with the micro basil in our dishes. Wait staff service could be improved too. Our meal had several mistakes. At this price point you would expect the food and service to be more precise.

We have been coming here for a few years, and usually love it, but now the prices have soared, and the portions have dwindled. We brought a party of 7 to eat, and every single person left hungry. I dont understand that logic? Whats the point of eating out and not get a decent portion. What a bummer.

This was our first visit to the newly reopened restaurant. The decorations are a bit sterile and even with the attempts to reduce the noise level the hard surfaces still make it noisy. These negatives were offset by the excellent service we received from Mandy. The four of us also really enjoyed our meals. Although we found it a bit expensive, we will be going back.

Wait staff were awesome, however felt awkward 😳 when Im guessing a manager came to our table, basically said hurry up Im shutting down my kitchen! OK then!! My chicken was super dry and the acorn squash was mushy!! Not the best experience 😕

Horrible manager. I had booked a private party for 30 with a contract. We hen we showed it was closed!! I called manager who explained her staff had left me a VM that day to cancel, who does that!!! Of course no VM on my phone. Needless to say she lost a huge opportunity with us. Bad bad form shame on her and the owner!

Went to the cafe (no option to choose that) and had a Mexican mocha iced with oat milk. It was so good and had a nice kick. I will be back to try more.

05/29/20 - We are back! This time for our 34th Wedding Anniversary with our daughter and son-in-law. Jake once again was our server. Food was outstanding! We started with the Shrimp Cups with the tangy Firecracker Sauce. My wife and daughter split the Kale Caesar, while I had the side Caesar. For dinner, Suzanne enjoyed the signature Champagne Battered Fish & Chips, while I devoured the signature Piedmontese Ribeye (medium rare), along with garlic mashed potatoes. Again, outstanding service and a wonderful 34th!05/22/20 - Oh my gosh, we discovered this place last night for dinner. Jake the bartender was our server and the food and service was awesome! We also saw that there is a coffee bar and they roast their own coffee. Decided to come here for breakfast and spoke with Charlie, the lead barista. Such a fabulous little place that everyone needs to try! These photos are of the coffee bar. The restaurant is in back.

Had no idea the ambiance and meal quality was a high as it is. Both my wife and I agree that this exceeded our expectations by far. The fresh veggies from their garden made it all the stronger. Looking forward to returning again!

This place is amazing! Our vegetarian soup was delicious. A hearty tomato base with Israeli couscous. We loved the Warm Burrata Platter with Whole Roasted Garlic, House Marinated Olives, and homemade bread OMG. I haven’t ever tasted warmed olives before and the bread was perfect. Crunchy crust and soft inside with a noticeable sourdough flavor. The flawless house fIred pizza - Le Truffe, made with truffle oil was savory, had a nice crispy crust and it was evenly constructed. All our dishes were well executed. The ambiance is upscale, and modern. We will definitely be back.

Good food, good (and well priced) beer menu, friendly service, ok atmosphere (comfortably spaced tables). Had the short rib and it was pretty good. Tried a bite of the lamb and that was amazing. Heard the mahi mahi was good too. A bit on the pricey side but would definitely go back!

Great ambience - we sat on the large patio, by the greenhouse. The hostess and our server, Steve, were attentive and friendly. Three types of delicious homemade bread came out before the meal and the butternut squash soup and BLTA were so yummy! There are also some cute little stores and a cafe in the same building. We’ll be back!

Our new favorite! Tonight was our first dinner out in awhile and its my birthday today. What a fabulous restaurant! We had the RC burger and banh mi preceded by the shrimp cups. Everything was perfect! They have a great wine and beer selection. The ambiance is quite appealing as well. Check it out!

My husband and I went out for our anniversary here and right when they opened back up. This was a special occasion and our first night out since being locked up. I was so impressed with the staff, the food and the service. I love this place. I would recommend for sure.

New to Reno, found this to be the best restaurant we have eaten at in the entire town. Awesome entrees, drinks, appetizers, service, the works, you won’t be disappointed.

Another 5- star meal at Rattlesnake Club, where the food and service, friendliness, is top notch. Tonight we had Rattlesnake for the first time, in the form of tacos. Great! The tri-tip, salmon, fish and chips, French onion soup, all delish - as well as the lavender-lemon creme brulee for dessert. Thanks, folks, for another memorable family dinner!

Great food, excellent ambiance. The restaurant has open spaces, outdoor seating and a bar and dining room as well as a place for coffees and breakfast items. Lovely and relaxing place. I had a beet salad which was fresh and tasty with a wonderful dressing. We shared a pizza which was prepared well and service was quick and friendly. Definitely a place I will return to.

The Club has a delightful ambiance and its appointments are well done. IMHO, the artwork should be larger on those high walls. The service was very good. The challenge is the food. The presentation was good, but the flavor needs to come up a level or two to be worthy of the prices. These are early days for this restaurant and I firmly believe that management can address this issue and become a highly successful option in Renos dining scene.

What a wonderful experience. The waiter Jordan was so attentive. We had a white pizza special made because not on menu dipped in reduced balsamic. With the appetizer of shrimp that had just the right crispyness and heat. The waiter offer a bread basket of homemade breads...oh red pepper was our favorite. The a tea with loose leaves seeped in hot water and fresh banana cream Brule with fresh bearies and sugar cookies! Met Dave the manager who spoke with us for a time...discussed the dinner menu of rattlesnake tacos and braised meats of all sorts...cant wait...enjoy!

The food here is really good, and they have a fully stocked bar with great drinks! The only thing I would say, is that the atmosphere definitely needs some work. It feels barren, cold, and too minimalist in the restaurant itself. The acoustics are also not great. I know this place is relatively new, so I think there are just some small kinks to work out. But the food is really good. I’m hoping this place makes it!

We went last night and it was really good! Service was excellent and the menu was so different from anywhere in Reno. Their shrimp cup is a MUST! The scallops were prepared perfectly and their margarita pizza was one of the best! Fun to watch the chef go out into the greenhouse and pick fresh produce! Very nice wine list and prices are great! We will be back as regulars!

New place that is hidden away. Nice decor and lots of space. They do good unique food. Definitely worth the effort to find and visit. Also attached to small mall with a coffee shop and local businesses

The fish and chips is amazing! One huge piece of fish in a champagne batter. Yummy! And the Firecracker shrimp are the bomb. Perfect crispy coating with a sweet hot zing.

The food and service was excellent. They bake their own bread and it is amazing. I had a tri-tip sandwich that had pickled veggies on it, perfect. My wife had the champagne battered fish & chips, to die for !!! The wine by the glass selection was impressive, covered a lot of categories and reasonably priced. We will definitely return.

A very nice evening at Rattlesnake Club. We dined on the patio - which was the perfect temperature and quite comfortable. If I knew we were going to be their so long, I would have brought a pillow for the chair. We really lingered over our meal.First, our server - Krista (Christa, Crista?) gave great service and well researched recommendations. Many times you will ask a server about a dish and they have nothing to say - clearly hadnt tried the food. Thats too bad. Its much easier to sell/recommend food that you know.We started with cocktails - the Rhubarb Negroni for him - the Margarita for me. The Marg was GREAT - but the Negroni was probably the best I ever had. It was incredibly well balanced.Apps included Burrata and the Firecracker Shrimp. The Burrata you can see in the picture came out on a large platter with incredible accompaniments. Roasted garlic, pickled veg, olives, perfectly toasted bread and arugula. Each bite was your own creation. The Shrimp - divine. Just that light crunch when you bit into them. I have tried to recreate this at home and have failed, miserably.Lamb and Ribeye were the mains. Lamb in a Chimichurri and mash, the Ribeye with perfectly done potatoes au gratin. Such a hard dish to get right - they got it right.A great bottle of 2016 Trefethen Double T Red rounded out the dinner.But - wait.. dessert? No really we shouldnt .. but we did. Peach bread pudding and a creme brulee. The bread pudding ruined me for all other bread puddings for a while. And the iced cappuccino finished everything off perfectly.Dave came out to make sure we were happy. We were. We were too late to tour their adorable greenhouse - but Im up for another trip. What are you doing next weekend?

Rattlesnake club is a very stylishly furnished restaurant in Reno. They serve lunch, dinner and happy hour. Theres always a special or two in both food and drinks. Its very comfortable and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Executive chef Ethan Phelps does a wonderful job making original tasty dishes. I really enjoy happy hour. The appetizers that they serve are huge and extremely inexpensive. Just a stones that throw away from the Stone House, make sure you check out Rattlesnake Club next time youre in that area.

The place is just beautiful inside. I was there for lunch with a decent sized group (8). The staff was friendly & attentive despite a bit of a lunch rush. The cauliflower crust pizza looked delightful & the ordered said it tasted good. We had a lot of salads at our table & they all looked yummy (especially the beet). The fish & chips is definitely a statement dish. Its just one GIANT breaded piece of fish. The diner had a little trouble figuring out how to start on it! Lol!All in all, Id go back again.

Loved the big open modern space. The food was nice enough but dinner portions were small and they hadnt had their fish delivery so neither of us could have our first choice. Friendly staff and a great setting. I cant wait to go to their coffee shop, it looks great

Great spot for lunch or dinner! Pizzas are amazing! Great wine lists mixed with friendly and professional service. Fresh herbs from the green house used in most dishes. Executive chef makes all the bread, pizza dough, pastries in house. Definitely can tell the difference. CAB Burger, Short Ribs, scallops and pizzas are my favorite so far. Place is big enough to to host a party or wedding.

Awesome place! The staff was above compare. I enjoyed every aspect of my visit. From the ambiance, to the food, to the staff and guests, I was more than impressed, and will definitely be making it a regular stop.

Taaj was great and the food was amazing, definitely plan on going back for sure! I didnt catch the managers name but he was really cool as well, the atmosphere was really nice very relaxed. Good job guys I eat out for a living so everything was top notch.

Absolutely in love with this place! The atmosphere is very modern-edgy romantic with a ton of natural light. I sat at the bar (which I love), for the speedy service and “no wait” factor. I had a bubbly rosé to start, dry and crisp like I like it. Ordered the Margarita Pizza, added arugula instead of basil. It was tasty, but wish it had an either doughy or flatbread crust and could use more flavors. I paired it with a Josh Cellars Merlot and it made all the difference. My husband had the burger which was marvelous, the in house made buns were fantastic. The staff was incredibly friendly, had an opportunity to chat with the manager. I will definitely be visiting again to try other dishes and or simply just to have a glass of wine and enjoy the venue. Thanks for the great experience guys!

This place has a very nice environment It is actually beautiful inside The food is really good and the service is really good too this place is really cool because it has a lot of shops inside even a coffee shop a must visit when visiting Reno.

I wish people would give this place a little more slack as they are brand new. My wife and I went today (July 4th) as not much was open today. It was great! Everyone was attentive and super friendly. The food was quality and the bread they served was over top and as good as I have ever had. I had the Bahn Mi sandwich and my wife had the Scallops. We both also had side salads. The food was quality, perfectly cooked and tasty. The coffee is roasted right there at the restaurant and was great as well. The place still needs some more art and warmth added. We were also bummed the patio wasnt open yet. However, we were notified patio furniture and decoration was on its way; we cant wait as we love outdoor seating. I think the only thing that could hurt this place is the name. Other than that we cant wait to go back. They also put a nice bike rack right by the front door which automatically adds another star to any of my reviews. We did ride our bikes because the day was perfect and it was nice to have a spot in the shade to park our rides.

If you are looking for a memorable not to mention brag-worthy than this is the place for you.None of us had ever been here before and decided to try it because of Yelp.I and some friends came here recently and we cant stop talking about how good it was. Due to health issues, I now have a very restrictive diet. It makes it hard to go out to eat and find something delectable.However, that was not the case for the Rattlesnake Club. I was blessed to have the Ribeye that was not only beautiful on the plate but was scrumptious and had me enjoying every tasty morsel. The meat was pure perfection the seasonings divine and I think I may have heard angels sing while I was eating. I am still salivating over this meal. Needless, to say all those in my party are anxious to go back.My husband had the fish and chips which he is still raving about. While it is a little pricy I dont mind paying for food that is exceptional in flavor and presentation.Our friends had the Hamburger and Scallops. She raved about her scallops. She was so impressed that she made a point to say they would be back.(Actually, I didnt hear angels sing but it really was that good.) Our server was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. She made certain to check with the kitchen about my dietary restrictions.

This is definitely a work in progress, meaning there is still a lot of work to be done. We went on a tip from an article in the RGJ.The restaurant occupied a space in a building along with other businesses. The entrance was not clearly marked so we had to guess we were in the right place. It was evident that some construction and finishing touches were yet to be completed. A display case was awaiting product.The room was large and cavernous and conversations echoed noisily throughout.We chose the Fish and Chips. The fish was done with a very light champagne batter. It was very good. We also had a pizza which I judged just ok.I expect they will iron out the kinks and may upgrade their rating.

Went there about a week and a half after all the publicity the food was good, the wait was horrible. 15 minutes for two drinks from the bar over an hour for our food when the restaurant wasnt half full on a Sunday afternoon. Obviously they have staffing issues like most restaurants in this town but they need to get it together if they are to survive with the prices they charge. We will give them another shot in a month or so and if progress isnt made that might be our last visit. Which is sad since we we were looking forward to a higher end restaurant in our neighborhood which we could walk too.

The Charcuterie Tray was extremely disappointing. There were a few piles of deli meat and not much else. Far from appetizing.
