I had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. I called to schedule an appointment and they were able to get me in for the exact day I wanted. The receptionist was also very kind and made the check in process very smooth and easy I was very pleased with the cash pay prices they made it very affordable for those without insurance. Dr. Polukoshko was very friendly and answered all my questions. I will definitely be coming back here next year!! :)

I had my annual exam today; I have never had an issue the last 3 years i went to this office. However, on this trip for some reason, the new updated prescription I was given was far worse than the one I came in with. I spent over 300$ on 2 new frames and lenses at eyemart express next door that are worthless to me as i cant see as clearly as I can with my old Rx. Since i live outside the Reno area and was car pooling, i could not wait another 2 hours to have her do a re-evaluation. Now my vision is still impaired and I cant fix it till next year when my insurance can cover a new examination. I do not enjoy giving poor reviews to anyone...but this time I am inclined to do so since this directly affects my career and personal life severely.

I have been to several different eye dr.s due to my eye condition. And Dr Polukoshko is by far my favorite! She had understanding and was willing to help me no matter what. The staff is fantastic and friendly as well. If I could give this office a 10 I would.

Dont get me wrong, Dr. Polukoshko is a great OD. She really explains to you clearly why shes doing those tests with you (4 stars for her!). I am giving this clinic 2 stars due to her receptionist. Time and time again I keep experiencing her rudeness whether in person or on the phone. The feeling of cringing before calling this clinic is very sad since I need to expect that Dr. Polukoshkos receptionist will be rude to me again. Ugh! I DONT LIKE HER!!!

Professional staff and Doctor!! Called for an appointment within 24 hours my exam is complete and Im going next door for my eyeglasses. Thank YOU DR. Polukoshko and staff!!

Dr. P. was recommended to me by both an optician and an Ear, Nose and Throat doctor. She is very patient and thorough. My prescriptions have been spot-on and Im confident that my eye health is in good hands. Highly recommended.

Both of my kids love Dr. Polukoshko, as do I. We have been seeing her for about 4 years now, and have enjoyed every experience. Her office staff is incredibly helpful and wonderful. Dr. Polukoshko herself has the patience of a god, even when dealing with small children. She will always take the time to answer this rather overprotective moms questions too.
