Good people but busy at times

Just walked down to the store on Vassar and Keitzke and they are CLOSED. It’s only 12:30am. Aren’t they open until 1:30am????Great customer service

Just stopped for gas, cant rate the inside

Was waited on by an Adorable young lady named Elizabeth the other day. She had a pair of poms on her head in time for the fourth. I like to wear Cat ears myself. She expertly did a half cash half card gas transaction. She was Charming and Delightful. I will no longer go to Maverick and bring my business to this Rainbow station because of Elizabeth. Thanks Guys!!!!

I was just refused service because I did not have a mask. I informed the clerk that I have a medical condition and his response was Rainbow Market does not recognize ADA. Needless to say, I’ll be reporting Rainbow Market for refusing me service based off of my medical condition. Enjoy your $75,000.00 Fine Rainbow Market!

The staff here is so rude! Tried to use my rainbow card for some reason it wasnt working I asked her well how do I get my points then she said well I guess you dont My boyfriend went to get gas a few days later and the lady said I have things to do can you hurry all because he decided to get sunflower seeds to instead of just gas!I heard new mg was taking over so hopefully things will get better!Every other rainbow we go into are all sweet but this one is like miserable

Quick in and out

I go to this place everyday. The workers are great, has is semi competitive. And they have a good videos poker machine.

I got charged twice for a transaction the first transaction was $40 + dollars which showed approved on my side but supposedly not the cashiers side they told me I had to do it again so I lowered the amount to $20 some odd dollars that cleared on both sides. I got home and low and behold both transactions were debited from the account!! They said they can’t do anything I have to talk to their sup this happened on Saturday and she’s not in until Monday!! How convenient when I was a cashier proper customer care and service would say that if my drawer is over the exact amount that was charged then obviously that is money belonging to the customer that complained she was over charged!! What if that was all I had!! You don’t train your tellers how to count their drawers at the drop of a dime, considering they don’t keep that much in their drawers, they don’t know how to print transactions? Sometimes you have to do a count in the middle of the day..... instead you’d really inconvenience customers and have me waste my time due to your malfunctioning equipment!! Ludicrous and Absolutely Preposterous I tell you!!

I was staying near by,as I was in Reno for work. I found a certain employee very kind,funny,and made me feel welcome. So, I must say,Thank you very much,Squirrel .One day I hope to return to Reno,and I hope to see you again.

Customers Service is not at this gas station

An employee tried to talk me out of giving a homeless man money. Cant believe the nerve of some people. Never going back and I hope they dont embarrass another homeless person like that again. Telling all my family and friends to never go there.
