I am revising my earlier review. When I contacted the company they gave me a full refund, which was fantastic customer service. Most companies will not stand by their product like this and for that I giving them 5 stars! Thank you!This is a single printer in a coffee shop. Do not think you can print orders and pick them up later. If you are in the coffee shop and need to print then this is a great way to do it!

This works great! Although I initially thought I was in trouble as printer ran out of paper, but that was thankfully replenished quickly by cafe even if thats not their job.
