Very weird vibe at this store. Store is way over priced and staff seems confused. I wont return!

I have always really liked the jewelry selection here but the customer service is terrible. Most of the employees are young girls who do not seamed interested in your business. The last pair of earnings I purchased form here broke the first time I put them on. I went back the next day to see if I could exchange but was more or less scolded by the manager for bringing this to her attention. I was told that it is a hard no as she rolled her eyes and scoffed. Even if the earnings wont defective at the time I perched them, I would at least have liked a more compassionate response or explanation of why they would not be able to help.

I walked in just looking for some lip scrub on a Monday night and got a lot more! The woman working was very friendly and I could tell right away that she knew what she was talking about. I felt comfortable purchases items from her recommendation and loved how she connected with me on a personal note! I wasn’t just a customer I was like a good friend. I loved hearing that she was the person who knows all of the ins and outs of the products and how they would work. Again I felt comfortable with what she was saying! Will defiantly come back and see what else I can buy to help me get healthier body care!Thank you!!!P.S. she definitely deserves a raise or something for the amount of passion I saw and just commentment to providing the best customer service out there!

Best selection in one store for healthy options for your body. They train their staff well on product knowledge. Items are mid $$ . Definitely worth your time.
