I have yet to receive my light I ordered, yet the customer service from Mabel Guerrero was professional, prompt, and straight forward. She responded to my multiple questions and was helpful with getting me the correct mount for two different loupes I have from another design for vision and orascoptic. I will be happy to work with LumaDent in the future if this is the customer service that is expected. I cannot comment on an issue, which I hope will not be, yet if this encounter is an indication how LumaDent does business, then I am sure they will do what they can to help me.

Jo Medina kindly answered my questions, took my measurements, and ensured the process went smoothly. She is very sweet and took time so I could try on different models, sizes, and get the right fit. I never felt pressured to make a purchase. I am so thankful for her and for LumaDents Ergoprism loupes which have allowed me to practice dentistry completely pain-free.
The light is so great. Hands down better than what I had before. Battery life is so long. I got new loupes so I needed a new mount. Josie J helped me and A+++ customer service. She’s so friendly and knowledgeable. Lumadent should give her a raise.
I have very mixed opinions about this review. It was very frustrating to have to fill out an online claim form with a required video of the problem in order to get technical assistance. Lumadent, initially will not let you talk with anyone directly so their customer support actually would get a 1 star.However, Mabel was very prompt in her email response, returned my emails right away with suggestions and really tried to help as much as possible. After not being able to troubleshoot, she reached out to me via phone and we were able to communicate more effectively and recommended I try a new battery which was the source of the flickering, HURRAY for Mabel.
I ordered the light at the NOLA Dental conference, and it came with the wrong mount. I emailed Lumadent, and the correct one was sent quickly. Very satisfied!

My control cable for the headlight seem to have short circuited and fried itself. Fortunately, Narda was very fast and responsive, and I was able to receive a speedy delivery of a complimentary replacement cable (student warranty, only paid $8 for shipping, received product in under 4 days).
Really surprised how friendly all the staff are here. Local company that takes pride in what they do. I love that I am able to mount their headlight to my glasses. I came in because my light from 2015 was flickering and Daniel fixed it within minutes. I also had to call for directions (they moved locations) and Kevin I think was his name, was so kind and patient with me on the phone. Just an awesome group.

Customer services are terrible. It took forever just to get responses. It took me almost 3 weeks for contacting them just to send the loupes back for adjustment because it was not fit properly.
I purchased Lumadent loupes in 2016 during dental school and recently had an issue with the mount connection on my loupes. Narda with customer service was very helpful in directing me to a solution and even personally emailed me when the replacement part was shipped and also emailed to see if my loupes were functioning properly after receiving the item. She was a pleasure to work with and made the process easy. Nardas follow-ups and attention to customer care has made me want to continue business with Lumadent when it is time for me to purchase new loupes.
Product: HL360 Light and ProLUX batteryReview: Super bright light, perfect circle with even brightness. This is a MUST have in dentistry, and Lumadent offers it at a very competitive price. Almost everyone in our class has this light. The cable is okay, however I think they could upgrade to a braided type for longevity. The on/off spring loaded switch in the cable is easily one of the best features, but a bit more length on the light side would have been appreciated. The battery is exceptional, 2 ProLUX batteries could easily last you though a 40 hour work week. Good investment for the future. Lumadent also offers custom mounts for all loupe companies - major benefit of this company.Customer Service - They have always been very quick to reply with Group Buys for our School, and are very accomodating. Last year they assisted multiple students with tax issues, and this year have assisted with extending the group buy for us and for appreciating their valued customers. Thank you Mabel for all your help - excellent service.Overall - If youre a dentist, get this light.

I had posted a negative review 3 months ago for my wife on the battery issue I had. Tonight Allie reached out personally to my wife via phone with fantastic customer service and has handled our issue. And to be honest, I never looked back at the review I had left and notice they tried to contact us right away (3 months ago) but did not have any account information in my name since my wife ordered the battery, not me. In addition, next they personally tried to reach me via email and I also never saw it. I just looked now and saw that it went into my spam folder 3 months ago, so again Customer Service tried to reach me but I missed it. In summary, they tried several times to find me and even made a third effort and were able to find my wifes contact info from the Sales receipt. Not to many companies will spend that time and make that many efforts to find a customer, but LumaDent did, and Allie was great tonight in resolving our issues. Thank you LumaDent and Allie, and I am sorry on my end for missing all of your efforts to reach me after my review. Your staff really came through and we appreciate what you did for us, well definitely be returning as a customer! By the way, your light is the only one my wife wants to use as a Dental Hygienist, she loves it. Thank again!

Great loupes! I have just purchased the Lumadent ergoprism loupes. This is my 3rd lumadent pair and my first ergoprism loupes. These new deflection loupes do wonders for my neck and back. It keeps your body in a neutral, straight position and prevents the unwanted bending and twisting of your body. Samuel Shick was great with communication and getting back to me in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

I felt compelled to share my 5 star review for Narda who helped me when an attachment on my loupe light broke. I have worked with other loupe companies in the past who dont seem to realize that us as clinicians cannot work without our loupes. When I broke a component of my AirLux loupe light Narda was quick on responding and rushed sending the parts to me that were fortunately still covered under warranty. Additionally she sent three of the parts so I would always have a back-up. I am impressed with her customer service and LumaDents commitment to taking care of those who use their products. Thank you!
I wanted to share how glad I am about going with Lumadent. I purchased their ergo prism loupes and it has really helped my neck pain. Total game changer for me. I had some tweaks I needed done to my mounting of the prisms and we followed their processes and got them fixed. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend these guys. Ive used their frames and headlights for my assistants and then I have their loupes and their headlight. No big problems so far.

Brian Lewis was great to deal with on addressing 2 lights that went down - Im disappointed that 2 of my lights needed new LED modules less than 2 years after purchase, but Brian went above and beyond to help me diagnose the issue and find a solution. He followed up with me as well when he hadnt heard back from me, which means a lot.
I have had a Lumadent headlight for years & finally decided to upgrade to the Airlux cordless unit. When I purchased it, I got the whole set, not realizing I only had to buy the batteries! The bracket set up for my loupes was interchangeable for either battery system (connected with wire or cordless). When I got my package & realized this I reached out to customer service. Ariane was extremely helpful & said I only needed to return the extra led headlamp I had, not the whole package! She returned the full cost of the headlamp & I was able to keep the batteries out of that package so I didn’t have to wait to start using it! I was pleasantly surprised! This is what I would expect from a company with good customer service, but these days, they are hard to find! It always seems like you have to jump through hoops & I did not at all with Lumadent!The cordless unit is amazing! I had to strategically clip it in my scrub jacket, but still would catch myself on door handles or while sitting in my operator chair, I would sit on it & it would pull my glasses. I’m so happy I upgraded!!

Allie S. Poarch has easily been the greatest help and asset to the company. Ive been looking for a mount for the AirLux to use with my DFV loupes Skyview model since March of 2020. I have contacted customer support multiple times speaking to different representatives that were not helpful at all and have been charged a few times for mounts and delivery that did not work which ultimately generated a lot of frustration. 13 months later, in April 2021, Allie got involved and finally solved the problem. She was able to identify the loupes, track down a mount and send it to me. The Airlux light works, Im on my third led light though since the connection gets finicky real quick and was told it was due to production issues during the period I got my first 2 leds. The third led light Im using right now is starting to not act right but am reluctant to contact them yet again to experience the back and forth all over again. I like the companys philosophy and values on their products, I just wish I had a better experience. The 5 star rating is essentially just for Allie S. Poarch.

I have been using a LumaDent light since 2010. In fact, I have been using the same LumaDent light since 2010. The OG light I bought from them still works perfectly! I bought new loupes and all I had to do was purchase a new mount, which was backwards compatible. Not only are their products over-achievers (obviously >10 years of service), but their customer service is very responsive and helpful. I cant recommend LumaDent enough, 10/10! Ill be buying a newer backup light for my backup loupes soon.
I was nervous ordering from Lumadent because I live in Canada and lumadent has no sales representative here. But I decided to go ahead and I ordered the prolux light system for my orascoptic loupes. So far the light works great. There was a problem with one of the cords so I contacted lumadent on a Sunday and they got back to me the following morning. Mabel Guerrero was so helpful and always responded within the hour. She was a big help and I was sent a new cord with no problems. So far I am very happy with their customer support and with the light system.

Great headlamp. Tested a few and also seen all the lamps from the big dental loupe brands. Just quality wise this delivers a superb result. Apart from that this is the most thought trough loupe lamp I came across. With adapters its suitable to any brand of loupes. Also after installing brand/model specific adapter its super easy to detach so if you have more loupes, even from different brands this is the best. Then comes the modular design, so when anything goed wrong its very easy to replace just that part! Automatically this goes hand-in-hand with the perfect customer service. I had some questions and needed an extra part to use the lamp. This was such a quick, easy and friendly experience, even comparing to non dental company experiences, it impressed me. Then the last part is they even made the best composite filter I encountered because of the magnet it click up and down. I only use the headlamp on full brightness and the battery is powerful enough to make constant use of the lamp.In my opinion the best dental loupe lamp I encountered, when I take price/quality into consideration it really has no equal as other brands ask €1.000+ over here (Netherlands/Europe) and dont deliver on the things I pointed out in this review.

Lumadent is one of the best companies I have worked with in the dental industry. I have been using their lights for the past 10 years and have never had the quality, and the longevity of their lights from other competitors. On top of that, they have a phenomenal customer service and support team. They are quick and solve problems immediately and without being rude like some other companies have been when I dealt with them. If you want your light to last and want exeptional service, Lumadent is the company for you. Ill be with them as long I practice dentistry.
To dramatically improve your dental prowess get a Lumadent light, professional style and high function; Lumadent has great customer service. I have had my Lumadent light since 2013 and can not imagine treating patients without one; Any dentist not using a Lumadent light is not giving their patients the best dentistry they can get. I highly recommend Lumadent.

Purchased ErgoPrisms (and the Unilux light) with the claim that they will ship in 6-8 weeks. That was pushing my schedule, but would make it it in time for when I need them if they shipped at the end of week 8. 9 weeks later, they still have not shipped.I contacted Lumadent for a status update and ETA. The only information that I gained from that is confirmation that the loupes are in production. Still no estimated shipping date.Edit: Loupes were received on week 11. Although it took much longer than it should have, at least their customer service team is responsive and as helpful as they can be with the information available to them. They did follow up to make the situation right. The loupes themselves are great and I have no significant complaints about them.

Called in about a week ago to inquire on some custom loupe options and was “helped” by a very incompetent worker, named Josie. Couldn’t answer basic questions. Came off very fake and pretnetious. I wouldn’t do business with this company, based on how low of an IQ this worker had.

Exceptional experience with Justin Bryan, the Northern Nevada sales representative. He demonstrated the product in my Sparks office, answered all of my questions and installed the LumaDent light on my existing loops all within 30 minutes. I was able to use the loops that very day! I purchased two batteries with the light and have not experienced any issues with the device during the year I’ve been using it.

Been using Lumadent headlights since 2013. Recently i changed to the new headlight and battery and i must say ive noticed a massive improvement in battery life. I did have a problem with the light flickering and they sent me a replacement LED module. Thank you Michelle and the Lumadent team.
Great product and outstanding service! I have had my loupe light since I started dental school 10 years ago and its still working great! The battery has gotten to the point where it doesnt last very long (although it still works!) so I went to Lumadent to get a new one. Since my light is so old, a special adapter cord was needed to allow the new battery pack to work, which Lumadent ordered, paid for, installed on my loupes, and Samuel even delivered them to my office! Whenever my loupe light finally stops working, Ill go straight to LumaDent to buy another one!
