I stopped by during their closing sale (2 days left). Sad to see this iconic store shut down.

Renos only toys r us and has been here for many many years. Even though its an older location they still manage to update the inside for the most part. I have never had any problems finding help while shopping here. Good selection as expected.

I love this Toysrus. It has a great selection of toys, bikes and video games for kids. We bought 2 kids bikes from there and the man who helped even blew up the tires and adjusted the seats for us! Good service!

More play time ideas than I can complete in many years! Star Wars items just keep getting bigger, and more expensive - now, where to put the R/C Millennium Falcon? Guess I better build another house for the forthcoming R/C Death Star!

Although Ive watched there decline over the last decade, its sad to see them go. Their demise isnt because of Walmart or Amazon. Our children just dont play with the toys they use to...that I use to. Get there while you can and remember them for the icon of America they are.Take your kids and video them looking and playing so they may know what theyre kids have lost.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’ve ever received. Bailey was checking me out and was extremely rude because i didnt Know that they don’t take reward cards anymore (even though they still email me reward stuff) then when i asked To deal with a manager she said over the intercom “can you come deal with this) once the manager came he told me “okay, there isn’t anything i can Do” and gave me the excuse that they’re losing their jobs and aren’t happy. That in no way means they can be rude to a customer. I understand they’re out of a job but that is not my fault. I shouldnt have to deal with rude employees.

Love this freaking place! Im so very sad that its closing its doors for good on Friday.

Workers are nice managers are completely rude. Asked if they had a toy in stock and the worker went to look for it and asked for management help. Management scolded worker for not being able to do it herself and scolded me for asking like I was wasting her time... Seems like theres a reason their sales are declining. Why would anyone want to go into a store where the employees are completely rude and refuse to help?

Im a toys r us kid. basicly a one stop shop for lots of toys for kids. Prices are slightly higher, but the stock is good, and easy to get in and out unless you bring your kids with you.

I have mixed feelings about this review because the place is going out of business. The staffing may be cut down...the work load may just be too much. That being said the deals for going out of business were meh, ok. The stores just seemed at disarray. Im sure people are blowing through here leaving stuff everywhere making it rough. Needless to say the staff was still helpful and working like crazy little bees trying to get things put out and organized.

Love this store!!! Sure will miss it. Great folks working there, they are very helpful!

Too bad theyre closing. It was our favorite place to take our grandson and watch his eyes twinkle with all the toys he saw. We hate to see them go!

Its a mess! Understandable due to closing but still... very disorganized.

I shop here all the time and its always hard to find what am looking for but the staff is really friendly and always help me find the things i look for but whenever i call they take minutes to answer

Very disappointed. the company of this size could do better on updating store hours online. store closes an hour earlier than posted. it ruins all plans, especially with very busy schedule.

Sad they are closing. Went to redeem a gift card that my kid got for their birthday to find they refused to honor it due to the closing of the store.

This place was horribly trashed and there was no customer service. I came here to buy hot wheels for my son they had a box of 50 marked at 19.99 I took it up to the register and while I told him that it was marked at 19.99 he laughed at me and said it was 59.99 and that it wasnt his job to place things where they belong.i will never return.

Ive been finding myself going here more and more lately. If your going to make multiple purchases make sure to sign up for their loyalty program.

Did not have a good selection of game accessories. Did not buy anything. Also most prices were at least $10.00 more a game And 3.00 to 5.00 dollars more for other games than several of other stores we had been shopping. Will not be returning
