Certainly one of the best donut shops in Reno. Quality donuts for such a reasonable price. Freshly baked and really yummy; much better than krispy kreme and other place for the same price.

I wonder where the donuts are purchased from. Why? I went in on Sunday afternoon and a sign was posted stating “Closed because we’re out of donuts”. Understandable. But then I went in Monday morning and received a donut that for sure was at least a day old. I will say I do love the apple burritos. Really delicious!

The donuts are good, and the shop is very clean but the employees could be friendlier. It felt like one employee wanted me to leave as soon as I walked in. I was the only person there.The fritters though, are fantastic. The donuts are a good size, and the prices are good as well.

The donuts are very good and the prices are great. They also have combo deàls which are very reasonably priced. Customer service is great and always on point the donut holes are so good and always fresh.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this place. It’s less than a minute drive from my apartment so the location for us is very convenient. If this is your first time there, try the maple bacon bar. Warning though that you might want to get two because they are delicious!! The South McCarran location is always very clean, with an abundance of fancy and regular donuts. I’ve only seen one person working there and he is always quick to help us with our order however he is not very personable sadly. That’s the only thing I don’t like but I am sure it’s because he is overwhelmed & understaffed. Sprinkles seriously has every kind of donut you can imagine, and then some! For those that love fritters, they even have a blueberry fritter! I’m giving this review 5 stars!

Amazing donuts!! Always taste fresh! I dont know what is in the dough, but they seriously are the best donuts. I went to a school function and there were donuts, cant remember where they were from, I took one bite and couldnt eat any more. Once you have a donut from Sprinkles, no others can compare.

Ive been a regular customer here, but Ive had it with one employee. Others are very nice and I will gladly purchase from them, but today I opened the door to go in, he put on a mask and turned and walked away from me, and I turned around and left without buying a thing. He is SO unfriendly and acts like hed rather youd just stay away and leave him ALONE. So I will.Id heard he was on probation because other customers had complained, but the last two times Ive been here, Ive seen no improvement in his usual anti-customer service. No Hello, no thank you for stopping by, no NOTHING. Ive tried to be friendly many times, only to be treated like dirt under his shoes. Honestly, they could install a robot, even a broken robot, that could give MUCH better customer service than this guy.

Great little neighborhood donut shop! Excellent prices, look for the combo discounts. Very fresh and tasty. Counter staff are very friendly and helpful. Lots of parking adjacent HOWEVER no parking right next to the building so be sure to enter on the main street (the side door is locked)

Ive had the donuts several times and they are good, however my fiance has always picked them up, so Ive never been in the store. Today I took my daughter for a treat and the kid working was incredibly rude. After mentioning that the bathroom was out of paper towels as we came out from washing our hands, he just scoffed and said, well theres a hand dryer, so... It was incredibly rude. Most hand dryers scare children due to being incredibly loud. We were the only 2 people in the store and all he could do was sit on a barstool behind the register and play on his phone.

Just had donuts delivered using Doordash. I am pretty sure I got yesterdays donuts. Very stale, and nowhere close to fresh.

2 donuts and a small coffee for $3.50. Great deal, great customer service and great price.
