Great fast friendly service

I went here yesterday around 5pm and the two associates provided great services. They complemented eachother very well and were both able to explain every question we had! They were also very friendly and even though they were closing soon they did not make us feel rushed at all and we left with two new phones!

Unfortunately this store isnt the same as that used to be. The representatives that are there now although they are pleasant and somewhat eager to please, they are not as experienced or knowledgeable as they should be and the long time employees are no longer there so the customer care isnt there either. Hopefully this changes. In addition, representatives that deal one on one should look presentable if not professional; not with their pants lowered to below their backsides and sloppy dress and hairWhat had happened Sorint?

I absolutely love everybody at the Sprint store at Keystone Square. They all have wonderful customer service. And they always greet me by my name whenever I come in.

There is no longer a Radioshack at this location. Not sure how I translated that into two stars, but it felt right since the picture on Google Maps still features the Radioshack sign on the building, and I dont think I can comment without rating it.

Ive been a customer with Verizon for 7 years, I switched to sprint because of a promotion they had free iPhone 7 when you switch to us WORST MISTAKE EVER. Ive had nothing but problems. They tell you youll see the credit for the iPhone to your account every month but its my 4th month in and still havent gotten a credit for the iPhone. I went from amazing service and $60 a month with Verizon to terrible service, calls dropping everywhere I go, txt messages not coming in unless I restart my phone every couple hours, and paying $100 a month. Ive called multiple times to have these problems fixed and every time they says they e fixed the problem for me but it is stil yet to be resolved. Also they said they give you and each friend $50if you get them to switch, thats not true either. My friend referred me and neither of us got the $50 they promised. I absolutely hate myself for switching to this lie of a company.

The employees at this store are extremely helpful and friendly. It was so a contrast to the Sprint store on Plumb Lane!

The worst experience ever, Jordan Marvelli is the worst sales supervisor ever, he gives a false advertisement and misinform the buyer just to get his sales done, he is rude and not reliable. I just wish the owner would find out all his bad doings!

Not happy with Sprint or Samsung Note 8 not working properly No Satisfaction on visit contact list keeps losing my contacts supposably in phone on Google and Samsung Cloud but will not go into phone contact list stops at 726 the more contacts I add the more I lose Tech people at Sprint cannot give me an answer can I get a software update parts of my contacts are lost

Best sprint store in town

I switched from cricket to sprint and its been one lie after another and my phone bill more than doubled... Then when I was told for months to sign up for auto pay youll save 50$, that was a lie. These people practice in the art of deception. When I went into discuss my bill with them the manager (at the keystone store) was rude disrespectful, and talked in circles to confuse and frustrate!! I went back in a week later with my husband, and that same man was rude again and didnt look at me when I spoke to him. He flat-out lied to me and to my husband and talked down to me and acted as if I was to dumb to understand the complexity of the phone bill.I have never been treated more rudely by a employee of a company in my life. These people are the used car sales men of the cell phone business....
