Asked him questions about a design i wanted and he acted like he was frustrated answering them. Kept taking deep breaths as if he didnt want to answer my questions. Very rude. Dont advise going here

Hes located at a kiosk behind Starbucks!

I have been coming to this gentleman for years. For my pregnant friends, I get their babies names embroidered on baby blankets on a regular basis. He is the BEST! Prices are fair and he always helps me make up my mind on what I want and what looks good together. I am a loyal customer and encourage others to choose Stitch by Stitch for their embroidery needs.

First of all, we werent even acknowledged as a customer, secondly we were totalling ignored, didnt say hi, be right with you watching his computer, switching back and forth to a movie, worst customer service ever, I guess he doesnt need our business. . Good luck your gonna need it.

Hes a great guy very nice and does an amazing job. Very interactive and he knows what hes doing.

Supposed to open at 10AM. Didnt show until just before 11 AM with attitude of he didnt care if we wanted to do business with him. We walked away and he lost 50 bucks and repeat customers. If I could rate this place less than 1 star I would have.
