Visited Crystal Coves shop here in Reno to pick up some sage. They have a great selection of stones, sage, incense, birthday cards and more! The only thing I wish they had more of would be singing bowls. The staff is pretty knowledgeable on the products they carry and they are pretty friendly. I definitely will be coming back!

I love this shop. I go every time I am in Reno! The vibes are usually so positive, but today the manager walked in and the whole energy of the room shifted. She was rude to her employee, who was SO sweet and helpful to my fiancée and i. McCain was the employee helping us and from the moment I stepped in, she had the most warm and wonderful energy. She did so much research on this stone that spoke to me in the dark room to help me better understand it’s benefit and why it might’ve spoken to me. My fiancée wanted to leave and put her stuff back when the manager was talking to us. She wasn’t friendly and was very sharp with her comments. I will definitely come back, but I hope the energy is a lot different next time. Thank you McCain for making our experience worth it.

Went into Mystic Rose for the first time looking for a healing gift for a friend. Kara was amazing and very knowledgeable. She helped me pick out a Lepidolite pendant with just the right healing properties my friend needed. I picked out a silver chain to go with it along with some candles and a pocket charm. She included a gift box for the pendant too. The store has a really nice selection of gifts and also holds healing clinics weekly to energize and heal your mind and spirit. Prices were reasonable, and included coupons for my next visit. Convenient location right off South Virginia near Plumb. Free off street parking right out front.

I booked and paid $2600 for a class to start in July 2017, the class was rescheduled each month until January 2018, and then the class was cancelled, the owner Laura peppered and her assistants Robin and Alex are liars, and expected me to walk away without a refund. I have demanded my refund several times and they refuse a refund or honor the class, I had to legally sue them all to get my monies back.Please do not waste your time at this place - save your monies and search for a better more ethical business.
