There staff isnt able to read a tape measure, be careful when you order from them chances are they will short your order and ruin your job. then expect you to to make crazy compromises with out any from of compensation on there part. Joke of a company order from other local shops that care.

Use them all the time

The worst customer service ever.Only have a small patch of lawn and read the “good” reviews from this place. The guy who loaded my truck with sod gave me several extra rolls because he said it wasn’t a great batch. Six months later and only a few patches had taken, so I ripped it up and went back for more. They charged me again, and when the same guy loaded the truck he told me they normally replace for free if the whole lot was bad. Too late, I’d already paid. The second lot has taken really well apart from one strip. I went back today to get a replacement for the one patch and the money grabbing lot charged me for another roll. Seriously, after a lot of money spent with them they couldn’t let the $6.28 slide.Go somewhere else for your sod.

Best sod you can get. I go back almost every summer to get a few rolls to make repairs to my yard and the sod is always great quality. The staff is always super friendly and helpful also.

Just got some sod and it looks great. Service was great from the sale girl in the office to the driver-forklift operator that delivered it, on time. Great all around experience.

You have to talk to everyone like they are a twelve-year-old that just found out what her Period is and not only that but you have to double check there work from another company if theyre giving you the right material to the price and to the right yards of material and to the right linear foot of pavers. There is a guy named Jordan there if you talk to him ask to talk to someone else he is completely disrespectful. If you really wanna know what this company is about read the one star ratings And then when you get frustrated with them They call you out of your name and then say that you got anger management problems.

I have been doing business with western turf for almost 5 years. The ladies that work the front always friendly polite and very helpfull. Most of my sales start with Jordan who is very knowledgeable bout the products they carry. Very fast and efficient to get me back to working. I was there today and had the pleasure of dealing with Luke who must have been trained by Jordan. Enough sayed on that. To finish off the yard guys are fast dont let u wait around long or if they r busy they make every effort to communicate to u that they will be right with u.

I went there to buy sod!!!!! And you wont beleave it they had me pay them 7$ a square feet plus 3 months of foodstamps!!!! What the heck!!! And they would not take my expired coupons either!!!! Monopoly money worked until the guy used the counterfeit marker and it went all downhill! I was only able to afford the mud under the sod left behind!!!

Western took care of their late delivery by giving me a 50lbs bag of fertilizer upon my request. I was not very satisfied with the quality of lawn delivered. 75% of the sod rolls had a hard, somewhat dried and hard, curled edge. I had to cut away 2-3 of each roll end for a good seem. This was very time consuming.They said it would be cut on the morning of the delivery; not sure that happened. Also, Im getting mushrooms popping up from the lawn. This may be from the the double mix that I purchased from Western Turf; not sure. I hope your quality of sod is better than what I got. Mid-May delivery.

Terrible human beings to deal with. Had a issue with my bank and a check didnt clear. Called them immediately to tell them about it. The owner calls me cursing at me and demening me over the phone and making threats. Terrible people skills. I was not polite after the threats started I will admit. Be wary of this company.
