Im a return customer, always a good experience!Ive had multiple vehicles serviced by Kevin, honest and trustworthy, always professional and courteous and will work with your budget.I wouldnt take my vehicles anywhere else!!!Thank you Dana and Kevin!
Went in to get a magnaflow muffler installed on my Acura. Kevin (the mechanic) asked me questions about how I wanted it to sound, and he made it sound exactly how I wanted it. Not only did he do a great job, but he did the whole think in less than 45 minutes. Reception was also incredibly nice and informative. Not to mention I actually paid less than the estimated price in the end. Will definitely be back!
You want a job done right you take it there. More then reasonable prices. Kevin does an awesome job.
They had the best value as well as the best customer service. Very accommodating and quick completion. They were recommended by my mechanic and now I know why. They had my catalytic converter swapped in a day.
Didnt ask me what they were gonna service to the car and came out 15 mins later charging me $120
My car has had an obnoxious rattle for the last year that I finally took in to get looked at. Apparently it was such an easy fix that Lifetime Muffler didnt even charge me for it! They easily could have charged me anyway. It felt like a random act of kindness that we all could use more of these days. Thanks, Lifetime Muffler. Also, my car hums along so nice and quietly now!
I went there for crack-reparation on some small engine piping. They were able to weld up the crack for a very reasonable price
Excellent work...Levi is a top-notch mechanic very friendly and professional. Would recommend lifetime Muffler Brake and radiator to anybody they worked with me on the price and in the end I was very satisfied thank you for all your help.
This place has been nothing but a nightmare and a drain on my wallet..I should have just done the job myself.Spent lots of money for really nothing. Because I have witnesses that saw me and helped me fix the car myself..if you want something done right you got to do it yourself and dont walk in there with a suit and tie..find honest mechanics,I cant even leave a negative rating thats how crooked Google is and not to mention the Better Business Bureau thats two jokes for you..The end is very near when the BBB and google protects crooked shops. And messes with people that have real skills..
Kevin is one of, if not the best mechanic I have ever meet. His ability to custom design, weld, fit or manufacture anyitem for any project is just stunning. He recently did a project which required manufacturing custombrackets to hold my new side steps on my Dodge 3500.All the other repair shops would not touch the project and did not want anything to do with it.Kevin said sure no problem with a smile and once again came up witha solution.I was totally amazed when i saw the finished project! The craftsmanship, quality and looks are just awesome.Custom project after custom project, Kevin is our go tomaster mechanic!Always has a solution with a smile! Thanks Kevin!Your amazing!Big Haul Inc.
This repair shop was amazing!!! I was traveling and my car had a problem with the O2 sensor and 3:30pm on a Friday they got me in and out in within the hour.
Absolutely incredible service. I tried to replace on my own my Suburbans exhaust system from a parts order on the web. Through some confusion I ended up with a high end system that didnt fit. The team at Lifetime Muffler Brake and Radiator took on the project to clean up my mess. They did a spectacular job! The system now is a perfect fit, completed quickly, looks, fits and sounds amazing. Definitely will be my first choice for any future work on the rest of my fleet. Thank you Kevin!
Great Work & Fast!
Kevin and the rest of the crew at Lifetime Muffler always go above and beyond when it comes to exhaust work. Ive had three cars done there. An 89 Ford Bronco XLT with full custom dual exhaust, an 02 Audi A6 4.2 with custom catback exhaust, and now my current car, a 12 Charger R/T with custom catback exhaust. I have always been beyond pleased with their work! I will also say that my parents have also had three cars done there as well. First was an 84 Chevy Silverado K10 with full custom exhaust, an 06 Charger R/T with custom catback exhaust and an 08 Dodge Ram with custom catback exhaust. I love their work so much that I suggest them to any of my fellow car enthusiasts. One in particular owning a 17 Plum Crazy Challenger Hellcat. I will always come here as long as this shop is open! Thank you guys!!
This place is awesome! I just came in expecting to wait most of my day to have some expensive work done and was stoked when the guy (sorry I forgot his name, he was awesome) was done in 10 minutes and charged me just $40. I dont usually post a review but its pretty great to go to a business and have them be nice, quick AND honest.
Lifetime my azz... They will patch parts up. and hope it last ONE YEAR. No Lifetime here. They will charge you arm and a leg for illegal patch work
Kevin did a kick ass job on my 2000 tacoma. All stainless with a 20 magnaflow muffler. Watched him work for the last hour and talked, super nice guy who really cares about his work. Would recommend to anybody who wants to make their car sound meaner.
Kevin is top knotch. This is a terrific neighborhood shop. Reasonable prices and convenient location.
They do a great job fast and fare price
Customer service is horrible. I called asking about a quote for a Maserati muffler delete and was put on hold till some guy answers and I told him what kind of car I got. And he laughed and said not interested and hanged up so unprofessional I hoped this guy gets fired called friday july20 2018 at 4pm. Hope this helps
I had an unpleasant experience with Lifetime Muffler Brake and Radiator. I had called ahead regarding my subaru that had been having issues with over heating. After describing the issue, I was told that it could be any number of things that could be wrong all of which may cause the same problem. He would need to see the car for a free assesment and to provide a quote for services needed. I then took the car in . I called the shop a few hours later at which point the mechanic explained that he didnt know what was wrong with it yet. I said I look forward to hearing back, but at 5:30 the shop closed without hearing back. This wasnt such a big deal, as I assumed they were busy. The next day at 11 am., the man who may have been the shop owner called and explained that neither of the fans were working on our car .He then told me the cost per fan with parts and labor.( 700. bucks for both fans). When I explained that we didnt have that money at this time and that I would have to take my car back to budget the expense. He then said flatly, Well, there will be a 90.00 shop fee for assessing what is wrong with your car. I said that I had no idea there would be a fee . He explained that looking at a car briefly is one thing but once he puts in a couple of hours and takes apart wires and such, thats another thing etc . etc. Now, I think it is reasonable to have a limit on how much time and effort is put into a free car estimate, but this should be clear for the customer and communicated fully. Or at a minimum, I should have been given a phone call, when this mystery limit of free time wore out.I know it is fairly common place for shops to offer free car asessmants . Its a marketing tool. The idea should be accepted that some folks will use there services and others wont. In my case, I was told that I had given the impression that they were going to be doing the work. Having had only one brief conversation with the mechanic regarding the cars incomplete assesmant, How could I have possably given that impression? More importantly, the issue of shop fees should not be a matter of an impression at all. Later it was agreed that I pay half of the 90.00. The next day when I came in to get the keys and make a payment, I was given the cold shoulder. I was made to feel as though I had set out to take them for granted, or had done something wrong. They know I left unhappy but they did not seem to mind. When I left, I was given a reciept for payment, but when I asked for a document that listed the issues found with the car, he looked at me like I was asking for something strange and simply wrote Bad Fans on the reciept. Perhaps my poor treatment was because I am a lady, and admittedly niave in the way of automobiles ! ? Or maybe they dont appreciate people who take them cars for estimates and then do not use thier services? Im not sure, but one thing is certain, they need better communication with thier customers. They have been around a long time, and they have never had a bad review. I bet they do great work. This is why we went to them. Its too bad, we will never be back.
Dude just go to buckys
