Ana is amazing. She does an amazing job and I just love going to her. I have to book two appointments ahead because she gets pretty booked far ahead. Would never change to see anyone else.

Yvette is the girl that I go to there and she is the only one I get waxed by. Shes super nice, fast, applies actual pressure and talks with you all the way through process if you have any questions. I went there for my first wax EVER and wont go anywhere else ☺

Id love to see the front staff have a better understanding of online promos, or their website updated so that the two are consistent. Otherwise, everyone was professional and kind, and my waxer was fabulous and super quick!

This is one of 2 best locations I have been to for waxing services in Washington state. The staff are so friendly, professional and accommodating. The establishment is always clean. They have the best estheticians! Definitely recommend this company and location

Ana G is an excellent aesthetician. Very kind and does great work. I would be Sasquatch without her skills.Sometimes front/receptionist is pushy about wax passes. I will deal with the annoyance to see Ana.

I got a Brazilian wax from here. It was my first time ever getting a wax like that and I was really nervous but the nice lady there, whose name is Yvette, made me feel very comfortable and did a quick job. Overall it wasnt that bad for my first time im really happy I went here. I completely recommend. The staff there is very down to earth.

Terrible, went to get my nostrils waxed, all my nose hair is still there in my nose. I completely wasted my time going over there for nothing I’ll just wax my nose at home next time and save the time and money.

This was my first time at this location. I just moved here from out of state. My wax specialist, Daverielle was amazing! She made me feel so comfortable even though I was still a little nervous. She was very kind and gentle. A pleasure to work with and I plan to see her each time I go. The lady at the front desk was very nice and location was clean. Great service all around!

I have been going EWC for years now, and have never been picky about who my waxer is (except when I have a really bad one). I recently had a girl named Kaycee who is new there and I promise she is the best waxer Ive ever had. She actually cared and took the time to get every hair unlike many of the other waxers that Ive had at this location and others. HIGHLY recommend her to any new clients or clients who arent super happy with their wax/waxer.

Loved my wax my Nia. This was my first time receiving services. Disliked how much EXC attempts to sell their products and plans, for this reason I will take my business elsewhere. I don’t preferred such a sales pitch for services I’m receiving. Took away from my experience.

I was running late to my appointment, showed up 8 minutes late and the rude lady up front told me I have to reschedule because I passed the “9 minute” mark ... good to know there is such a thing. Extremely rude front desk person.

Buyer beware. Watch what they sign you up for or you will get charges that you didnt expect. Whenever I get a wax pass they always hand me a BLANK form that authorizes them to charge my card whatever they choose. I normally make them fill it out before signing but the last time I was in, the girl was so new that she didnt even know how to renew services for a student wax pass - I had to show her where the price sheet was behind the desk. I spoke to the manager about these unexpected charges and she just kept speaking over me and told me they will continue to charge my card. I will probably go to Bellevue for the remaining passes and then I will find a new place for waxes.

I love that the turnaround time is fast, but the service and experience is still high quality and everyone who works there is friendly.

Samantha is AMAZING and made it so easy for me to get waxed. Highly recommended for you to go. Way less painful then anywhere Ive been to.

Efficient and clean.

Their sign does say first was free but that is not accurate. However, receptionist good, the wax specialist was not bad either.Their prices is a little high but their customer service is good, scheduling was easy they also have an app and texting was very convenient. Parking is limited up to 2 hours max since they’re next to the Landing. We parked in the back shared parking by other retail. Had a really great experience here! Cheaper than InSpa and equal if not better service. Really happy with my results, also have been using their ingrown hair serum and been really pleased with that as well.

First time every going and I now realize that my first wax should have been free. I told the receptionist that I had never had a wax before and she never mentioned that my first visit was free so needless to say I paid for my visit. They did a good job and they were very friendly just wish I would have been told my visit should have been free.

I thought everyone was very nice. They did a good job very clean waxing environment. My only complaint would be the paper for the table needs to be better as it stuck to me.

I moved here from Philly recently and have been a customer of European wax center there for over a year. Coming here I was a little skeptical but the customer service is great! I go to Mollie to get my Brazilian and under arm wax done, she always does a great job and is really nice !

Today I saw Daverielle for a Brazilian was. She was fantastic!!! I was in town visiting and wanted some pampering. Daverielle was so kind and did a wonderful job. As soon as you walk in, Raven is right there to assist you. She was extremely informative, super friendly and very helpful. Jade was my esthetician and she was professional, friendly, and efficient. I wasnt in there for more than 15 minutes if that. I have been waxed before and the places I have been to had a more boutique feel, which was pretty comforting instead of the medical clinic type rooms at the European Wax Center, the staff and the efficiency of my appointment makes it worth coming here. Your first wax is free (lips, eyebrows, under arms etc..) or 50% the more time consuming waxes like brazilians. Unfortunately, at this time they do not provide manscaping for all you dudes out there due to the nature of the area. The prices are pretty affordable vs a boutique or a small business. The website and mobile app are not as intuitive or user friendly and they have given the feedback back to corporate (located in FL), hopefully they will listen. Its just best to call and get scheduled. I will come here when I dont have much $$ but still want to do me. Ill be coming back!

I took my friend for a wax as a treat. We asked for Najla as the reviews recommend her. We are happy with the experience and results. Najla is a pleasant and approachable person. The salon is clean and atmosphere is relaxing. We came for a free trial service and Najla suggested another much needed one. My impression was that they are welcoming and not pushy. It was easy to schedule. I highly recommend the salon if you need a wax and scheduling with Najla should guarantee you a pleasant, relaxing experience. Give it a try

I have been a EWC passholder and loyal customer since 2012. Ive used my passes in Texas, Colorado and now Seattle. What ease! Najla was awesome. All the reviews about her are absolutely correct. Gave me a great eyebrow wax. She was very informative and thorough. Thanks EWC and Google!
