Paul made buying my car extremely easy. The car facts were presented to me prior to my test drive, and the sale was very direct, with no hidden costs that you would not expect. It has been two months with my new (preowned) car, and I could not be happier with my purchase!After deciding to purchase a used car instead of financing a new, I had previously looked at another dealership for a manual transmission Subaru. Unfortunately, this first cars excellent condition did not match the description, and it also felt as if the car had been sitting idle on their lot for a few months. At the end of the test drive, the salesman wanted to talk about the sale, in which, hidden fees were tacked onto this already overpriced used vehicle. Precision Motors and Paul was definitely the right choice for me and my car buying needs!

After three days of communication I come from Vancouver, WA looking to buy. The mirrors didnt move via the electronic control. Okay fine. But neither did the windows...?So how does this work, man? I get out, fiddle with the mirror, get back in to see if I got it right, over and over?Well yeah the dodge cars are known for that switch breaking, its an easy fix. But its pretty much ready to go!I cant see while Im driving, but its ready to go? Hows that? If its an easy fix, fix it.I will!How about before you try to sell it? I just drove 2.5 hours to buy this, not for you to fix it later. Try selling cars when you have cars to sell.

I wish I could say theyre better than your general overpriced used car place, but I cant. As with any of these types never trust what they tell you, never pay asking price and always take your purchase directly to your trusted mechanic before you drive more than a few days. You never know what kind of issue theyre unloading on you with the car and its your problem once they have your money. Dont buy the extended warranty or anything else thats a similar scam.This applies to all similar type dealerships, not just this place.Meh. - that pretty much sums it up.

Went to look at an SUV at the Precision Motors lot. Battery was dead. Once the vehicle was jumped, wouldnt stay running. Told me they would call when fixed. I let them know I was ready to buy. I had not received a call from them so I called back on the same day. They had sold it. Customer service is terrible. Very much a no care attitude. I will never visit this car lot again.

Prices were amazing, way cheaper than anyone else and didnt lie about what repairs were really needed unlike some other shops and dealerships that all had different prices and recommendations that made no sense!

These SOB’s Sell Broken Cars. They Had Car Fax On The Car That’s Said “No Crashes” And That The Car Is A Good Running Car. Ended Up Driving It 2 Days Later To Work From Burien Around Puyallup And Car Over Heated 2 Times Within 40 Min. Found Out The Car Had Severe Damage To The Front Frame Of The Car Which Caused Radiator/Head Gasket Issues. The Total Repair Cost For The Head Gasket, Radiator, And Frame repair Is $3400, I Paid $3000 For The Car Alone, And Already Put $350 Into To Repair Other Parts Of The Motor And A Diagnostic. DONT BUY A CAR HERE. THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY BACK.

They removed the check engine light!!!!After buying a Jeep, *Vin 1J4GW58N5YC415359*, from them my mechanic took a deeper look and found that they had REMOVED THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT AND WIRING for the check engine light. Along with the vehicle having horrible emissions!I put a stop payment on my credit card, because THEY BROKE THE LAW, and returned the Jeep. Now they are threatening to take me to collections... good luck. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! REPORTED TO THE BBB!!!!!!!!!!!
