Honestly I’ve always loved this place because they have white coffee. Although I’ve had a problem with one thing...I usually order the SAME drink every time...and every time it is always different depending on who rings you up. Sometimes my drink will be less than 5 bucks and sometimes almost 7 so I’m not sure what’s up with that 🤦‍♀️

Omg no joke they have the best bagels Ive ever had it was so soft I got a cream cheese with it but I ended up eating the whole bagel plain and thats not me thats how good the bagel was coffee was good to

Staff wasn’t friendly from the moment I pulled up. Wanted to tip the barista since I’m one myself but she handed me the drink without saying anything and immediately turned her back until I had no option but to drive away 🤷🏼‍♀️ Also their energy drinks are waaay over priced. Could go to another stand for waay friendlier service and cheaper energy drinks.

The ladies at Gourmet Latte are always very friendly and make delicious drinks. They have multiple locations which is nice. I learned about Hemp milk thru there recommendations. The ladies are very good at suggesting delicious drinks if youre unsure of exactly what you want to drink

The lady was extremely rude from the minute I pulled up. So I wouldnt reccomend this place to anybody. Horrible service and a terrible employee.

I went here with my boyfriend and I ordered a drink and they gave me something completely not what I ordered, and my boyfriend’s drink was so much ice he finished it in like 4 sips, he also ordered a bagel and they heated it up in the microwave so it was like a soggie sponge it was so nasty he just threw it away, it was just a plain bagel with cream cheese, not like the breakfast bagel. So yeah def prob not gunna be going back to this place ever.

Gourmet Latte has gained a loyal customer! Not just great coffee here, Adrianne & Cassie make sure to go above and beyond with their customer service. They make sure to send me on my way with some great drinks to bring back to my office. Not only are they the best for me they also have a loyal fan club with me too! Thank you both!!!

All the batistas are so nice and funny. They really have the coffee recipes down pat. Will always be a customer of the GL!!!

Line always moves fast and most time my coffee is ready for me when I pull up to the window. There is a reason this is their 19th location- coffee and staff speaks for itself. Great food variety as well

Ok. So I have been coming here since they took this stand over. It was fantastic but over the last couple of months they have had a turnover in staff. It is pretty apparent that there must have been a change in management because the folks they are putting in the stands are the “B” team. It is getting old really quick having to repeat an order three or four times. Bad coffee and just plain old poor customer service. It used to be the people there knew my order and had it waiting. It was quick in and out. Now...it is an ordeal and exercise in frustration....and a bad cuppa joe.Bottom line: Time for coffee elsewhere.

Could use a public bathroom, but a GREAT stop with wonderful coffee!
