The staff is beyond grouchy. I highly recommend skipping this store unless you like being yelled at for no reason.

Customer services at the place is awesome. Even though I ask for a simple item/items - a manager walk me straight to where the item located. And second time I comeback, I was looking for a printer that would fit for my work. Hayden then explained detail what each printer do and the other doesnt. Really appreciated his help. :)

This is a nice clean and well stocked Staples. It is located in between Target and Pet Smart, across from Lowes.This trip, we came here after giving up on Frys. We needed a new printer. Staples had a huge selection, most on sale and ready to bring home, (Frys was out of stock on their very poor selection). Went to Office Depot, target, and frys before I came here while looking for a computer chair. Great selection and way better prices than all of their competitors. No line to check out and everybody was nice to talk to!

I placed an order online, and one detail was missed. Not only did they correct it immediately but went out of their way in assisting me right away with an addition to my order I made at the counter. All of this with friendliness and professionalism.

Arlene was an amazing customer service rep. She had all the answers to my questions; very professional, yet super friendly and a delight to work with. Staples should be proud to have her on their team!!

I had a good experience with at Staples today...Had a printer that needed some help trying to get it to print again.There was a young man there who know an awful lot about printers and he really help me understand which process to use and orif I decided to get another printer which printer I should purchase.I definitely appreciated his input dont remember his name though wish I did.

For years I have always found the staff and managers to be both cordial and helpful. They bend over backwards to make the right purchase for me happen and with the best price they can. I have not experienced this level of service at both comparable and larger places.

Needed some documents printed and laminated quickly. They were very accommodating. Received everything exactly the way I envisioned it. Wonderful customer service.

Placed my print order originally at Office Depot, huge mistake!!! note only did they not complete by the deadline requested they tried overcharging me even though I had an email with a quoted price. Contacted Staples Kent same day, they were responsive but a little delayed however sent my order to Renton Staples for completion. The print department was great! had my order done in an hour, lady was friendly and discounted my order :) will continue all orders through Staples moving forward.

I called and asked if they do paper shredding. They said yes and it would cost .99 cents per pound. I was fine with that and asked if I can do it myself and they said yes. I drove all the way there to realize you cant shred your own paper. You have to leave it in a recycle bin and they shred it somewhere else. These were important documents that needed to be shredded and they wasted my time.

Eric is great in graphics. Only problem is they dont answer their phones well. Long menu, long wait times.

I went there to make missing posters for my pup, i ordered large prints got all the supplies witch is not cheap, but when i went to pay for everything i was not charged for the posters of my missing dog. That was the only thing that made me smile since yesterday. They were so humble and the gesture that they did for me was such an overwhelment at the time. 5 stars for this store and its employees. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

I went in for an office chair, the one I wanted wasnt in stock and soon I had the manager helping me to get the chair I wanted for a great price.

Came in to do a TSA pre enrollment. The process was super quick and easy, and they had walk-in appointments available as well. Afterwards, I browsed around the store and many customer service folks were happy to help. I will be back to this location if I need any office supplies quickly.

Honored my price match after a bit of arguing. They had to look it up specially to verify it was on the list, and it was.Has a lot of items. Cashier was really sick though and he needed to go home. Bought stuff for work.

Blond Gentleman at the UPS desk was rude and arrogant. This is why I haven’t been to staples in 20+ years.

They had the office chair I wanted in stock and they were nice enough to take it out to my car. The assembly instructions for the chair were the easiest to understand that I have come across.

Very poor customer service with attitude for photo copies as the employee had no perception of photography and didnt print correct size. Very slow service and over priced. Colors are awful in photos, stay clear.

I always come to this staples. They have a lot of options that other staples dont have. The customer service was so horrific i couldnt find anyone around the store to give me a hand and frankly it didnt even seem like anyone cared.

Seems they are poaching employees from Walmart.The clerk couldnt manage to make use of a simple staples coupon that Staples mailed out.I just gave up and walked out leaving the purchase, and coupon behind.I will just do my shopping online at amazon. So much less painful.

The people here irritated me.For one, a customer chewed out an employee then the manager over a print job, saying he had tens of thousands of dollars in business to do here. And the two customers ahead of me in line took an obscene amount of time - it must have been five minutes I was waiting there in line, listening to the other one throw a tantrum.If theres one thing I dont tolerate at a retail store, its shiftless employees. I had been waiting in line for several minutes and saw an employee walk across the store, look me in the eye, and stand around at the online pickup desk. He was literally being paid to do nothing. Another employee kept himself busy assembling a chair, again while I was waiting. Where are their customer service and planning skills, and what happened to common sense?

Best staples of all time

I walked in the with 2 laptops holding under my jacket it was raining hard. I took the to computer area and the young man told one was broken and not worth repairing. I was told it would be about 20 minutes to run scan and everywhere I went to in the store there was a page for costumer service. They profiled me and one guy stopped and asked me you still here, what you looking for now (rude tone). I made a purchase and left with my 2 children.I guess you cant walk around look at store waiting for computer scan.

Boooo Staples! For taking a print order from me telling me it would be ready tomorrow then losing the order! Once I helped them find my files, on the day the order was suppose to be ready, they told me they could print the order because of copyright concerns. Never again Staples, bye bye.

Their cash register did not have their sales price loaded properly. I was over charged $7.56 for 3 spiral bound notebooks! I noticed the error when I got home & went back later in the evening to get my credit back & they tried to fix it, but only ended up giving me $2.29 back for one notebook. Their attempt at correcting the receipt was confusing...now I have to go back again to get the additional credit due me. Check your receipts! They are either incompetent or out to get your money with false advertising sales prices! I was charged $4.79 for ACCEL 2 subject notebooks 6 x 9.5. The shelf price was advertised as $2.50 each...I double checked.

Seemed a little confused about my invitation order but all together it went well. It just took a little longer than I hoped.
