These guys are awesome. I come here all the time and they are always very personable. Family owned small business. Definitely support them if you can.

Love this place! Convenient, friendly, and great service. I stop by here frequently, (almost on a daily basis). In the past two years or more, and cant ever remember seeing anybody being rude, or angry. This hard working family deserves all our support. Keep up the good work!

The angry young man who seems to be the owner is disrespectful to the customers. Buying stamps “experience” I was given there makes me agree with the other reviewers who described rude demeanour and verbal abuse. First the stamps I was given were impossible to peel off. Second set was tossed at me by unhappy man behind the counter. Then words and gestures came along. Had to discontinue supporting this mini market.

Don’t ever go here! The worst customer service. ALWAYS trying to close early. Rude customer service. Very unhappy ppl. So many ppl I know say it’s the worst customer service. There so rude. One of the guys will just come out and say yeah I don’t like you. Lol. The owner says it’s ok he gets head aches and get grumpy. That’s NO EXCUSE! I have picture and video of them closing early and being so rude. But it’s ok if you have a headache right? Lol!

I come here very often, the place is safe, has some good essentials and pricing. I speak with the owner operators often and are nice people! Sadly it closes by midnight. So weekends not ideal.

This business does not belong in our community. The owner is extremely rude and doesnt care about treating people with respect. We experienced a very stressful and unnecessary episode with the business owner today. He came out yelling at our family because we parked in a parking space designated for his business. He tried shaming us and used racial comments loudly and intentionally in front of the few customers he had.We live in this community and do not need or want business owners like this in our small town of Newcastle.

Rude, told me to “hurry it up” 20 minutes before closing time because the guy working wanted to leave early. What a thing to say to a local customer! I honestly don’t think this place cares about its customers. They also carry a LOT of expired products (just look at their chips or crackers section, the products at the front are usually expired).

Great people. Great store. Good prices. My go to guys.

I didn’t walk into this place but I LOVE this sign so much. 405 Express Mini Mart & Express. That’s TWICE the express for the price of one express I’m assuming.
