Ive only been in a few times and each time I remember why I dont stop more often.
This business deserves zero stars I had gasoline dumped all over me it busted from the pipes the employees Ran out and said it was my fault until I talk to a manager who wouldn’t give me a receipt until I called the police tried to offer me $20 for $100 worth of gas spilled all over me my clothes in the ground my car I’m so upset
I am visiting this city. I go to this Chevron ro buy oil for my truck and park. A girl comes up and drives beside me and says it is her parking spot and move. There is no assigned parking and I am a customer for all of 6 minutes. I will never come to Seattle again. What rudeness.
I cannot go to this Chevron station anymore. The older Asian-American lady whom works there is inexplicably rude every time I go in there. I dont think shes ever said hello or acknowledged me politely in the months Ive risked coming to this location. Her method oc acknoledgement or hello is to provide hostile remarks or If you dont bring cash Im not letting you buy anything Seriously, I understand working at a convenience store is bad, and Im used to a disgruntled employees. So why does it continue? (I worked retail for 8 years) I wont visit this location until this employee isnt there anymore. I dont like spending my money in a hostile environment. Id also feel better if our cars stop using this station for gas as well.
Pumps are faulty will chatge you for gas not pumped #6 to be specific.
