Would give 0 stars if I could.I got accosted by another customer at this store because I called her out when she tried to cut in line and apparently the cashier said she is a regular. Im sorry but shouldnt you ban people like this from frequenting your store if they harass customers and have no sense of decency to be in public? Every time that ragged lady walked around and by, she would make snide comments to me and only me (there were 5 others in the store). Felt very unsafe but I was so annoyed that no one stood up with/for me so I called her out every single time. Really disappointed that the staff didnt do anything or say anything to her. There are other ice cream shops so I wont be back. Maybe the nut job can continue to get her chocolate pint and keep the store open.

I really like this ice cream shop. They have some cool delicacies here and the service is wonderful. Its nice that they are conscientious about peoples needs. And due to them doing that, they can continue to make yummy ice cream for us even during covid-19.I would highly recommend this place.You can never go wrong with the yum yums they serve here.

Great milkshakes and so many flavors! We always order the same things, but could get something new every time if we wanted.On the 31st say of the month they have a special deal on single scoops, its a fun activity for the kids.The cakes are fun, definitely recommend ordering ahead if you want something particular or writing added. If you dont mind non-personalized they always have a selection to grab and go.

The staff was really nice, but due to CoVid-19 restrictions only 7 guests are allowed in the store at a time. That meant standing out in the scorching heat. It was worth it!

Great place to grab a quick ice cream treat ...wonderful service ...they both had smiles exceptional clean store ....great atmosphere seeing busy but only took minutes... would definitely go back again to get another chocolate chip mint malt and they do use the powdered malt which is a lot better in my opinion.....

This location has been open since I was a small kid and I have always had good experiences with service and the ice cream cakes make every occasion complete.

This location has a sign that says they are strictly enforcing a NO MASK NO SERVICE policy. Awesome, we thought. We went in yesterday and watched while an older guest and two young children (school aged) were in with NO mask. Okay, maybe they have a health condition, no big deal to us. But they were not offered a mask nor did the business ask them to wait outside and bring them their order.When it was our turn, the person behind the counter handed us the wrong order (wrong flavor). We gave it back to her and she dumped it back into the container and filled the cone with the right flavor. We were wearing masks, but how do we know this didnt happen with a customer not wearing a mask, obviously breathing onto the ice cream as they hand it back and then having the staff just dump it back into the container. Now the no mask thing we witnessed earlier WAS a big deal to us. We paid for our ice cream, but ended up throwing it out.Just a heads up to other customers so you can access your own level of risk with this store. Under normal circumstances we like this location. We were just turned off by the hypocrisy of the sign. Added safety measures only works when you follow/enforce it 100%Baskin-Robbins Management - Either enforce your mask policy and max capacity or dont have it posted. Just dont be a hypocrite about it. Customers should be advised that when the store is busy the safety risk could be higher (as we witnessed) guidelines and policy may be ignored by staff.

They closed too early. They supposed to close at 10pm. One of the associates saw us we just pulled over at the front of the store. Were there around 9p and they just turned off the lights when its not even 10p. They shld change their store hours online if they gonna do that. They giving wrong info to ppl.

Had a very frustrating experience here tonight. Walked in 20 minutes before closing, watched the workers start putting away ice cream, and when I noticed the flavor I came in for was being put away I quickly asked if I could get a cone of it. I was told no since it was already “put away”. Now I understand it was near closing but by the time I left the store 5 minutes later they had all the flavors away and were still open for 15 more minutes. Seems strange to turn customers away like that, and definitely doesn’t fit with the Baskin Robins brand. You are better off going somewhere else.

New girl named Ada was working when I went in. Shes super sweet, super nice and went the extra mile to make sure my milkshakes were perfect! I told her how Im addicted to BR ice cream & milkshakes, which I am! So she was totally accommodating to my every need! Definitely will go back! I live in Burien and its worth the drive! I wont go to the one by my house. Ada is the best! :) ❤

Ordered an ice cream cake and when I got there they were clueless. Evidently, they make them not dont tag them well in case the ordered doesnt show up they can sell it. Seemed kind of cheesy and expensive

The new owners since, 2017, are really nice. They truly care about their business and customers. The employees are not always perfect because theyre usually young students working part time jobs, dont blame them for not knowing all the points of customer service. Most of the time they still provide great customer service. Youre here for the ice cream, its pretty good. Lots of options. Custom ice cream cakes! Cookies! They have Dunkin Donuts to go with their ice cream now, so ask for it if youre a fan of DD. Smoothies too! They can make shakes with many of the ice cream flavors.

Baskin-Robbins, I dont know what type of hiring process you have, however, I recommend it be reviewed at this location. Also, I recommend a review and re-training of your employees (at this location) etiquette and understanding of what closing times, and clean-up tasks include, and when they are meant to be done...after closing or half of the team clean the other help remaining customers UNTIL closing time, not closing prior to.Tonight, I walked into the store at 946pm with a 10pm close. Generally, at a restaurant I wouldnt do this out of customer etiquette, however, its a scoop or two of ice cream.I was immediately turned away, I said, 10 minutes early? The employee said yes, we have lots of clean up to do.With time remaining until close and realizing their were two employees, I felt this was very, very poor customer service and also shows the lack and time management, customer service, understanding what tasks need to be done and when.To me, closing means after your posted time, you lock the door or at, you help the remaining customers and then continue to clean up and get out of their for the night.Moral of the story, I did not get ice cream.I am blown away by the immaturity and lack of respect and care for customers at this location, reading other reviews, others have had similar experience.Get it together Baskin-Robins, who you hire represents your name and right now, its incompetence.

Disappointing!Baskin-Robbins coupons not honored at this store.The store manager declined a Buy one Get one Free Cone coupon I tried to use from my BR phone app. Imagine that! A Baskin-Robbins store that does not accept Baskin-Robbins coupons!
