We had ordered a Dinosaur themed birthday cake at the QFC bakery. The chocolate flavored cake with whipped cream cheese icing was awesome. All the guests and kids loved it and it was less sweeter(just the way we had requested). Thanks for the delicious cake !!

I stopped in tonight and wanted 2 cartons of jumbo eggs. Very nice young man looked everywhere, even in the back, but couldnt find any. He apologized very nicely, and I went on the produce section looking for green beans. Couldnt see any, and I walked up to two gentlemen, who looked like QFC employees. I waited just a second when the shorter one turned to me and we started a little bit of pleasant banter. Then he asked what can we do for you? I said I was looking everywhere in their lovely produce section for green beans, but I couldnt find any. The taller one said, Im so sorry but were out. But then he said let me check something. I was conversing with the shorter one when the young man from the dairy section came running up to me with 2 cartons of jumbo eggs; I found them! he exclaimed, smiling big. I thanked him very nicely, and turned to the manager and said, give this man a raise. I cant believe he came looking for me! Just then the taller one (also a manager, I think) came up with a sealed Kroger package of green beans, saying we have these. I said thank you, theres just the two of us, and that bag is too big, but thank you. He said no problem, well open the bag up and you take what you need. What a wonderful shopping experience. The service is always good at this QFC, but tonight, they outdid themselves.

I LOVE this location. Their in-store is clean and organized although I almost always use pick-up. The pick-up attendants are fast, very kind, and really go above and beyond. Like anything in life, small errors may come up if you use any service long enough, but nothing that wasnt resolved quickly in some capacity. QFC overall is really good but this location in particular is my favorite. 🙂

Our checker had to leave to investigate an item leaving a few of us waiting in line. A self check (young man with a beard) clerk saw this and came over, graciously grabbed my basket and started ringing my things for me in self check. Didn’t offer self check to me, just assumed there was a reason I was in the full serve line and seamlessly transitioned the flow to the rest of us as he could. Super unusual customer service. Very aware of his surroundings. Wish I got his name. But THANK YOU!

This is a review of their Yummy Brands Sushi section. I am not one to normally write a negative review but I am very disappointed in my experience today.As someone with cultural ties to Japan and familiarity with sushi, I am outraged and disappointed with my experience with their sushi roll product that I purchased and tried on 10-16-21. I do not expect restaurant quality level here and do not expect this to be fully authentic since they are appealing to the mass market but they should properly prepare a roll that is enjoyable and edible to the mass market. Otherwise, do not create a product that poorly represents Japanese culture or sushi as a whole in a bad light.I truly hope this is more of a training issue with their personnel as I think it is a shame for sushi to be prepared in a manner that does not fully represent its best quality. Please continue on if you are interested in why this was sushi that I am not thrilled to be criticizing.First of all, sushi rice should be prepared in a manner that is soft, not hard when biting down. I do not know if the rice was cooked incorrectly or stored improperly but this was unacceptable in my perspective. If you cannot prepare your rice to be an acceptable quality, do not put it in sushi and prepare it for the mass markets as this gives sushi a poor representation and bad rap. Secondly, the majority of the california roll (Id say 80%) was just crab meat, that had no mayo or sauce incorporated, just shredded. There was minimal cucumber or avocado. When I enjoy a good california roll, I expect the crab meat to be nicely mixed with some sauce or mayo, and there to be a equivalent ratio of crab meat to avocado to cucumber. The crab meat also had some odd spicy seasoning to it. Third, and not very important as I recognize Yummy brands is appealing to a mass market that favors larger portions but the size of each sushi should not require TWO bites, just one. I can let this third issue go however but just want to share this.Again, I do not expect sushi to be restaurant quality here but I would hope that this franchisee or company takes the time to prepare sushi in a manner that appeals to the mass market and represents sushi in a positive light. The way it was prepared today flat out makes sushi to be an unedible unappealing product. PLEASE take the time to cook and prepare your rice properly. They sadly lost a customer for this specific product. I will continue to go to this store for produce though.

I just came home to cook the chicken I just bought there and it was rotten. Did not expect this at all! They should have people that know how to check the meat theyre selling. Good smell is enough to tell about that.

Company is still trying in my life, bad decision.

The quality of goods in this store is superb. They do not however practice social distancing, limit the numbers of customers in store for safe shopping, and have all register lanes open causing customers to stand back to back when paying for goods. They have signs asking for patience while they clean between customers but it seems this is optional depending on the employee working the register. Shop at your own risk, I won’t be back unless it’s an emergency.

Well stocked and friendly checkers and counter help but, hardly anyone was following the one way signs or staying socially distant.

My favorite Starbucks and grocery store! All the employees are friendly and my coffee order is always perfect!

Their variety is Amazing. When its busy its hard to get help at self check out. Their live herb garden is so great..

This place is accommodating and convenient, however theyre letting people in without masks. I asked about it and they are told they arent allowed to engage, which is garbage. Theyre letting people in that have no concern for their fellow man. Maybe hire a security guard to stand at the doors or something? Theyre not looking out for the safety of their customers or employees.

Shopping here for years. Some checkers are great. The others are super rude. Cant even say hi, how are you? Or did you find everything ok? Treat me like Ive inconvenienced them by bringing my cart through their line. I guess thats just the way things are now.

I shop there at least every week. Great family market.

Love products QFC carries. This is a great well run store.

Open late which is great for me. Selection is nice, store is clean and well lit. There are cheap donuts in the morning and afternoon. The store brand milk keeps forever. One of the better groceries in the area.

Aisles are no longer one way. Used to shop there regularly, but aisles are narrow and not one way. John always cleans between customers, most do not.

We went to the QFC in the Highlands and was amazed at the effort they are putting in for our safety... the carts are sprayed and whipped down before you get one... the checkers are whipping down the belt and the work area including the pen for the POS machine!!! My favorite part was the distancing while we checked out...I asked if we could keep that after the Virus was over... how nice to not be pushed at the checkout line... Thank you QFC!!!

We purchased a dozen donuts and the twisties tasted like they were 3 days old. They are usually gooey and soft but they were almost stale. Arent they made fresh everyday? otherwise shouldnt they mark them down? At least that indicates what Im getting. We didnt get fresh donuts this time around...pretty disappointed...

The best QFC I have encountered. Great selection of European and American breads, tea, coffee and never short on grab and go sandwich supplies. Great place.

I love QFCs bakery! The Deli is great also! Their stores are always refreshing to go to. They keep the aisles and shelves stocked well and in nearly perfect order. The employees are very courteous and helpful. The store is never too cold or too warm. It has a large parking lot and is wheelchair accessible. They beat Safeways prices on most any item. I like Safeway ok its just kinda expensive. QFC reminds me of a modern version of the old Ma and Pops stores from when I was younger. I shop here a lot and have never had anything negative regarding any of my purchases. They are a Full Scale Grocery Store! Quality is what their all about and they certainly give that to their customers! I give them 5 Stars. If I could give them more I would.

When I was grocery shopping today there was an older man walking around without a mask. Lots of associates were around and saw but no one said anything to him.

The woman at the deli would not give me what I wanted. I asked multiple times for the two items I wanted and she kept pointing to two different items. It was as if she could not understand me. This went on for 30 seconds until I was too aggravated to keep it up. Taking someones order shouldnt be that hard.

Everything is great besides the bag. they always rip either the handles or from the bottom, double bagging doesn’t even help much. thicker bags pls

I didnt know they switched to paper bags only and when I was at the self check out there was no bags and the lady in a very snobby voice said you didnt bring your own and that is a direct quote. How am I suppose to know to bring my own? Btw Im not spending $5 on a reusable bag.....I guess Safeway gets all my business from now on, When Im not going to Costco that is.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. This has been my go-to for the past four years for small grocery stops. Ive gotten to know many of the staff by name, and am going to miss seeing them all the time with my recent move. They have always been great, upbeat, and ready to help me with whatever it is I need. The store is always clean, and you can always find someone to help you with your locating needs.

My favorite grocery store to go to. Good selection, easy to find layout. Everything is extremely Well labeled as far as prices. Staff is always friendly. I go out of my way to come here over other grocery stores. The only thing I would love to have is TOFU CREAM CHEESE!! PLEASE. I always have to take the extra trip to Fred Meyer for this item. Even at 3am I feel comfortable coming here.

The fried chicken was tasteless . Albertsons is 100% better.

Went into purchase some groceries after 1:30am. Had to use the restroom. It was blocked by pallets. When i attempted to pass, John stated that they were there for a reason...When I asked how I was supposed to use the facilities, he shrugged and walked away. I climbed over the pallets and used the restroom . When finished, i climbed.back over the pallets. John was a few isles down looking at me when I climbed down off the pallets. I spread my arms to say and so?. John then took it upon himself to follow me around the store trying to further antagonize the situation. When i tried to renew my shopping he continued to follow and berate me. I finally left the store without purchasing what i had come in for. VERY unsatisfying interaction. John was extremely unprofessional.

QFC was,.. QFC I mean its a grocery store. No more no less. How much more of a review do you need? I went in, bought two corn dogs. Lady at the counter was great, service was good food is good no problem.

This is a very nice grocery store with a wonderful Starbucks inside. Ben (barista) has excellent customer service skills and displays a genuine friendliness which I greatly appreciate.

The place was nice. They had everything I was looking for, and even some items were on sale. I got some meat from the deli because I like Boars Head meats. I enjoyed everything except the checkout. I had a full cart of groceries and they only had 1 regular check stand open. There was a woman checking out writting a check, and two other customers with full carts behind her. They could have called for another cashier to come up.

Sale items are regularly out of stock, and prices are simply too high. Plus, in the evening, the checkers are sent home, and youll have to scan and bag your own groceries (no offer to help from the employee standing next to me). Why isnt there a discount given when I have to do it myself? Thankfully, the new Safeway opened up just two blocks away.

This store is really well managed relative to many other grocery stores in the area, even relative to other QFCs. Im between 3 QFC locations and fairly close to a Safeway and Albertsons, and I almost always come to this store even though its 5 min further. Rarely out of items, great selection, reasonable lines, and friendly staff.

Kind of a dark store. Didnt interact with employees so cant speak to that. Decent selection. Odd layout. The worst part of the shopping trip was the self checkout. These are so annoying! They tell you after each and every item you scan Place your item in the bagging area. These are infuriating if youre in any kind of a hurry. QFC, please fix these annoying machines!

I always have a good experience at QFC. I can usually find everything I need there. Im confused tho when the store can offer Progressive soup @$ .99 on sale and turn around and put a $2.79 tag on the same soup after the sale. Even Fred Meyer doesnt charge that much. QFC prices have been steadily rising.

Just showed up for a riveted. I was created by a very friendly butcher. He asked what I wanted. I wanted 1 ribeye out of a pack of two. He was happy to make it happen for me.

The employees here are horrible. the employees at night stalk you up until the moment you complete your transaction and walk out the door. Its like they are either stalker watching people or hoping someone will steal something because they are bored....honestly though, these people are lazy and always rude except for one younger employee between 20-25 probably who has amazing customer service. Tonight however the prejudiced workers stalking the shelves not only creepily followed me but tonight i accidentally left my wallet in my car for the first time ever and they followed me out to my car and even went back in to send more people to follow me. I will never shop at this qfc ever again and not only that i will make sure no one else has to deal with that experience either.

Great customer service. Was looking for beef suet, which they didnt have exactly, but gave me some fresh fat trimmings from some New York Steaks which should work in a pinch....

This is one of the best QFCs I have been to. It has a large produce section I am a vegan with lots of particular items on my shopping list and this QFC had everything I was looking for. There is also a lot of gluten free items in this location as well.

This is my neighborhood QFC. Friendly and helpful staff. Lots of variety in the produce section. Theres a Safeway closer to me, but I always go to QFC because it has better variety and quality items.

Man, I just wanted to buy half a pound of some fried chicken. The guy working there told us to wait a minute and so we did. But then he proceeds to make a sandwich. Now, making sandwiches is EZ. But this guy. He legit made the sandwich with care. The way he folded the slice of ham was extra. Then he did the same with lettuce and onions. After placing the food on the bread for 10 freaking minutes, he puts oil and some soy sauce. Ive never seen anyone put soy sauce on a sandwich b4. I mean, my Asian relatives would probably do that but like ???? Afterwards, he decided to put the bread on top and pressed is hard. It was all squished together like ew. He then finally walked up to us and asked for what we needed. We waited like 20 minutes, just to get half a pound of fried chicken. Watching the man made the sandwich was painful to watch. Overall, I got my fried chicken. It was gr8. QFC, thank you for the overpriced fried chicken :)

Has good selection of food, alcohol and basic household products. Has self checkout kiosks and accepts debit and credit cards.

The remodel is complete. Ive shopped there for nearly 20 years without complaint. Hate the new remodel. The lighting is TERRIBLE! The wattage must have been reduced and the isles are not beneath the lights anymore.. The poorly lit pasta/soup section is the worst. Nothing can be read easily in the darkness. The candy section was put directly across from the cereal. That is plain manipulation and cruel for parents with children. Shoppers seem to be lost, confused and shopping very slowly. Seems thats what QFC management wants. The longer youre in the store, the more youll purchase?? And many of the long time, previous employees have left also.Im done. I kept hoping by the end of July Id like the remodel and improvements. Not at all. There are other stores where I can at least see my desired items in a lit and logical laid out way. QFC, please turn up the lights at least!

Well, I was just trying to check out at uscan and the skinny kid whose name started with the letter M who was attending it, made random death threats. I think he was joking, but said I should watch out for the sniper in the parking lot. I was taken aback. I didnt know how to respond to that. Right after the events in Las Vegas. I was a tad mortified. And I said, thats not very funny and he proceeded to continue with this line of thinking. Saying he was trying to save my life. But, none of it seemed funny to me. The world is a scary. People do get shot. I dont want to go into a grocery and be told be carful of being shot when going back out to the parking lot. When alls I needed was a pregnancy test for my girlfriend and a beverage. Its already a serious visit, trying to figure life out. But then with the added stress of some kid joking about me being shot in a parking lot, doesnt help. So, I dont think Im coming back to this at night, ever. Peace be with you.
